I've created two characters which I'm very keen to play but haven't got a chance yet (or only in games that died very quickly).
Deimne Mac Cumhaill, destined to die nobly for his clan, for Wrath of the Righteous.
Elenora Aquila AKA Xeno AKA The Black Widow Heiress socialite by day, masked vigilante by night for Hell's Rebels.
PM me if they would fit into your campaign, happy to slot into the middle to replaced dropped players.

KoolKobold |

I'm going to post up a character that I have the statistics up (minus traits). I would love to have her play in any regular campaigns-no mythic and no gesalt. If anyone is interested, PM me when you can.
Raemilia, the Killer of the Dead
Although any and all campaigns (as long as its non-mythic and non-gesalt) can be played with her, I would love to play with her either in Rise of the Runelords or in Jade Regent. I'll put in the traits I'll select for her depending on which campaign she'll be in.

DM Jesse Heinig |

I've opened recruitment for a new Kingmaker campaign (non-gestalt, non-mythic, standard Adventure Path). Recruitment thread is here.

Alynthar42 |

Submitting Mr. Brooks and Ham, a Skinwalker Alchemist (the archetype will depend on how nice the DM is feeling) for any campaign. A brief history and description are on the character sheet. It is worth noting that the whole "amnesia" thing isn't just a way to cop-out of making a background. I originally had a whole story about being raised in a minor noble family (the nation would have depended on what campaign I was accepted into) before an attack in which Ham made himself known, and Mr. Brooks was disowned. I just liked the idea of Mr. Brooks not knowing anything about his past, and the potential for him to run into people who recognize him. If selected, I will happily adjust him to your guidelines, and change his backstory if you so desire.

You don't have to link to an alias, but you should at least provide a link to a character sheet somewhere, whether it's a document on Google Drive, a post here on the forums, something on Myth-Weavers... whatever you're using.
Quite a few GMs, myself included, want to see the character (including both their mechanics and their fluff) before contacting the player. If it's just a name and a class, we might decide to skip over it and search for a more-complete character.

Thank you for the quick reply, in that case I shall put on a couple of completed characters and just hope to find and be accepted in a campaign recruitment thread with my characters with no alias.

GM Rednal |
Naturally, I can't speak for anyone else... but in my own recruitment threads, having or not having an alias has exactly no effect whatsoever on who I ultimately end up choosing. ^^ In fact, because alias bloat is a thing, I often encourage not making the alias until AFTER you're selected. Having a completed profile - with background - in the submission post is entirely acceptable.

Amgir |

Brilliant, that is what I like to hear. I prefer to apply for things without an alias and then create one once selected. Been away from Pathfinder for a couple of years, so figured this would be the best place to get back into it and saw that I had more alias' than I realised.
I tend to over use Spoilers, which could be seen as just as bad as none.

Alvissa Farateldi |

Alvissa Farateldi, human cavalier 1 (Order of the Blue Rose)- Missed out on DM Jesse's Kingmaker, but I really like this character. Her stats and background are in her profile, and can provide her stat block if needed.
Alvissa was designed for Kingmaker and would do well in any other situation where a strong sword and a steel resolve could solve problems or mediate disputes.
She is a mounted melee character, and can competently fill any melee role, though ranged is not her focus.
She is a 25-pt build, and I would be happy to adjust these stats if needed.
She is confidant and strong-willed, but is also keen to hear all sides of a debate. Her sword is sharp, as is her tongue, and she knows that sometimes avoiding altercations can be the best course of action.

Hello everyone!
I've never done a PBP role-play using a mechanical set of rules, so it's a weird kind of fusion of different roleplaying I've done in the past. That said, I'm hyped up and ready to learn! I've been playing tabletops for about three years now, mostly D&D with some Pathfinder sprinkled in. I'm eager to learn and adapt to whatever campaign I get thrown at.

If yall are recruiting for a RotRL group, I am certainly in!!
I think that it is written for 4. I GM'd a game that fell apart halfway through the first book. We had 5 or 6.. and I had to throw in extra monsters and add hp to make it more challenging. 4 would be a good number to run.. challenging, but not too difficult.

I DM'ed through the first scenario at the festival, but never got past that part. The group was a test run for the Revised Action Economy system to decide if we want to keep that system as our group's house rules. The group split up after that due to changes in everyone's schedule.
I would really prefer to play and not DM, since I've never gotten through the story and I hear that Runelords is like the quintessential adventure path experience when playing Pathfinder.
If need be though, I do have access to the pdfs. I guess we need two more people (could probably get away with one).

Should we start a new thread? Do we have anyone who wants to DM?

Ritterton |

Have two first level characters that I could bring into a game where the expectations are three or four posts a week.
Srynisha Altholt is a female tiefling witch -
http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=594148
Volkar Glanral is a male dwarf alchemist/merchant - was designed for a PbP campaign that never really got beyond the initial meet up and mission stage. http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=261421
Playing in a RotRL in person campaign, and really enjoying that...but willing to play and learn as I just turned to Pathfinder in the past four months.

Ritterton are you in also?
That would give me four players if I decide to GM (I probably will if it's the difference in playing or not).
I've never run an online game before, does anyone have any preferences or experience on how to run? Reading through the guide threads now on PbPs, there's also roll20 and other forums like Facebook and Skype.

![]() |

I am only able to access Paizo when at work, so Roll20 etc would most likely preclude me from participating. I would highly suggest using Google Docs for the majority of the stuff.. The Spreadsheet app is good for keeping track of things, and you can build your own maps using colored squares and people just typing into the boxes. (Perfect for the opening scene, as there are no maps for this that I was ever able to find) Secondly, for the maps that you are able to find, Google Slides is probably better than anything because it is a free download and everyone can edit it from a mobile device.

A lot of that sounds good, just need everyone else to agree before I start a thread for it.

I'm currently running two campaigns by post here, and the way I do so is by using the forum for all the text and Roll20 to support the maps. I put a url link in the campaign short and long descriptions that links to the map (you can easily use this same technique if you are storing images or text documents via Photobucket, Google drive, etc.). For example, here is my current Jade Regent game.

master_marshmallow |

Master_marshmallow, SURE!! Would love to..which of the two do you believe makes the most sense...
I can use orkos for dice rolls if that works too?
Now as to this sites posting, would I get notices when things are being posted?
As long as you dot the thread you should be fine as far as notifications.
You can roll wherever, if you wanna screencap you can but I'm not super concerned.
Post your character in the other thread I have linked above.

I noticed the want for a Rise of the Runelords campaign.
As it turns out, I just so happened to become the proud owner of a new copy of the Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition book.
A few friends of mine were planning on playing it on Roll20, and already having all the NPC tokens and maps, I'd be more than willing to run it on either the forums or Roll20.
I did see the list of characters interested in joining. If there are players interested, send me a PM!

This is a bit different but it's a fleshed out game complete with characters searching for a DM.
Solid regular group firmly entrenched in 2nd book of Adventure Path is seeking a replacement GM. If you're interested check out our progress and play-style Here

Ooooh, Curse of the Crimson Throne was one of my favorites. Like, second only to Carrion Crown, pretty much. I'll look into things, but I warn you now: There are going to be days were I'm not able to get on. This is going to stretch out the already multi-year commitmet that an AP is. However, I'm interested.

Kuzu Koryo aka Autumn Spectre |

Bringing out Kuzu Koryo, a character who has unfortunately seen a lot of games end before they can really take off. Hoping pbp will give her the time to strutt her stuff.
The Spectre hath arrived
Also, I plan to prestige as an arcane trickster at some point

While I have done a semi campaign here before the lack of local rp has called me back. I have a lvl 0 half-orc ranger, very fleshed out story. He can be altered to fit story or I can make a new character, would just like a group to play with. Any interested gms please check out ascan he's well developed for something slightly more serious

Greetings, I apologize if this is considered an intrusion or bad form. I am starting up a Play by Post that is only for Spheres of Power classes (for now), and wanted it make sure that the folks that most likely own the product and/or who may be interested in a Play by Post know about the recruitment thread.
Spheres of Power Recruitment Thread HERE

Kuzu Koryo aka Autumn Spectre |

Thought I'd add some more information since that last post was a bit light on details.
Kuzu is a Kitsune Rogue who moonlights as a masked vigilante. Her goal is to find her missing father (the previous Autumn Spectre), and come to terms with the strange abilities bequeathed to her by her mask.
I can do any ap except cotct. Also, the whole super hero thing is something I can push into the background if needs be.

The Dragon |

I've been wanting to play Second Darkness for a while now - the whole idea of elves & drow interests me a lot.
Here's Nivathe.
AC 16, T 13, FF 13, CMD 15
Fort +2, Ref +5, Will +0
Hp 11 (1d10+1)
Longbow +4, 1d8
Longsword +2, 1d8+1

BAB +1
Point Blank Shot
Pragmatic Activator, Looking for Work

Elven Immunities, Envoy, Fey Thoughts(UMD & Acrobatics), Keen Senses, Low-Light Vision
Acrobatics +6, Climb +4, Knowledge (Nature)+7, Knowledge(Dungeoneering) +7, Perception +6, Spellcraft +7, Stealth +6, Survival +4, Use Magic Device +7
Gear: Clothes, Studded Leather Armor, Longbow, 20 Arrows, 10 Silver Arrows, 5 Cold Iron Arrows, Longsword, 48gp.
I built her on a 15 point buy & average gp, but would not at all mind either a large pool of points or rolling for stats.
While she was not cast out, exactly, the shame was still there, and she eventually left for human lands. She's settled down in Riddleport, where she works the odd mercenary and guardsman job. She's even done some straight up thuggery, hiring on as muscle for business men.
Nivathe is a washed up elf, living in a society that doesn't fit her well, yet unable, it seems, to return to her old one. She's come to the tournament to stake out the place - she heard the manager is looking for workers, and since she still has a little trouble picking up on the subleties of humans, she usually tries to stake out potential jobs beforehand.
