The Pathfinders have time to help the dockworkers douse the conflagration. With the fire under control, Harbormaster Molnesh approaches the Pathfinders.
"I lost of several members of my team from the explosion... and the crew of the Sixwing Drake also perished..." but then she corrects herself, vigorously shaking her head as if to clear her mind of unpleasantness.
"Weird, I remember the ship’s crew seemed unfamiliar to me, which is odd, because she have known the fellow Pathfinder and captain of the ship, Captain Zendrani for many years. I remember that the crew rapidly disembarked and vanished into the city. I recall that a pale-skinned man arrived from the city and somehow convinced me that his companions should be allowed to take the shipment and leave several barrels behind in its place. I thought this was a perfectly normal idea, despite how foolish it sounds now, and now I recall that I readily complied with the request." she realizes what just happened.
One of the surviving dockhands, a young Taldan man with light skin and dirty brown hair, steps forward, wiping his sooty hands on a rag.
"Where have you been, Dornelium?" the harbormaster asks.
"I just arrived, just in time to help put out the fire. I hid when the strangers came to take the shipment, avoiding whatever “foul magic” they used on the rest of the dockhands. I tried to speak with you, but decidednto set out to follow the strangers myself. I followed them all the way to an abandoned tavern in the Puddles district and waited a while, but finding no easy way in and seeing no further activity, I returned to the docks."
Dorneliun shares the tavern’s precise location with Molnesh and the Pathfinders. She gives the Pathfinders a pouch of gold coins worth 14 gp. "Take this, as consolation for your help. I will investigate further. Find this tavern and see what you can find."
You have ten minutes to perform healing before you make way to your next location.

Olegaro will start tending to Otani's wounds giving 2d8 ⇒ (5, 6) = 11 healing.
While he does, he will ask Dornelium "Did you remember anything about the strangers? How many were there? Were they human? Was there anything distinctive about them?"
GM Frost |
"They were wearing hoods and their body features are hid under their clothings so I can't really tell much." Dornelium responds honestly.
"And they are like four of them." he adds.

GM Frost |
The Pathfinders’ path to the abandoned tavern takes them through a crowded market square in the Puddles district. A few dozen merchants and shoppers mill about, going about their daily business.
When they pass through the market square, they can see that merchants hawk their wares from colorful stalls as a few dozen shoppers mill about a cramped market square, selecting goods, haggling, and making trades. The eclectic vendors here sell everything from clothing, food, and spices to alchemical items and weapons.
The dockhand’s directions indicate they should take the relatively empty street directly north of the market, which leads toward an obviously run-down neighborhood in the distance. When they begin to head down the street, they hear a strange rush of air followed by sudden shouts of alarm and an incessant buzzing. The creatures seem to emerge from the shadow of the fountain at the center of the market!

EFFECTS & CONDITIONS REFERENCE
Olegaro |
Olegaro will reflexively block the first blow with his shield. ((shield and Olegaro take 11 S damage plus Olegaro takes the 20 from the other hit)) but then staggers back a half step as he almost gets felled, his shield in tatters on his arm.
With a slight quaver to his voice he'll respond "Oh I think we are. Who are you to torch a Pathfinder Society ship though?"
Is it reasonable to assume we had weapons out before barging the door? I'll assume he had the flail out as usual, but drop the attack if not and draw it instead
Olegaro will wait for Zepth's familiar tune and then

but he's still looking a bit pale from the massive hits
((If the trip is a crit fail he'll hero point it))
Zepth. |
"It's a trap!" Zepth words echo in unison with Hanu and the bard quickly makes use of the cacophony of their voices to weave his anthem in them, followed by a ghost image of impending death into one of their assailants mind.
◆Inspire courage

GM Frost |
Yes, everyone can have weapons out before combat in this part.
Olegaro instinctively blocks the first attack, making his shield broken. Thankfully, he is still standing after the second strike to him.
Zepth brings melodic voices to encourage allies.
DC 18 Will save: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26 vs Fear Crit Success
The enforcer just smirks at Zepth's pathetic attempt to scare the enemy.
Olegaro quickly patches the wounds he gained. He fails to bring the Enforcer B on the ground by tripping and also to hit the enemy.
Out from the dark reveals another enemy that stabs Rybar!

Moist Definitely |
Whoa, Olegaro! Are you okay?
Moist noticed how hard the hits to him sounded. He doesn't imagine his squishy form would have withstood them at all.
Hmm, crowded.
Moist creates a distraction light display behind the enforcers!
◆◆ Cast a spell: Figment, amped (marked on map)
Create a diversion (Deception): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20
The amped version provides... flanking!
You create a simple illusory sound or vision. A sound adds the auditory trait to the spell and the sound can't include intelligible words or elaborate music. A vision adds the visual trait, can be no larger than a 5-foot cube, and is clearly crude and undetailed if viewed from within 15 feet. When you Cast or Sustain the Spell, you can attempt to Create a Diversion with the illusion, gaining a +2 circumstance bonus to your Deception check. If the attempt fails against a creature, that creature disbelieves the figment.
Figment Your minor illusions shift and dance. The range of figment increases to 60 feet. When you Sustain the spell, you can move the apparent sound or vision up to 15 feet. You can then attempt to Create a Diversion as usual. Those creatures who disbelieved the illusion aren't affected by this diversion. Your figment also gains the following amp.Amp When you amp the spell, you can create a particularly distracting illusion as part of its normal effects. Choose an unoccupied square within the spell's range. The illusion in that square provides flanking for a single melee attack made before the beginning of your next turn. If you Sustain the spell, the details of the illusion change and shift to keep your enemies unsettled; the flanking illusion's duration extends until the beginning of your next turn and you can move it to any unoccupied square in the spell's range. The flanking illusion can't provide its benefit against any creature who has disbelieved the figment.
Concentrating again, he then manifests a shield in front of Rybar.
◆ Cast a spell: shield, provided to Rybar (a thing Tangible Dream lets him do)
GM Frost |
Moist gets the attention of the enforcers to look behind them. Success, Moist becomes Hidden to Enforcers. Enforcer B becomes OG by flanking. He then provides shield for Rybar.
Otani, Hanu, and Moist can still act!
Hanu, Friend of the Wood |
Hanu gives the Scout a whip - a tree springs forth from the tavern floor - lifting the table above it into the roof!

Rybar Gannon |
Rybar tries to determine the mortal weakness of the foe who had just struck him. He then takes a swing at it, twice. ((assuming he can find it))
◆exploit vulnerability mortal weakness: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25

He quickly looks at Moist and says "You can do that? That's amazing!"

Scout notices the blunt assault before it hits them. Miss Hanu plants a protector tree inside the building. Rybar has no weakness to exploit from Scout but has everything he needs to create one. He then retaliates against Scout, missing at first but taking out the same from the heat of the battle. Scout out
