Asha's expression went blank for a moment. "Okay, I think we need to go get the teacher. The one in the SIM room who helped him before when he went kinda funny. She seems to know how his stuff works, so she can probably help figure out how to fix what's wrong. And she might know how to find him. They can do just about anything with magic, right? So there's got to be some way. If anyone will know what to do next, I bet she does," Asha said with more confidence than she actually felt.

"Okay, okay..." she takes a badly needed breath and then reaches for Asha's hand, her grip a little too strong to be comfortable. "What was her name again?"

Asha Soleil wrote:

Finding Asha isn't difficult as she was also in the infirmary along with her brother. Well, at this point she was waiting outside the room since the nurse thought that Pyry might be embarrassed to have his sister right there while she explained basic biology to him like she had earlier for Asha. She brightened up when she saw Rena, and then frowned when she saw her friend's expression.

"What's wrong?"

Clearly in a flustered panic, Rena rushes up to her friend and takes her hands. "Asha! Asha Asha Asha! Tryko'Sam is sick and Vare had to go help someone fight a demon and Tryko’Sam teleported away and I don’t know how to find him again!” Gone is the usual playfully innocent girl and here instead is someone who needs to be calmed first before she can even think clearly.

Bradley Urquardht wrote:
The arrows lead her to the infirmary where Bradley is having a particularly rough time of things as his ability just won't seem to shut off and he is subjected to one disaster after another. In an attempt to stop the cycle, he has been put in an isolation room.

When Rena is told what is happening with Bradley she swears quietly, only serving to remind herself further of Tryko'Sam and her predicament. While her heart goes out to Bradley, she goes off to look for Asha instead, following the arrows again.

Rena hurries frantically through the halls of the school, half-running and half-flying flapping her wing for extra speed, following to arrows towards Bradley. She had no idea what he could give, but he was the first person to come to mind when she started panicking after Tryko'Sam vanished.

After a while of 'engaging' with Rena, and not really making any sort of progress, (so to speak), Tryko'Sam eventually seems to get bored/curious of his surroundings.

He'll attempt to move away from Rena, and explore the confines of the Isolab's borders. Depending on whether or not she restrains him, and how, is key.

Eventually, having explored the four walls and floor of the Isolab, Tryko'Sam crawl/walks over to one of the walls, sniffs it, sniffs the floor, sniffs himself and then looks off as if nothing interesting is going on. His gaze lingers on the walls for a duration, a mindless blank look, unfocused on the wall itself.

A moment later, a portal opens up in front of him yawning wide enough for him to crawl/walk through. It simply shuts behind him as soon as he passes through. Hints of forest and blue skies are briefly seen before he's gone.

The timing of the portal is nearly instant, as if following an instinctual desire to simply move elsewhere, and resulting in such happening, there's little warning before he's gone.

Rena stands somewhat stunned, staring at the now empty air which Tryko'Sam disappeared into, mouth slightly agape at how quickly it had happened.

The silence and stillness in the room is finally interrupted as Rena swears loudly and rushes to the exit. The door hisses open and she's off down the hallway. Vare was too busy to help... but who else was there? Asha couldn't help, could she? What about one of the other staff?

Tryko'Sam isn't displaying any recognition, just pure instincts, towards anything said from either Kevin or Rena. He's looking at Rena and her physical form (mostly) with open eyes now that the bright light of David is gone. Naturally her more female characteristics are of primary interest.

The grasping of hand is accepted without any fanfare and he bluntly moves forward to sniff and push her hand against his cheek, adding to the base mannerisms. There's a sniff of her wrist and a glance now and then up to her face, then back to the rest of her. It's possible that the wings are not really given much thought either.

Kevin he doesn't pay too much attention too, and he's completely ignoring the room's contents unless it gets very noisy or blinks way too much.

The readings Kevin's got continue to fluctuate. Though, the physical scan of him indicates that he literally remains unchanged, since a mere moments scan prior. He's just not changing on any biological level if left unattended. Could be an indicator of not aging, or something else-- especially if you couple it with the 'inconclusive' energy reading.

The sensors don't indicate it's 'magic' though.

Tryko'Sam continues to explore Rena, while adding nothing else to the situation. The scans don't really provide much else at their current settings. He seems quite content to keep doing this, oblivious to whatever has been said.

Rena moves a little closer to Tryko'Sam, settling into a comfortable side-hug type arrangement (or, at least, as comfortable as the sterile room will allow). She doesn't interrupt any of his 'explorations', unless they get overly touchy and intimate (and if they do, she'll gently directly them elsewhere), though it's unclear if this is because of a newly developed sense of social awareness.

When Kevin goes barreling from the room, Rena briefly glances up and slightly tightens her grip on Tryko'Sam, though relaxes after a moment. Her gaze lingers on the door, with a worried expression plain.

Rena's outstretched hand is tentatively looked at and then touched, mirrored with a hand that has some motor control, but not a whole lot. At this point it's obvious that there's excitement at the actions going on with Tryko'Sam, but he's still not talking. Might be close to drooling though! He's displaying a ton of basic instinct actions, but not a ton of the intelligent, passionate (and at times, indifferent) manner known from before. The levels of fear are abating. He is also seems to be still reacting to the divine light from David.

One might suspect he's missing something up there at this point.

Rena keeps her smiling face on, though it does crack at little as she realizes that he might've lost his memories again... maybe all of them this time. She still moves a little closer after the hand contact is made, giving his hand a small squeeze. She doesn't shy away from drool or any other social "faux-pas" that Tryko'Sam may make in his condition. I mean, she's had his saliva on her before, though in much different circumstances.

Very calmly, and without loosing the warmth in her voice, she speaks, adding a bit more volume to ensure Kevin can hear her. "I think his memories are gone again, and alot more this time."

Rena's wings definitely block the glowing light, and her form and shape, clearly capture the attention of the cowering Tryko'Sam. As of yet though, no human language issues forth from his lips. Slight grunts and tons of expression. He does seem to be soothed by her efforts though! Getting into a crouch and 'mimicking' his position, helps as well. He's clearly fascinated by a) her wings, b) her face/body, c) her clothing, d) everything! Most likely a lot of d).

He does appear fully healthy, wild-eyed, but the 'fear' is going away. Nothing's jumped or tried to kill him in the past few moments since release from the pod. The room, oddly enough, doesn't seem to hold any interest to him. It's unrecognizable, according to his focus on Rena, or totally not interesting.

He kind of grins at her, or smiles, a lot of both. He's not communicating as a normal civilized human would be.

Rena's returns the smile gently, the warmth in her expression is genuine, though underlined by a small bit of concern. She's dressed in her typical free-spirited fashion of a white halter-top with a bit of extra cleavage (and room for wings!) along with a rich purple skirt, fairly short in length. Her long blue-white hair flows down behind her, done up in a simple braid.

Delicately, Rena reaches out a single hand towards the now-calmer Tryko'Sam, palm forward and being very slow and overt with her actions, careful not to startle him. She moves a little closer but allows him to finish the contact.

The clearly perceptive Tryko'Sam, scampering back into whatever possible corner or wall he scampers back into-- clearly not showing great movement skills or any skill at the moving, seems to retreat rather than speak or intellectually react. His movements are still quick and inhumanly agile, but there's no skill behind them. His breathing is rapid and he constantly tries to keep everyone in sight.

Rena's entreatment of calming does appear to have helped some. In manner, but the words seem to fall on deaf ears... or like talking to a cat. A level of recognition is present, but nothing suggesting familiarity in his eyes looking at the three in the room with him.

He doesn't do anything to indicate he's going to attack, and he certainly doesn't appear to be 'fleeing'-- the physical barriers behind him at this point, seem to be stopping that.

Perceptive folk would notice that his brusied and ripped nails are restoring in their normal regeneration method, so that's still there.

Rena has no considerable charisma or skills in Diplomacy: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Rena slows her advancement and crouches down a good five feet or so away from the scared young(?) man. She hovers ever so slightly off the floor and continues to gently float towards Tryko'Sam with her wings splayed. "Deep breaths. Nobody here wants to hurt you or imprison you. Just breathe."

Rena's ear twitches slightly at Kevin and there's a minuscule nod. "Do you remember me? I'm Rena, and we're friends. Well, I hope we are anyway."

"wait wait wait, you want to let him out now? Shouldn't we deal with the big guy first, maybe have one or two of you guys stand watch while everyone we can spare tackles the big, battleship slaying construct, now with unknown demonic power? Throw down some abjurant salt around him and move on for now, deal with one thing at a time, there might be a whole legion in there but for now he seems contained, we have time to deal with Mr Giant Guns,"

Rena glares at David, having stepped back when the capsule began it's opening procedure. For once, her face isn't serene, or playfully innocent, but instead twisted by a deep frown and furrowed eyebrows. "Tryko'Sam is my friend, and is terrified of being confined. He hated even being held down a bit in bed, so I won't let him suffer in that... thing, even if he brings all the armies of the Abyss with him." Rena says, her normally soft voice catching a hard edge. "It's bad enough that-"

Tryko'Sam wrote:
With the pressing of a button, the pod un-does itself, effectively releasing the contents, one Tryko'Sam looking human, dressed as he was earlier (labcoat!) unceremoniously onto where it was parked. He doesn't appear dirty or soiled, though he looks terrified beyond all belief. Abject horror in his eyes as the three non-human looking beings yell and move around his prior prison. He doesn't really look past them yet, freezing up for a moment as they act to his surprised state.

Rena is cut off as Tryko'Sam spills out onto the floor, She immediately rushes in next to him, gently laying a hand on his arm. She's not so close as to crowd him, but her face and figure should be easily identifiable, with her white angel wings splayed wide to shelter him from the rest of the room. Her voice has lost the edge, instead is as smooth as silk.

"Easy, easy. Deep breaths." She says, speaking slow and soothingly, a worried smile having made it's way onto her face. "You're safe now. Easy."

Rena's clearly not happy about what just happened, but she turns and flaps her wings in irritation. "Let's go! We need to get him out of there as fast as possible!"

As the group reaches the Isolabs, Rena snatches the heavy pod with ease and sets it in the receptacle of the starkly clean room, looking very much like an experimentation laboratory back on Tryko'Sam's Earth. Sterile, with polished metal and glass. The door slides shut behind the group and Rena immediately begins tearing into the pod, using her beastly strength to literally pull it apart, clearly not understanding that there might be tools in here just for that purpose.

"Tryko'Sam! Can you hear me?! Calm down! I'm going to get you out!" she shouts as she works frantically at the pod.

dave's views on sex can be found in one of Robert Heinlien's books (I want to say "the cat that walks through walls") namely, "Sex without love is just healthy excercise" (he does think that sex with love is better, but he figures that's to ovbious to actioully give words to.)

Rena's views on sex can be summed up in the following comic: Link.

Rena nods happily at that, and giggles a bit when Dave crashes headlong into the wall, seeing as how quickly he shrugged it off. They hurry on towards Vare...

Tybalt Baneko wrote:
"Oh. Um. That's just a regular shoulder bag for you to use. They didn't have any magic stuff on that planet. If Mr. Vare is looking for one of those, they have them in the magic item stocks for loan."

Rena looked at all the assorted stuff Tybalt had dumped out and then opens the bag, seemingly surprised and how much space there was inside. She quickly stuffs the soiled handkerchief into the bag. "Okay, thanks! Let's go find Vare now, David!"

And sadly, as they hurry off, Tybalt's feline ears pick up more from Rena. "Oh, and after we save the day, we should have sex!" she says excitedly, half-admiring David's chiseled features while also trying to focus on hurrying along.

And then, more quietly, beyond Tybalt's range of hearing: "Oh wait, Professor Shiro said that I shouldn't go about it like that..."

Tybalt Baneko wrote:

"It would take a while to explain. I'll tell you later. That's another reason for you to come back safe."

He pokes at Dave with the crook.

Rena sniffles again and hesitantly takes the bag from Tybalt, slinging it over her own shoulder. "Are you sure? Aren't these things expensive? Vare always said he wanted one but that he needed to save his money for spell components and scrolls for new spells to learn."

Either way, she stuffs the used hanky into the bag.

Tybalt Baneko wrote:

"Use this, hon."

He pulls a light blue handkerchief from Pyry's ear.
Before handing it to her he flicks his amulet and the circle in the middle lights up. He traces an R for Rena on the handkerchief in glowy magic. It quickly fades into embroidery, showing her possession of it.
He hands it to her by placing it on the end of the white crook which springs out so she doesn't need to come retrieve it from him.

Rena plucks the hanky from the crook and immediately blows her nose, messily and noisily, wiping several times. Her eyes are still rimmed red, but at least she can breath through her nose again.

She awkwardly holds the used hanky, fidgeting from Dave's need for haste, but having no idea what to do with the soiled piece of cloth now. Tybs notes that she lacks pockets of any kind. "Thanks Tybalt. What do I do with it now?"

Tybalt Baneko wrote:

"She's gonna be fine. Mistakes happen. I don't think Asha would hold something like this against you. She's not that kind of person."

He finishes saying this right before Dave arrives.
"Can't stay away, huh, Shiny? I missed you too."
He sticks his tongue out at Dave and smiles, obviously knowing Dave wasn't here just for him.
He then looks back to Rena.
"We'll take care of Asha. Sounds like you've gotta help save the world."
He smiles to her caring and encouragingly

Rena glances up at at the collected people (David, Pyry, and Tybs) and snuffles loudly. She nods shakily.

"Okay, okay. As long as Asha will forgive me."

Snot begins to drip out of Rena's nose before she snorts it back up, perhaps ruining any thought that she was a pure angelic being of beauty and poise. She stands up slowly.

"How can you humanoids stand to have a leaky nose like this? It's so annoying!" she asks rhetorically, lifting the hem of her shirt to wipe her nose, revealing a bit of midriff and cleavage as she does.

"Did Vare say why he needed me?"

Tybalt Baneko wrote:

"Then you're just gonna stay here and be my air conditioner."

He grabs Pyry and gives him a noogie, before letting him go, laughing.
He looks back to Rena.
"Rena, hun. It's ok."
He calls to her.

She shakes her head, and shame is plain on her beautiful features. Tears continue to drip down her face silently. "It's not okay." she replies in a hoarse whisper.

There are tears streaking down Rena's face as she watches the bubble burst and Pyry wrap himself and then Asha in a protective cocoon of flame.

Looking torn between relief and guilt, Rena sits on the floor near to her friends, looking completely morose. Her tears drip down onto her clothing and she sobs, just a little pathetically.

Tybalt Baneko wrote:

Tybalt flinches ever so slightly when he asks who it is. That expression one takes when sneaking past a sleeping person and they wake up.

"Well... it's jus- wait, Rena no!"
He tries to stop her before she brings Asha into the room. With his currently dulled reflexes and being caught at just the wrong moment in the conversation, he doesn't stop her from pulling Asha into the room.
In the next instant, however, the little white cane stuck in his collar springs into his hand and in a split second, Asha is enveloped in what looks like a shimmering soap bubble.
The pain stops progressing and a gentle warmness soothes the frost bitten places.
"You need to get her out of here now."
He says, uncharacteristically forcfully. He doesn't sound angry, but there's a no arguments tone to his voice.

Rena looks momentarily panicked and confused before the bubble forms around Asha. Comprehension dawns on her face shortly thereafter and she springs into action. Tears are forming in her eyes. "Ohno!" she cries and practically tackles the soap bubble, trying to get Asha out of the room as quickly as possible.

Tybalt Baneko wrote:

"That's, uh... when you have a relationship with someone and you love them and they love you. Kind of like being married, but not as serious. You spend time together and kiss and stuff. It's kinda complicated, but you'll know when it happens."

He explains, but in a sort of wistful type way. Like he's imagining something while he does it. His expression changes near the end, a slight twitch before he's back to being happy as he was before.

I'm just gonna have Rena and Asha arrive here so it doesn't seem like we've just been standing there staring blankly.

Rena and Asha finally manage to catch up to Pyry as he chats away with the icy cat person.

She grins at Tybalt as she sets Asha down next to her brother, her hands probably lingering longer than strictly necessary. "Hi Tybalt!" she says happily, clasping her hands behind her back and pushing her chest out a bit.

Asha Soleil wrote:

Asha laughed, glad to have the freedom to move around again. Sitting in one place was hard for her.

"Okay. You coming Rena? Or are you going to check on Bradley again? Tell him I said hello if you do," she said before Pyry dragged her off in his enthusiasm to search for Tybalt.

"Ohhh..." Rena said playfully. "I'll tag along with you guys for a bit. Then get some lunch for Bradley. He'll like that I'm sure." she said happily.

When Pyry shifts into bird form and darts away from the girls, Rena flexes her own wings and takes off after him, scooping up Asha in her strong arms as she does.

Shirokouruma wrote:

"You have certainly learned and been taught well, but it is very inappropriate to display one's undergarments in public."

He says evenly, clearly neither flustered nor amused by the display. A pinnacle of restraint, this panda.

Rena blinks, looking back at the panda, though her grin doesn't falter in the slightest. After a moment she cocks her head to the side slightly, an expression of curiosity. "Ohh, right. Hah. It's a good thing I wore underwear today, huh? Sorry." she says with the same grin as before, clearly not embarrassed about what she just did.

"Is it cause it makes people think about sex when they should be focusing on other stuff? I can understand that." she asks curiously, head still cocked to the side, obviously eager to understand more.

It's fun to play somebody so totally clueless about what society considers acceptable behavior.

I spent my life locked in a tower until the sun was evacuated and I was able to escape and come to this school....ummm....let's see.....we talked about this earlier, that I'm not supposed to talk about that stuff because it makes people uncomfortable.....oh! I know! I once watched some acrobats performing for a festival in the square outside my window. I liked to climb into the rafters so I could look out the window. I thought it was so interesting that I tried to learn to do it myself. Thats how I've been spending much free time for years now. I think I've gotten pretty okay at it. I can walk on my hands and do flips and stuff," she finished with a smile.

Rena nods excitedly at this, seemingly unaware of the implications of Shiro's rebuke, grinning as her friend talks about her acrobatics. "She's really good at it, not just pretty okay. I mean, even taught me a little." Rena apparently decides that this is the time to demonstrate, tilting forward into a handstand. Unfortunately for her decency, gravity decides that her skirt needs to obey it's law, and it flips down, revealing Rena's frilly white panties (no doubt chosen by Asha, given the frills ;P ).

After a few moments, she flips back, grinning proudly at Asha and completely unaware of any consternation she may have caused just now.

...Though in the meantime, she figured she might introduce herself as well. Standing happily, Rena turns back to Pyry to wink and then turns, attempting a rather sloppy bow to their teacher, perhaps attempting to mimic something she'd seen. Either way, the manuveur is clearly unpracticed, though her enthusiasm seems boundless. "And I'm Rena! I'm actually not a humanoid at all. I usually live on the Plane of Dreams." she states happily, looking to the teacher for approval before returning to her seat.

"Good to see you came to class. Next we can work on being on time to the class. Now, if you would take a seat, we can begin. Am I correct in guessing that you are Ms.Rena?"

After the confirmation, he produces a sheet of paper.
"Now, I'm going to ask you all about several school subjects. This will help me to know what we need to go over in this class. Once I know this, I will start real lessons tomorrow. Before lunch we will have lessons and then after, we'll explore other classes like music and art, to see what you may be interested in when you move on to the full school courses. If you think you know an answer, just raise a hand. First is mathematics..."
He will go on to asks questions about various subjects. Math, science, history, biology, magic, etc. Every once in a while, in place of a question, he gestures to a poster or object to be identified.

Rena knows a surprising amount about magical theory and planar lore, and seems to be able to read, though carefully watching her shows that she's actually moving her mouth when reading, and is very slow.

Beyond what might be required for the study of magical theory, she's completely helpless. Basic arithmetic is about all she can do for math, and her perception of biology seems to be slightly skewed (due to mostly living among Outsiders her whole life). If Shiro asks her to write anything, she doesn't seem to have any technique to it. She knows what shape the letters ought to be, but obviously nobody has ever taught her how to hold a pen or how to form letters properly.

Science and history - she is completely clueless, as well as any of the 'Social Sciences' (Political Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, etc), if those are touched upon.

Despite her apparent failings, she seems to be in incredibly high spirits, though she does seem to be a bit too familiar with her teacher and classmates... she's a bit "handsy", as it were.

Grew up locked in a tower generally takes more explanation. Or do you mean I just shouldn't talk about Embre? I didn't do anything wrong. Why should what he did wrong make people uncomfortable?"

She sighed. "I spent so much time wishing I could interact with people and now that I can it turns out to be so complicated."

Those in the room can hear the pitter-patter of bare feet coming down the hallway towards the door. Rena doesn't typically wear any shoes, so that's probably her. A few moments later, there's a soft knock at the door.

Bradley tried not to laugh as Rena ate like a small child.

He opened his box and slowly started eating, using his fork, just watching Rena appreciatively.

When Rena was done with her food he stopped her before she could leave and used a napkin to clean off her face. "Okay, that's better. Now they can all see your beautiful face, unmarred by breakfast," he said, smiling. "I'm sure you'll have fun. You can tell me all about it later if you want," he added, giving her a quick kiss.

"Thanks Bradley!" she returned the kiss, pulling him close and grabbing his butt and giving it a small squeeze like she'd seen a few other fellow students do. It was nice. though not as nice as him cleaning her up after breakfast. "I'll see you after classes okay? Be safe."

With that, she takes off from the rooftop, taking wing and swooping down the ground level to head to class.

And yeah, that might be good. I was starting to get a bad feeling about sending this group over to the elementary school. And not one of them actually showed up for class on time. :)

One of them was considering having a quickie, which would've made her even later.

Very worrisome, for an elementary school student. ;)

"But you're going to have to eat quickly now. You're already late to class."

The kiss only made the fluttering in Rena's stomach stronger. It certainly wasn't an unpleasant feeling, but it made her knees kind-of weak. The feeling only got stronger as he affectionately stroked her cheek.

"Oh! Right! I don't want to be late! It's a shame, I was hoping to have some more fun before class, but I guess I'll have to wait!" she says, his reminder of the impending class giving Rena a sudden burst of nerves. "Let's eat though!"

Without much preamble, Rena plops down where they were standing and breaks into her box, immediately digging in, ignoring the plastic utensils provided. Nobody has ever taught her table manners, that much is clear as she digs in with gusto.

"Rena! I.." he stopped and blushed, looking sheepish. "I thought you forgot."

"Sorry!" Rena exclaimed, swooping in for a landing a good distance from where the pigeons were gathered, not wanting to spook Bradley's birds.

With the two experiences so close together, Rena was noticing differences in the way she reacted to Bradley over Fei. Fei might have made her loins stir... but seeing Bradley made her chest feel light and her stomach flutter too. It was a very strange feeling, it almost made her dizzy. Almost.

"I did get distracted, but I wouldn't let you go hungry!" Rena said brightly, carrying a pair of the packed food boxes the cafeteria had. It had seemed alot more practical than getting a plate.

She greets him with a long kiss.

Rena hurries out of the cafeteria, carrying some food for both herself and Bradley. She didn't want to be late for class but she didn't want Bradley to go without food either...

Her lovely winged - and clothed - form, comes up over lip of the roof, looking around for Bradley.

While the young monk has been educated in the arts of diplomacy, he is now having....a moment of difficulty...trying to remember when (if ever) he received any instruction on how to 'diffuse' a situation specifically like this. Knowing that silence would most likely not be an option here, he tries to reply in a way that will still respect Vai's privacy in these matters.

"I....am afraid that even just seeing such a spectacle would...damage...my calm, just as surely as being a participant in it. And then damage everyone and everything around me."

Rena's face fell slightly at that, troubled by Fei's plight. "Oh... I see."

Suddenly seeming to realize something, Rena glances upwards at the ceiling, looking worried. "Oops! I... um... I have to go. Sorry! Find me if you find a way to take me up on my ideas! It would be alot of fun!" Rena says cheerfully, waving at the pair she had propositioned as she hurries off to line up. She at least had to bring Bradley some breakfast, as she promised.

"Oh, Vai!" Rena replies, a little confused at her friend's tone. "It's me, Rena!" she says brightly, trying to deflect Vai's blunt anger with a cheery smile and pushing her chest out slightly at the other girl.

Vai gets a somewhat confused look on her face, the anger fading away slightly. "Why are you hitting on my boyfriend?" she asks tersely, with a note of confusion now laced into her voice.

Rena beams back at her. "Well, that's because he's very beautiful and I wanted him to have sex with me." At this, Vai splutters slightly, blushing with both anger at embarassment at Rena's candidness. Her wing rises slightly at that though, blocking Fei from view a little more.

Rena presses on with her campaign of bright cheerfulness, taking a step closer to Vai. "Oh don't worry Vai, he told me that you two were in a relationship. I think I understand what that means in regards to sex. And you are very cute too. Maybe, since Fei can't do any touching, we could have fun together and he could watch? Even just watching could be alot of fun, and since you'd both be there it wouldn't be a violation of your relationship, right?" Rena asks happily, glancing at Fei over Vai's now-drooping wing with a wide smile.

Vai seems to be completely taken aback by the bold suggestion, having gone a little pale, her wings drooping down to once again including Fei in the conversation.

"You did not know - therefore there is nothing to apologize for," Fei answers simply with a warm smile. "I just did not want you to get hurt accidentally. I have done that to people I care for before...I try very hard to not let that happen again."

"And I actually can have some contact with others...but I must be careful of that contact, and...calm...when I do so. I must choose serenity over passion, but it is better than nothing at all," he adds sagely.

"I...will take that as a compliment," the young monk does his best to answer graciously, a touch of color on his own cheeks at her unfiltered...

"I will take that as a compliment too." Rena mirrors with something of a playful giggle. The revelation that Fei is unable to perform obviously hasn't dampened her attraction to him - she's playing lightly with her hair and batting those eyelashes - perhaps subconsciously flirting. She isn't moving to touch him or anything like though, obviously respecting his condition.

Fei, of the Sun Soul wrote:

"I am Fei...welcome to Avalon, Rena, he says with a friendly smile. "Most people here get to know each other through discourse rather than...um...intercourse, which is part of the reason for my...confusion...at your question. I did not mean to give any offense with my mannerisms - please accept my apologies if I did so."

"To answer your original question - I am afraid I must respectfully decline your original... er...offer. While I am happy to speak with you, I am already in a relationship with someone, and it would be...inappropriate of me to be intimate with another. Which I actually cannot be at all as my touch can be...very harmful to others."

Fei's reputation of occasionally being a terror to behold cows the rude student, and he picks up his lunch tray and stalks off to another part of the cafeteria. He does sneak an appreciative glance at Rena's backside though. Maybe he's just jealous that she didn't proposition him.

Rena on the other hand, seems not to take any offense and Fei's explanation, though at the mention that he's in a relationship, but that contact of any kind was pretty much impossible. She actually raises a hand to her mouth, obviously slightly shocked at that particular. "Oh, I'm sorry for putting you in an uncomfortable position then. You're just so... beautiful. But that's horrible! Not being able to touch, or be touched." Her emerald green eyes are shining slightly as she looks at Fei, empathy plain in every movement. "And that poor girl.. having you all to herself but not being able to... well. That's..." Apparently she has no filter, blurting exactly what she thought about that particular situation, though she fails to conjure a word to describe exactly what it was. "That's..."

"That's... really... um... romantic, actually." she finishes somewhat uncertainly, "Though I don't know how she can control herself around you. I know I wouldn't be able to."

Rena cocks her head a little to the side at that, a slightly confused expression on her face. "I thought we could use it as a fun way to get to know each other. My name is Rena."

At a nearby table, a young man within earshot of the conversation coughs in an odd way, and Fei's pretty sure he heard the word "Slut!" laced into the cough. Again, Rena doesn't seem perturbed.

Fei, of the Sun Soul wrote:

The young monk notes that this woman is purposefully moving to intercept him. He has no idea why she means to make actual contact with him, and her expression would not seem to indicate that she had anything to do with the injured person.

He gracefully adjusts his own movement, stepping smoothly to the side almost as if tracing a half-orbit around her to maintain their distance for a few more seconds. As he does so, he bows respectfully to her.

"Good morning, miss....is there something I may help you with? Are you a friend of the injured woman that was just here?"

Fei's quick action to subtly keep some distance from her gives Rena a moment's pause as she stops short, frowning slightly. He really was beautiful, even more so that Bradley. She could almost feel his grace and power through his careful movements and respectful bow. Rena tries to mimic the motion, a perhaps ill-advised course of action given the rather short skirt she's wearing (and she now has the full attention of several young men seated behind her). Her wings splay out slightly as she bows, perhaps in an effort to ensure balance. One of Rena's admirer's whistles appreciatively, but Rena fails to notice it, or doesn't understand what it means.

"Erm... no, not really. I was just wondering if you'd like to have sex later today? There's probably not enough time before class." she says, completely straight-faced. Though there is a hint of blush about her features, she's clearly not embarrassed at all by what she just suggested.

During the exchange with the Lycans and the subsequent arrival of Silinrul, Rena herself has wandered off - perhaps distracted by something on the far end of the cafeteria, away from the action (and the mean Lycans).

It is towards a rather Perfect young man that she is drawn. Everything about him screamed beauty and symmetry and perfection. She just wanted to touch him.

---

Fei will see a young winged woman - school aged and dressed in a tight fitting top and a rather short skirt, with her hip-length blue-white hair flowing fully around her in thick locks - approaching him with a joyful smile on her face. It's only by the grace of Fei's ability to read people and his ability to react that tells him that she's going to reach out to touch him, meeting his eyes...

You said you wanted this meeting. ;D

"Um, well.. N-No, not really. I've got this necklace thing so you feel nice." He says, trying to pick his words carefully since he wasn't sure what to say.

"Oh, good." Rena replies cheerfully, not ceasing in her soft stroking, at least until she's forced to quickly move to the side to avoid tripping over the very same pair of creatures Asha had just commented on.

Were those... no.. couldn't be... "Huh... I hope that those weren't Aschen. Nasty little things." she says, making a bit of a face.

Asha Soleil wrote:
"Thank you," she says before motioning to the others that they should leave. Being in the infirmary always made her feel uncertain and in the way. She was glad not to spend more time there than was absolutely necessary.

"Well, that certainly is a relief, isn't it Pyry?" Asha says, unperturbed by the nurse's deflection on her affection, instead turning it back onto the cold Firebird as they exited the infirmary. Stroking his arms and feeling that distinct chill of his body.

"I'm not bothering you, am I Pyry?"Rena asks as they make their way towards the cafeteria, wanting to make sure that she wasn't being offensive in what she was doing.

Damiani wrote:

If, and when they step into the recently refurbished infirmary, it won't take long before a nurse meets them and asks what they need.

The nurse does, however, heal Pyry's injury, unless completely obscured.

Is the nurse male or female? Just checking. ;D

Rena greets the nurse with at least some restraint, not going quite so far as to kiss them, but settling instead to appreciatively stroke their arm (assuming they have an arm). "Good morning. We just wanted to check on a boy that might've been teleported here. He started shaking alot, and it looked like it hurt him. We wanted to make sure he was alright." Rena explains simply, all the while continuing her appreciative stroking, unless rebuked by the nurse.

"You can jump, right? Flying is just a really long jump that can get crazy."

"And if you let me know this time, I can catch you, instead of careening out of control across the roof." Rena teases gently brushing the tip of her wing against her arm.

"I don't know. Should we ask someone?" Then he notices Rena and his face purples slightly. "O-Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't see you there.. I'm Pyry, Asha's little, uh.. brother! Yeah."
"Oh! Right. You haven't met Rena before. Pyry, this is Rena. She's my roommate. And she'll be in the same class as us," Asha said, trying to make Pyry feel more comfortable by making the introduction, but not really having any idea how to handle social niceties so the introduction seemed a bit stiff at best.

Rena had stood a bit back from the vibrating boy, not exactly sure what he was trying to do and growing increasingly worried when he looked hurt and then vanished.

"I... I think he might just have been taken to the infirmary. We should go check on him?" Rena had suggested just before Pyry emerged.

She perked up slightly upon being introduced, however stiffly and grinned. "Oh wow, you are cute." she says sincerely. She's weraing a pretty short skirt and the top she's wearing is pretty tight as well, though it covers completely with no cleavage showing. Her hip-length long blue hair is flowing freely. Her smile is absolutely radiant. "Nice to meet you." she says, trying to be cheerful though she was still a bit shaken by the vibrating boy.

Of course, in her own particular idiom, she greets this new person by moving in a kissing him lightly on the lips. She's not exactly /hot/ in body, though she's not cold either. Maybe her body heat is really well insulated. "Oh wow... you are cold. I didn't hurt you did I?"

"We should go check on that boy, since he was nice enough to help us." Rena adds, not embarrassed in the slightest at her greeting method.

BTW DB3, Asha and Rena are looking for Pyry. :)

Asha giggled. She couldn't do that skirt flippy thing today. She was a little cold this morning so she picked long pants and a long sleeve shirt from the clothing that Tybalt made for her, both in black and pink. They fit her like a second skin, but that certainly didn't bother her in the slightest.

Rena turned away from the mirror and smiled at her friend, leaning in and kissing her firebird roommate briefly on the lips. "You look very sexy today." she says honestly. "Should we go find your brother?"
