The Paizo Team will update this thread with known issues and verified bugs.
Please report any bugs you find to the Bug Reports thread and if you have suggestions for the store please add them to the Suggestions and Feature Requests thread.
KNOWN ISSUES
Payment Methods:
-Apple Pay isn't working. We've turned this off until we can find the source of the problem.
Search:
- You are currently unable to cycle through multiple pages of search results.
Library:
-Thanks for all your feedback on the Library. We're speaking with our vendor about some significant changes based on your feedback.
- Your Library contains products purchased from 1/1/2020 to present. Your downloads are still available in your legacy Digital Content. We still plan to move all downloads off of the legacy content and into the new library.
- Older Foundry codes are missing from the new library but are still visible in your legacy digital content.
- Categories and multi-download aren't working as expected. We are working with our developer on a larger update here once some other issues are settled.
- Downloads are not working/visible on some mobile devices.
Subscriptions:
- If you are missing subscriptions go ahead and add those back via the Subscriptions page. While we transferred most subscribers, some did not come across.
-Clicking Skip Product does not display the upcoming product. This is a known issue and we are awaiting a fix.
- Add-to-Next: Adding a product with multiple formats (hardcover, sketch, special, etc.) adds all variants to your next order. You can remove the formats you don't want in your Subscription Manager.
Paizo Plus:
- Legendary customers are being removed from their customer group and stripping them of their 15% discount. This is part of a backend process from the vendor and is happening every few minutes. The vendor is investigating.
Paizo Connect is not working correctly.
Cosmetic/Display Issues:
- Quick Text (the eye on the product image) shows a slim column of text that isn't helpful. This is a template issue that we will address soon.
WORKING AS INTENDED/TEMPLATE FIXES
- Slow search from the search box is working as intended with nearly 20k items and associated text to parse. We agree it should be faster.
- When hovering over a product image, the Alt Text is showing the wrong image's text.
- Product images zoom make it difficult to flip through the site.
FIXED
-Subscription dates are now correct in your Subscription Manager.
-Search results showed a lot of items that didn't relate to the search. We've updated that setting to only include all word matches to see if that's a better experience.
Starfinder: Operation Orias downloads have docked in their appropriate landing bays. You should find them in your Library. If it's missing, please contact Customer Service.
