Apologies for the delay. I've been keeping up with my games as a player, but I’ve been struggling to find the energy to update the ones I’m running. I appreciate your patience.
As for Rybar and Zepth, I will say that they are swimming with their heads just above the surface of the water. I am not sure if they need to do the Swim action to stay floating in place. I only know they can Swim to move.
Olegaro moves toward Yellow and with his sword, leaves Yellow dead in the spiky trees. You have an action left, which I will direct to the one with the least HP, Sharky. The same goes for Sharky, when he thrusts his blade at the shark. [/ooc] Yellow Salty and Red Sharky out[/ooc]
Otani zaps the remaining shark, Briny.
Briny: DC 18 basic Reflex save: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (18) + 11 = 29 vs EA Crit Success
The shark easily dodges the bolt. It then bites Olegaro.
Jaw Attack: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 vs Olegaro
Damage: 1d12 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17 P damage x2
The shark then tries to secure his bite against the fighter.
Athletics to Grab: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26 vs Olegaro's Fortitude DC 19
The shark successfully secures a hold on his leg and dives straight down with the fighter to around 50 ft! Deep Plunge [one-action] The brine shark dives straight down into the water, moving up to twice its swim Speed in a straight vertical line. It can use this ability while grabbing a creature.

Olegaro |
Olegaro's eye widen as he is dragged down into the water. Holding his breath as he holds back his panic, he thinks to himself I have a bit of time, let's prioritise and get this thing back up to the surface.
First he staunches the worst of his wounds, then prizes the jaws of the shark apart to escape. So far so good, but the actual swimming is unfamiliar and his unaccustomed attempt to get back to the surface is pretty rough. He's still ready to poke the shark with his sword if the opportunity arises though

Otani panics! The Tengu goes wide eyed as s Olegaro is pulled down, down, down into the dark wet devil water!
Otani takes his rope out of his pack, ties it to his heavy(ish) pack and drops it after the Fighter, while holding onto the other end.
Moist Definitely |
As good of a swimmer as he may be, Moist doesn't really want to get closer to Briny.
But maybe he can give it a headache from where he is, and perhaps distract it enough for the team to bring Olegaro back to the surface.

Hanu gets closer and sends current through the water, electrifying the shark.
Olegaro quickly patches wounds, manages to escape from the shark's grasp, and swims closer to the surface. Now 40 ft underwater, -1 rd of breath
Zepth swims to the safety of the shore.
Otani drops rope into the water for Olegaro to reach the end so that the fighter can pick it up and easily pull him out, but he needs to be closer to where the fighter is.
DC 19 basic Will save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16 vs Daze Fail, 5 mental damage
Moist gives the shark a headache that is still bearable.

From Swim, looks like those below the water surface needs to spend an action to Swim to stay afloat, else you will sink 10 ft.

"Aim for the shark’s eye, it is its greatest weakness!" Taiwalei shouts through the wall of water. The PCs can choose to aim for the eyes with a –2 circumstance penalty against the shark. On a success, the shark will release any target it has currently Grabbed, and then use one action to Swim or Stride away from the PC that attacked it on its turn.
