To my recollection Torag is the dwarven deity of Golarion; that being said, the separate races generally share worship of the Golarion pantheon, so you could have him worship another deity he may prefer.
Edit: Sargon beat me to this post bec i was typing on a crappy iphone, and he is a fellow insomniac.

The Gazzetteer lists Torag's Nationality as "dwarf", so he'll be right at home in dwarves' halls. He's usually depicted as a dwarf, and about half his clerics are dwarves.
Beyond that, there are probably a number of obscure dwarven deities, but they haven't been revealed yet. Their power level will probably be significantly lower than that of the big 20, and they will be less known (few non-dwarves will probably have heard of them), and their spheres of influence will be similarly limited.
The big 20 (the gods we know), arent't exclusive to any race, it's quite likely that they each have followers from any of the 7 major "civilised" races. There's elves worshipping Torag and Dwarves following Calistria or Desna.
Since we're at it:
Elves also have a primary deity they hold above all others: Calistria, CN goddess of Lust, Trickery, Revenge (listed as elven). The main aspect the elves identify with is her lustful, audacious spirit, with the trickster aspect coming in second. She's depicted as an elven female of perfect beauty, with revealing clothes and a suggestive smile on her lips.
Beyond that, Desna (who, while being a Varisian deity, often is shown as an elf) is probably popular among the longears, and they, too, have obscure "racial" deities deities, but again, you'll find worship of all the major gods among the elves.

Yeah; the goal of our core 20 deities is that there isn't really a set of racial pantheons. Part of the reason these core 20 are so popular and widespread is that they don't limit their worshipers to only specific races. There ARE other racial deities out there, but since they limit their flock, generally, to a favored race, they're not as widespread and thus aren't on the main list. We'll talk more about these guys in the upcoming Gods and Magic book, I suspect.
Hmm. I posted a list of what deities the demihuman races favored a while back... let's see where it was at...
Bleh. Can't find it. Probably for the best, I guess, so we can continue to promote no racisim among the core 20 deities! :)

I was struck by the way Abadar's appearance was described in Pathfinder 8 as being contingent on whatever race was viewing him (i.e. bearded for humans and dwarves, bare-faced for elves).
I thought that it might be interesting if the all of the races cast the gods in their own image. It seems natural that if you are a god who wants to cast his or her net as widely as possible, then you will take on whatever forms or qualities that will relate best to the specific group that you are speaking to. Also, it seems to me, that would be a unique spin on RPG pantheons.
Art history is filled with examples of humanity doing this very thing throughout the different periods of time. Why not on Golarion as well?
