Thx Javell...I know how to open a new campaign thread and recruit from it...I was just trying to go to some of the threads that specialize in Adventure Paths ect.. to recruit before I opened a thread..(I kinda want to filter out the more casual players who only want to post once or twice a week)...

But, thx for the input..I did find the spreadsheet matching players with GMs and have PM'd several players on the Reign of Winter..campaign waiting list. (but unsure what response I'll get..now that the new site doesn't notify you when you have a message.

My last stop will be Flaxseed (because I will give out a chronicle upon completion of the first book), before I open an official campaign thread and start recruiting..

Any other suggestions or comments about running an AP via PbP are welcome!

There's a recruitment thread already up HERE 2 players have already been chosen and those two will help me choose the last 2-3 players. You do not have to build a charcter before hand..Just present a concept of one or two characters and a short(1-3 lines backstory or description of your character(s) concept)..

Once again having major interest to play the following Adventure Paths:
-Jade Regent
-Mummy's Mask
-Iron Gods
-Giantslayer
-Hell's Rebels
-Hell's Vengence

I don't have any characters up for these, but if anyone needs a player for this please let me know by DM

Posted a few characters for Carrion Crown, Jade Regent, and Reign of Winter, all of which can be retooled if necessary. If anyone has open player slots for those APs, I'd love to get involved!

I have played a few PvP on other forums (although not pathfinder yet) but am new to this forum.
I would like to play in an adventure path. Doesn't really matter which one, preferably in a group maintaining a decent post rate.
Character wise, I like playing either mages or gishes.
Preference is to play a wizard, but would be happy with a magus, or possibly even a cleric or paladin if they fit the group better.
Race wise I would look at the campaign needs, but probably either a human or gnome (maybe an elf).

Not sure this is the right thread. My partner and I are both searching for a Pathfinder game, any AP, any module, any homebrew, etc. We both have experience with the game, and use discord, and are open to pretty much any character role. We both GM our own games as well, but realized we never get to be in the same game together as players, and would like to change that.

I am looking for a PBP game. Co ukd be any module or AP. Have never played by post before.

Very interested in Dead Suns AP 1 for SFS chronicle for a new or first-level character.

Generally, my post rate has usually be up to 2-3/times per day, less on weekends. I expect 2 or 3 of the ongoing PbP games I am in currently to be wrapping up in next week to 10 days. I am available before then, but do please not expect more than a single post per day prior then.

Just came here to say that I'm up for pretty much anything, with the exception of starfinder Aps.

PFS doesn't allow Goblins do they?

I'm new here. What I'm looking for is a game that's primarily about RP'ing and having fun with a group of heroic PCs.

Turn-offs include in-fighting and having to roll for stats and HP. Any point-buy or array system is fine, including those that cap Lv.1 stats at 17 after racial mods.

I like to play characters that are fun to be around, and I REALLY want to try a Pathfinder monk.

Hi! I've not played PBP before, so there's a bit of a learning curve on my end. I'm open to any Pathfinder AP that works for a level 1 character.
I have the following characters at the ready:

Fighter - two-handed great sword standard fighter
Cavalier - beast-rider archetype, Cockatrice, Tian cavalier with a bardiche and a lance
Witch - hex and healing witch with a crossbow and a backstory

I am thinking of starting another AP and was wondering whether any GMs in a similar position would be willing to discuss a deal? Something along the lines of we each agree to run an AP the other was keen to play and give each other an auto slot in the game.

I am currently running Giantslayer, and would be up for running most APs with a preference towards the better reviewed more recent ones. I do not really want to run mythic, but I might be convinced to run a none mythic Wrath of the Righteous - though I would likely want to do a bit of viability research before agreeing to that.

I just got back into PbP and resumed GMing my Mummy's Mask game. I was actually considering running something else also, as well as trying to join a game as a player. I would be willing to do this trade. Especially if you would consider running the new adventure path, War for the Crown.

On my end, I could run anything you like (with the exception of Mummy's Mask). Been playing pbp games for more than 20 years now - it is truly my favorite medium, even more so than table top - and I love the strong activity on this board. I joined PFS about a year ago now, and my first (and favorite) character has just gained 11th level. I'm hoping to find a new game for my dwarf ranger (with a dip into paladin after he was killed and then 'touched' by Torag) as these kinds of games are getting hard to come by.

I just added Varjo to the applicant interest list for a Strange Aeons campaign, in case anyone is considering running it. I know, I know - I just missed recruitment for a run of SA by a couple of weeks.

Greetings! I have done PBP before though not for Pathfinder. I have a few characters that I'd love to get off the drawing board or resurrect from retirement. So long as this don't count to PFS and just for fun I should be golden.

For Rise of the Runelords I'd like to resurrect the only PFS character that I have thus far leveled up past play-ability: Luk Luk (Luck Luck). Fun insane Sekhmet worshiper but a poor PC build. I'd like to try retooling her as a Draconic sorceress. Actually, this is the easiest PC to drop into any AP. Luk Luk's entire reason for adventuring was to have a socially acceptable targets for her pyromania. Fits right into any AP as the dumb magical muscle.

I can also easily roll up a human Magus, Fighter, or Monk.

I wish I'd find a good S&S with an active group. I had a blast on one that got started on the forums and we went almost to the end of the first book when it died.

I would commit multiple misdemeanors for them. I have an idea for a seascarred skinwalker warpriest of Besmara and the idea just will not leave my head now.
