The figure before you is elven in appearance with straight, shoulder legnth black hair. As you look into his eyes you can see what look to be equations and symbols moving almost too fast to comprehend. His hands are callused with long quick looking fingers. He carries himself with an aura of both detachment and competence.

Background

As one of the explorers of the laws of reality, Velvarmisan Shephord was mildly surprised when asked to join in the gestalt mind. A ripple had appeared from the Prime Material plane, and as its effects spread, the crystal monoliths of the city began to resonate. Upon examination of the origin of this ripple two discoveries were made. The first was the appearance on the Prime of a fully inhabited planet where only a lifeless rock had existed before. The second was the discovery of an ancient treaty that was held with the ancestors of those living presently on that same planet.

The gestalt mind debated at the speed of thought. It was decided based on the treaty to send eight representatives (eight being a perfect number, as well as the number needed for two teams to summon inevitables if necessary) to this planet. Velvarmisan Shephord was sent to Avalon as one of these representatives. It is believed that his skills will be most useful to them during this time of transition.
