The diagonal movement to Step with end of wall to cross is unlikely to me, so I will count your movement as Stride through the tree's space and then to your current position.

As Rybar closes into his target he is having trouble pulling out what he needs to counter the enemy. Crit Fail to EV, Rybar is OG Nonetheless, his retaliation strikes home, poking his target in the chest. Crit, 26 P damage

Red isn't moving for a while and realizes they are flat on the ground with a broken nose. They blindly stand up just to be sliced by Olegaro w Reactive Strike for 13 S damage.

Still blinded, they try to Strike back their attacker.

While the door’s locking mechanism has been broken, the robbers brought their own set of simple quality locks that can be unlocked with three DC 20 Thievery checks, or Force Open the door with a successful DC 20 Athletics check. This amount of property damage to Force Open the door is, by Pathfinder Society standards, acceptable.
