Charisma Rerolls: A PC can spend a Harrow Point to reroll a Charisma-based check. She must abide by the new result (although if she has additional Harrow Points remaining, she can use them to attempt additional rerolls).
Destiny Shall Not Be Denied: A PC can spend a Harrow Point as an immediate action to force the GM to reroll a d20 roll. She must abide by the new result (although if she has additional Harrow Points remaining, she can use them to force additional rerolls).
Psychic Wrath: A PC with levels in a class that grants bonus spells based on her Charisma score can spend a Harrow Point to increase the power of a spell from that class’s spell list as she casts it. She increases the spell’s DC by 2 and gains a +4 bonus on caster level checks to overcome spell resistance and a +2 bonus on attack rolls for that spell.
Roll Card: Gain a +2 bonus on all Charisma-based checks. In addition, he treats his caster level as if it were 1 higher when casting spells gained from a class that grants bonus spells based on his Charisma score.

My asking in discussion if I interpreted it right what Ayako would have preferred was just to see if I made wrong conclusions about what she thinks about the offer to donate blood.
And my "Let's see how our undead misses takes to losing her pet..." and the apology in game for shooting I thought were clear indicators. Would have been interesting to see if sucking some blood were that important to the sayona to let that slip.
We'll end up trying to kill each other anyway as she is part of the curse. And we start at almost the same starting conditions. I just wanted to mention that I meant it different as I wondered how it could be misinterpreted.

The only part I noticed you went back is the Ayako pushing past the Hell Hound and I wondered if that was a special beast to survive that shot.

Tyrandro's arrow misses the hell hound (actually, a Nessian war hound, given its Large size) and only one arrow hits the sayona, which she'll brush off with a frown and still extend her offer to give you the information posted. Her fast healing heals the damage caused by the one arrow over the course of the few rounds she drained Ayako.
So no real change to the situation presented.

So shooting prematurely not only shows that I'm a bad judge of my companions character, it also makes me look incompetent in shooting. :P
Given your track record of killing pretty much everything you aim at, I doubt any of your companions think you are an incompetent shooter.

Improved Precise Shot as a reminder. I still shoot enemies through key holes without any penalty. ;)

Lantern of Revealing: Typical Pathfinder/D&D; an item that would have been useful in the current fight is found only afterwards and probably won't be as useful in further encounters.

It is always amazing what useless combinations of magic weapons are created for the APs. I would expect that a magic effect that only works on a confirmed crit would be put either on a rapier, falchion, or something with an expanded crit range. Or a greataxe, scythe, bow or something with a better multiplier.
Instead it is put on a cheap light mace where it doesn't do much and only once in a blue moon (20/x2). And all that for 18.305 gold

Or putting in oddball weapons like awl pikes, fauchard forks and goblins swords when there are no goblins. IMO, saying '5k worth of valuables each. You can upgrade your equipment or buy something you really want' Would be better.
I probably won’t be able to post until tomorrow but yes you can go to a city and sell. Magnamar or Kaer Maga, your choice. Makes no real difference. The treasure sheet is up to date, if someone wants to math the total / 4. If you can keeping any treasure, make note so it doesn’t get sold.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to keep the lantern of revealing. Though glitterdust seems to work just as well.

And the lantern of revealing and the scarab of protection for you to keep. Have you read scarab of protection? In this place, someone will want to wear it.
Scarab of Protection: This device appears to be a jade medallion in the shape of a beetle. If it is held for 1 round, an inscription appears on its surface letting the holder know that it is a protective device.
The scarab’s possessor gains spell resistance 20. The scarab can also absorb energy-draining attacks, death effects, and negative energy effects. Upon absorbing 12 such attacks, the scarab turns to powder and is destroyed.
Let me know who wants to carry the above items, or if you want to sell them.

The last two spirit anchors, provided a decent challenge for you, the umbral dragon and the ashmede devil. The last one, the demilich, will likely be the most challenging. Prepare well. The first spirit anchor, the dread skeleton, was a joke. I don't think he got a single attack off before Tyrandro killed him with arrows.

Ayako has Incense of Meditation, this is the time to use it
This small rectangular block of sweet-smelling incense is visually indistinguishable from nonmagical incense until lit. When it is burned, the special fragrance and pearly hued smoke of this special incense are recognizable by anyone making a DC 15 Spellcraft check.
When a divine spellcaster lights a block of incense of meditation and then spends 8 hours praying and meditating nearby, the incense enables him to prepare all his spells as though affected by the Maximize Spell feat. However, all the spells prepared in this way are at their normal level, not at three levels higher (as with the regular metamagic feat).
Each block of incense burns for 8 hours, and the effects persist for 24 hours.
Perhaps Ayako and Laori can snort drugs together
She also has Ambrosia packed away in her haversack
Upon consumption, this heavenly elixir, brewed from holy water and blessed herbs, grants a +2 sacred bonus on saving throws against negative energy, energy drain, and death effects for 1 hour, including saves to remove negative levels. Ambrosia affects undead and evil outsiders as holy water.
Remember your harrow points!
