About Varjo Kamalainas

Varjo does not remember his family's flight en masse from the shadowbound nation of Nidal; he was a small child when when they made their way under a sorcerous cloak of illusion across the border, and his parents and older relations have rarely spoken of it in the two decades since they settled on the outskirts of Caliphas. There, the fog-shrouded streets concealed the extended Kamalainas family from those who would view them as twice-suspect, both as fetchlings and as Nidalese. The hustle of the capital also allowed the elder members of the Kamalainas clan to teach their children, including young Varjo, the family trade in relative safety.

If only he could remember what the family trade is...

Varjo has been built for a possible Strange Aeons campaign, using a 20-point buy, 150 gp starting gold, and with three traits (including a campaign trait from the Strange Aeons Players Guide) and, as suggested in the Players Guide, a drawback. A list of sourcebooks used is spoilered at the end of this page. I can, of course, make adjustments based on the character-building rules applicable to a particular campaign. Special Abilities:

Arcane Strike As a swift action, add +1 damage, +1 per 5 caster levels and your weapons are treated as magic for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.
