She doesn't wait to see if he's going to follow before she teleports there.

settro sits down in the corner with them. He concentrates, and nothing seems to happen.

Mel suddenly and subconsciously shifts into "genius techno" (AKA timelord) mode she immediately is pounding away frantically on the data pad and using her sonic device to establish any kind of connection to the school's security protocols.

working to take advantage of the hole the intruder created and get in and to override the hacker and re-establish all the necessary security systems. beginning with the Sim room.

her fingers working at lightning speed. her brain synapses working faster than humanly possible.

not sure if any rolls are needed but she has somehow managed to manifest an augmented Temporal acceleration on herself giving her 2 extra rounds of actions to work on a solution if a knowledge check is required I will go with engineering and manifesting Hypercognition and using her ability to take 20 for a total knowledge check of 80

The birds outside the window seems excessively irate and many animals from the garden have moved to stand next to the window as they chitter angrily.

Ephebe and Keme arrives in the room to see the broken remnants of Aananda's lab - anything that wasn't useful to this alternate Vai that she could destroy, she had. Of course what Ephebe and Keme should notice before any of this devastation - the colossal Blue Dragon standing in the center of the lab. Another console is smashed by her massive tail. This is no Juvenile dragon - this is a Great Wyrm in front of them.

"Don't you realize how futile your struggle is? I've already destroyed one Avalon. How do you plan on keeping me pinned down long enough to actually kill me? Do you even have a plan?"

"Mezzenbone is still alive in this timeline, if I'm not mistaken. Your idiot brother failed, didn't he?" The Blue jeers at Ephebe. "I wonder how he would take to the knowledge that the Amethyst are still alive and fermenting rebellion?"

Sun looks at the sound of animals at the window. then an idea hits him.

Sara can you have the birds go and scout around see what is going on? also is there any bird strong and fast that can fly east to find Lang?

Arthur is able to easily trace where the security room should be, and quickly makes it way. Unfortunately for Arthur, a heavy steel door bars his immediate entry.

And Yrrin is not there, unless I'm mistaken

Still need actions from Ginni and Morrivan, and Taron as well. Once this round's over, the safety protocols will be on for the SIM rooms - Vai will not be able to kill anyone after that.

Dom turns white when the announcement sounds out. "A place to hide? I'm sorry but I don't know anywhere, besides the bottom of the lake. Ether way I can't hide I have to get to Tami and my sister." He looks to the school trying to decide the best way in. His body seemed ready to rush the building in a moments notice.

As Mel pecks at the keys the Sim Room alarm becomes more and more coherent.

Tam was on the other side of Agartha checking on a possible data crystal source. Returning to the surface, he notes a message on his data bracer.

::Sorry honey, I was down in a survey site - couldn't get the transmission. What's going on with the wards:: he asks, quickly closing his kit in case he needs to get back in a hurry.

Fei, exploring the mental shielding of the neural lace in his mindas he walks back to Avalon from Kuros. does not receive Ephebe's message for several minutes (until he wills it 'off'). He stops dead in his tracks when he does hear her mental broadcast.

After a moment to process what that message meant, he tries to respond to her thoughts as he takes off at a dead run to start closing the distance to the school.

::The wards are down. The infirmary was blown to smithereens. The dead were raised as zombies multiple times until they were just dust. Which I've sorted and collected. We have an older evil Vai from an alternate timeline running around the school killing students with some sort of plasma weapon. She also broke into my lab and spread her message of despair disguising her voice as yours. Oh, and my lab is a dead loss now. I've switched everything over to mobile control...not that there's much of everything left. More than half of my security functions are rebooting. Ephebe is taking on the evil Vai and I think she's in way over her head...also our Vai appears to have been dominated and is currently attacking her friends...I don't know where Mother is, but not on school grounds. James isn't here either. Ryo is working on the wards, but he can't get them back up yet.:: she sounded more than slightly hysterical.

Tam just blinks, the comm silent for a few seconds. He then reaches to his belt, draws a shell and slams it home into his Caster.

"I'm teleporting now. If you've got a location, send it to me when I get there."

His voice is almost...monotone as he replies to her and then casts his spell. The look on her husband's face (could she see it) would speak disturbing volumes though...

::A great....:: he starts to reply, then stops (both speaking and moving). He tries to focus his Champion abilities to find Ephebe (as he is not sure if he could tell the difference between two Vais or not).

If he is able to pinpoint her, he brings his other Champion abilities to bear to provide aid as soon as he arrives, then teleports to her side.

Yrrin finds himself back in front of the lab, slightly to the side of the door as Arthur is working on breaking through it.

Invis doesn't break either, FYI

you wander around for a while.

he keeps following, having nothing better to do.
