To be clear (since this isn't named the Starfinder Flip-Mat subscription): There is (currently) no "Starfinder Map Packs" line? This sub is flip-mats only?
The current plan has only Flip-Mats for Starfinder. (It's early days, so I can't promise that's how it'll always be, but that's how it is for the planned future.)

That certainly explains why this item wound up in the Pathfinder Maps subscription even though it would probably be of greater interest to Starfinder GMs and players.
Starship Decks was designed to compliment Starship Corridors and Starship Chambers, which were conceived of around the time of Iron Gods, back when Starfinder was just an itch at the back of Erik's brain. But yeah, all three would be great for Starfinder too!
When will the map subscription switch to allow you to pick to start with the next map? The core sub already is on a product coming out in March. Accessories doesn't seem to be giving the option either.
My guess would be once the subscription process for October has run it's course.
There is always some subscription glitchiness from when they begin spawning subscription orders until all shipments have finalised. I'm sure it will be available to add soon(ish) and before the November subscriptions spawn.
I'd check back around the 18th (street date for the October products).
So is there any good reason cleaned up versions of the maps in the Adventure path won't be available until the middle of 2018 or is it just a way to drag out subscriptions?

They're making map packs for the AP? Do you have a source for that?

Just to boost the signal from the PF maps page, I thought I'd repeat my request/suggestion here.
It would be really great if the product pages of the maps had a reverse lookup like the spoiler-tagged links in the organized play scenario pages. So each map could have a spoiler link to what adventures, if any, use that map. It might even be useful to the organized play developers, too!

Suggestions for the future: Parking Structures (years ago, the National Building Museum had an exhibit dedicated to this; the early and mid-20th century ones more varied than I expected), Police Headquarters, Courthouse, Gymnasium, Museum, Graveyard (this could be a good one to include a gazebo as an Easter egg), Public Art Installation (perhaps a bronze skittermander in a town square), Cafeteria, Space Elevator Anchoring Point, Reactor Control Room, Machine Shop, Vehicle Dealership, Fountains, Pipeline Compressor Station, Hydrocarbon Refinery, Beauty Salon/Day Spa, Orbital Defense Platform, Arcology, Skyscraper Girders, Automat, News Studio, Brutaris Pitch, Semiconductor Fab, Electricity Substation, Particle Accelerator, Biohazard Containment Facility, Clocktower, Telescope Observatory, Neutrino Detector.
