Charisma Rerolls: A PC can spend a Harrow Point to reroll a Charisma-based check. She must abide by the new result (although if she has additional Harrow Points remaining, she can use them to attempt additional rerolls).
Destiny Shall Not Be Denied: A PC can spend a Harrow Point as an immediate action to force the GM to reroll a d20 roll. She must abide by the new result (although if she has additional Harrow Points remaining, she can use them to force additional rerolls).
Psychic Wrath: A PC with levels in a class that grants bonus spells based on her Charisma score can spend a Harrow Point to increase the power of a spell from that class’s spell list as she casts it. She increases the spell’s DC by 2 and gains a +4 bonus on caster level checks to overcome spell resistance and a +2 bonus on attack rolls for that spell.
Roll Card: Gain a +2 bonus on all Charisma-based checks. In addition, he treats his caster level as if it were 1 higher when casting spells gained from a class that grants bonus spells based on his Charisma score.

Next level is at 890,000 XP. But I'm thinking 15th will likely be your last level. The Sunken Queen is the last dungeon of the adventure path and much smaller than Castle Korvosa.

Seb got some cool use a panache point stuff that may apply during battle. He also go Weapon Versatility so he can shift his grip and do whatever kind of damage is needed i.e. blunt etc.

Wings of Darkness (Su): As a swift action, you can manifest a set of translucent, inky wings that grant you a fly speed of 60 feet with good maneuverability. You can use these wings for 1 minute per day per oracle level. This duration does not need to be consecutive, but it must be spent in 1-minute increments. At 11th level, you can use these wings to fly as if with overland flight once per day. Used in this way, the ability lasts for up to 1 hour per level, and counts as your total use of this ability for the day. You must be at least 7th level to select this revelation.

Well, Tyrandro doesn't really have a clue in game, but we got a copy of the queen at half her real level. And she was still a level appropriate enemy. Maybe we should take a look at what kind of magic user she is, based on the simulacrum, and prepare accordingly.

You guys can shop and prepare and let me know if there is anything else you want to do in Korvosa before leaving. Then the method of getting to your destination in the Mushfens. I recommend flying or boat. Trekking across the land is probably the worst method, especially once you end the Mushfens which is essential hundreds of miles of swamp.

Improving her AC is pretty much a dead end due to the high bonuses flying around, so Fortification is good for dulling those critical attacks. Will figure out what I will get

I chose the wayfinder, to not have the ioun stone spinning around my head, but I found that there are nice static side effects from the wayfinder, on how the ioun stone works.
Are the static resonant powers of the wayfinder/ioun stone from seekers of secrets allowed?
Will figure out the prices for Freedom of Movement scrolls since we might be going under water. Plus Water Breathing and Touch of the Sea potions.

The original in my Pathfinder Chronicles - Seekers of Secrets reads like it is a permanent thing. Which is totally overpowered. Which is also the reason I wanted to have it.
The nerfed (erratad) version is single use of casting protection from evil (CL12th) as immediate action.
I don't have that Pathfinder Chronicles book. I just searched online for what it does. This is what I found:
Clear spindle: The wearer can cast protection from chaos/evil/good/law on himself once per day (CL 12th). He can activate this ability as an immediate action, but doing so drains the ioun stone of it’s magic, turning it into a dull gray ioun stone. ( Pre-errata: Protection from possession and mental control (as protection from evil).)
And I read it as two separate abilities:
1: The wearer can cast protection from chaos/evil/good/law on himself once per day (CL 12th). (Standard action)
2 He can activate this ability as an immediate action, but doing so drains the ioun stone of it’s magic, turning it into a dull gray ioun stone.

Honestly, if you want the permanent version, it should be fine. There are only a handful of encounters left and it really isn't much different than if you bought a dozen potions of protection from evil. Iolana also keeps magic circle against evil up most of the time so it won't be game breaking for you to have this.

Laori will come along. But I haven't thought what she would need to be properly prepared. If I find the time, I might change the prepared spells and maybe select a few scrolls to buy. If not, I'll improvise with what she has.

You just need a way to steer him while confused. Like those ugly worm thingies do that use mindfog and confusion too.
How does confusion and mind control interact?
The Confusion spell (and Insanity spell) are Enchantment (compulsion) [mind-affecting]. So anything that protects against those keywords will work.
If you are asking how it interacts if say you are controlled by a Dominate Person spell and then Confused, I'd say, you'd need to roll for the Confusion first and act accordingly. If you get act normally, you'd take whatever action you are instructed to take by the dominating creature.
I'm pretty sure there are some ways to become confused that are non-spell related so those may not necessarily be resisted in the same way.
Either way, Sebastian's Insanity was cured by the Heal spell that Ayako cast.
Also, if you want to steer a confused character, it is actually very easy. Note that any confused character who is attacked automatically attacks its attackers on its next turn, as long as it is still confused when its turn comes. Therefore, as long as something is attacking him, he doesn't even roll a percentile for action, his next action is automatically attack.

I thought of the Seugathi's Confusion Command (Su):
As an immediate action, a seugathi can issue a telepathic command to a confused creature within 30 feet. This allows the seugathi to pick a result from the confusion behavior table, rather than the confused creature rolling randomly for its actions that round.
Though I remembered it wrong and thought the creature would get more control over the character.
Ayako is in a bad place. With that killer reach, not even a Liberating Command will not be very useful

That thing has limited HP. I expected it to drop last round already. With Sebastian fully operational, I'd be surprised if it makes it another round.
