The Paizo Team will update this thread with known issues and verified bugs.
Please report any bugs you find to the Bug Reports thread and if you have suggestions for the store please add them to the Suggestions and Feature Requests thread.
Payment Methods
-Apple Pay isn't working. This is an issue with our payment processor and we are awaiting a fix.
Subscriptions
- If you are missing subscriptions go ahead and add those back via the Subscriptions page. Please contact Customer Service for any missed subscription products and we will get those taken care of.
- Clicking Skip Product does not display the upcoming product. This is a known issue and we are awaiting a fix.
TEMPLATE FIXES
These are HTML and CSS issues that we are working on.
- You are currently unable to cycle through multiple pages of search results
- Product images zoom make it difficult to flip through the site.
FIXED
- Library: We've made several major updates to the Library, correcting many of the pain points that have been reported. For more information, check out this post:

Safari Download Issues
Library Knowledgebase: Open PDF to Tab Defaults in Chrome
- Paizo Connect: This has been fixed on the Paizo side and partners (Demiplane, Hero Lab, and Fantasy Grounds are resyncing product SKUs now.
-Add-to-next now correctly only adds a the single product you select when on a page with multiple formats.
-Subscription dates are now correct in your Subscription Manager.
-Search results showed a lot of items that didn't relate to the search. We've updated that setting to only include all word matches to see if that's a better experience.
Starfinder: Operation Orias downloads have docked in their appropriate landing bays. You should find them in your Library. If it's missing, please contact Customer Service.
