This is a high level rules light game set in a school for magical kids, kinda a mash-up of Soul Eater, Harry Potter, and X-Men. :)

"I know, right? Sweating is gross." He chuckles and bounces a ball of yarn off of Dave's chest.

"I was just thinking, what if I enchanted a set of clothing that works sort of like one of those brooches that turns into a set of plate armor. But instead of just becoming armor, it helps you move faster and stronger? Like, street clothes, but if something happens it can turn into armor that boosts you up."

Dave catches the ball of yarn and throws it back"That sounds really cool, if you need any spells for the enchanting process, I kinda have a lot of spells"

The cat writes down a reminder on a note sized paper and pins it above his desk to make sure he comes back to it.

"I'm not really sure about what all I'm gonna need to do it, really. I'm not sure if anything specifically like this has been tried before."

He catches the yarn ball with a bit of magic and guides it back to the basket with a finger.

"Maybe you could help me look into it, but anyways, you want a new outfit for tonight or no? I'm probably gonna do one one for myself."

Male sorcerer 16 wilder (leader/telepath) 3 elocater 2, thrallherd 1, pyrokineticist 10.

"If you like"

He takes a glance at some of the fabric he has before his stomach growls noisily

"Mkay. I'll make a new one and leave it here before the party. I should probably get a big lunch, I'm gonna be using a lot of magic in a bit."

Clarification: are the tremors heading to the perimeter line from beyond the festival grounds, or from within them?

I don't believe Keme or Alys replied to this post
Keme doesn't seem to be fooled by the shadow foxes, but he's happy to use them as cover as he sneaks around the garden staying just out of range of his cousin, but occasionally jumping out to throw an acorn at her.

Alys is taken in at first by the illusory foxes and chases after several. She manages to find and chase Keme twice, seemingly by accident. After a short while, she flops down under the tree Genosuke is in and ignores both illusions and acorns.

When this started Ehos and Tyrrin were standing beside their mother on the stage. Y'all were out in the cheap seats. Think nosebleed seats at a stadium event. That's why there was so much talky talky before Jaiye reached the stage in a running leap and tackled the demon. The demon and Jaiye are rolling around towards the front of the stage. Ehos is being (badly) restrained by the guards middle stage left. Faelwen is holding the baby at middle stage right. Tyrrin is between her mom and Ehos and Ghalen flew from the box to the stage and is using his body to shield Tyrrin from the combatants. There is a crowd of clerics/dignitaries seated at the back of the stage looking angry/frightened. Fei has headed in the opposite direction towards the outside perimeter of the crowd. Ace is still in the box with a stunned Liren and Lira.

The cat twirls his crook around his fingers at about the size of a pencil or a candy cane. He waves his free paw at his sewing supplies, but his stomach growls angrily in response as the magic around his palm swirls up to a circle. He waves it out like a match.
"Yeah, I'm gonna need to eat before I can do anything, so I'll just go with you."
He runs his fingers through his hair in the mirror before nodding, ready to head out.

Ace is struck with a moment's indecision, trying to decide if he should stay and help fight the succubus or go and help Fei with whatever drew the monk's attention. Finally, he decides that Jai, Ty, Ghalen and the High Seer should hopefully be OK on their own. He shifts into a cheetah and races after Fei, in whichever direction he believes the Champion of Courage teleported to.

Unsure if Ace has a way to communicate with Fei or not. If so, he'll get directions. Otherwise, he can either make a Perception check to try and hear the tremors, or he can take the air, and look for Fei that way.

1d20 + 32 + 16 ⇒ (7) + 32 + 16 = 55 Perception, spending a moment of inspiration to add +16.

Note, the check and expenditure is only if he has no other way of finding Fei

I just looked back at my post, and I did not write that out clearly enough - apologies for that.

Since he was still standing next to Ace when he spoke, Fei just talked to him (and transmitted what he said to Ghalen simultaneously over comm).

I am more than willing to run with this as written, but in the chaos you may have forgotten something your character would know, which is that the stage is affected by an enchantment that broadcasts the words of anyone standing on it. Which is how you guys have been able to hear the ceremony all evening. Does he still say that or do you want to change your action?

The program flickers off and then a new one initiates. This time they are in an open area, like a balcony of some kind with an elaborate carved railing of some sort of patina covered metal. Looking over the edge reveals a large drop below. Clouds block some of the view, but between the wisps of cloud they can see the ground far below, mostly just patches of color. Behind them is a wide avenue leading between buildings of white stone. There were a lot of columns and arches and several buildings had elaborate tile mosaics worked on their sides, showing various scenes of flame.

"Come on, this way. The restaurant is just down this street," he said, leading the way to what used to be the Main Street of the once tiny town. Now it was a side street off of the much larger main thoroughfare, but still near the center of town.

There were more people as they went, but no outcries over Kevin's appearance. The worst thing was an old lady who rapidly crossed the street to get away from them. And a couple of people stopping to stare.
The restaurant itself had a false front to make it look like a beach shack, but inside the front door, it immediately changed to more of an underwater scene. The place was decorated in blues and greens, with a decor heavy on the seashells. The hostess swam over, menus in hand. "Good to see you again," she said with a smile, tossing her hair over her shoulder as she smiled flirtatiously, her tail twitching. "And you brought a friend. Welcome! Is this your first time here?" she asked Kevin, eyes wide with interest.

"It's hard to say. Once magic gets involved the normal rules kinda get tossed out the window. That's the whole point of magic after all," she said with a shrug, starting to hang up her clothes in the wardrobe. "Telling the laws of physics to sit down and shut up," she joked.

"Kinda makes you feel sorry for the people that can't use it, doesn't it? Sometimes people would tell me to make them be able to use magic, and I couldn't really blame them. It was really rare for anyone to get my bottle that deserved it, but I can't a couple of em, I really couldn't fault for wanting the things they did."

"What is the meaning of this?!" the chamberlain, screeched, storming towards the High Seer, avoiding the combating females with disdain.

The High Seer spared him an icy glare. "I would think that would be obvious," she said coldly. "This demon has enchanted my son. We set a trap for her here, so that we can remedy that problem. I can understand why you are upset at the public nature of it, but we were done with the ceremony after all. I am sure that we will have her subdued shortly. And no, I am not going to apologize for my son being trapped by such a creature. It can happen to almost anyone. And they especially enjoy causing havoc among those with authority. Shame only gives them the power they desire. Now please, sit down. You're not being helpful at the moment."

Meanwhile, at the back of the gathering...

Fei's warning is interrupted by a large drill emerging from the ground near where he is standing talking with the guards. A second drill emerges a little further on, and a third, and a fourth.

Fei and Ace have a full round to act before the forces arriving from underground can get clear of the ground to act, but it's about to get messy

Kevin keeps his claws in his coat pockets as he passes folks, hopefully not inciting too much ire from the folks of the town. He seemed to be in the clear for now. He looks up from the slightly head down position he'd walked with to the front of the restaurant.
"This is kinda cool." He smiles a bit as they enter the place. Some gay men had a good eye for decor, but Kevin only seemed pleased by the edging-on-tacky interior of the place. Oozes didn't spend much time underwater, so it hadn't been much of an interest for him, but seeing the place done up like this was definitely exotic. Being a liquidy blue himself, he almost blends against the walls.
He regards the hostess who is a mermaid? with a slight smile.
"Uh, yes. First time," is all he manages. He notices the bit of hair flipping, possibly being ever so slightly more aware of these things than Jeran, of not by much. It was likely that one of either her or his own attempts to flirt with Jeran wouldn't be terribly successful, but possible both or neither would be. He'd thought he'd read the Lycan batting for his team, but he'd never been good at people. He'd also been blown up into a squishy reptile this week, so luck didn't exactly feel like it was on his side.
