Jiggo has Concordant Choir as a spell, which deals sonic damage. The Porcha have sensitive ears, so they may have some kind of weakness. I have a single target version but also a 10 ft Burst around the target version. If we can get them to bunch up I might be able to hit both.
Salera's Athletics has a +7 bonus, I did attempt to Grapple but the Porcha's Fort Save is more than +7.

You search the ruins and find the archer who aided you. His body is covered with claw marks, and he is busy untying the gag around him. His moans sounds just like the creature's noises. He must have just escaped.
"Thank you for saving us." Now able to speak, he coughs. "Have you seen my daughter around here? We got separated on the way here, she said she was going to chase some glowing balls of light. I heard her crying a few minutes later and when I tried to follow her that... thing ambushed us." He looks to the other two Pathfinders, unconscious. "If you hadn't interrupted it, I fear for the worst."

Misery Row was an apt name; broken lives as far as the eye could see. The guards must be paid well to turn a blind eye. Jiggo is lost in his own thoughts when Itami reminds the party of their duty and the law. "Yes, slavery is legal here. For now. Let's find Pardu Pildapush's office."
The guards block the way. "Yes, we're here to see Pardu Pildapush and his wares."

I rolled heal checks in the gameplay tab to help Omar and Raijan with their disease. That should give them a +4 to the Fort Save. Omar should be in the clear.

Jiggo's glad to help the infected to the nearest temple (he would recommend Erastil, of course!) and chip in if they ask. If allowed, Jiggo will deliver Amenira's body to the temple of Nethys.
