The Confirmation sounds good. :D

You got it. Recruitment thread is here.

Will take up to 5 more players.

I've got a spot open for 1 character to join a group that has just entered level 6 (The Clockwork Maze) of the Emerald Spire. We had one player drop just as we were starting so the party of four is interested in recruiting a replacement. The party currently consists of two ranged and two melee (bomber alchemist, chaos kineticist, fighter, and spiritualist/monk) so they have expressed interest in a caster (either divine or arcane). Tier is 4-6 and preference for a player who is interested in possibly continuing through the other levels of the Spire.

If interested, please post in the discussion thread here.

Howdy all,

Our Core group that runs pretty regularly with a GM swap setup has run into a bit of an issue. All our GM's are pretty much full up busy for the next month or so. So, if anyone is interested in a guest GM spot for us, we are the group for you! No scenario has yet been picked for us to play next. We should all be level six and I'm guessing there are a decent number of options for us to play.

If interested, you could PM me or drop in on the last game and meet the team here.

I totally get if no one is free. The next convention being right around the corner is the main reason we are even in this quandary and I expect most of the active GM's here have a pending game or two in it.

Thank you for your time.

Lantern Lodge

I'm running a 1-7 CORE table in Outpost... so if you all jumped in there at the start that would keep you together and give you outpost boons as well.

Hello everyone,

for Outpost IV: Roll Them Bones, I just realized that early GM sign-ups are allowed.

GM early player access: January 26-28, 2021

Here is the games spreadsheet.

Grand Lodge

so we can sign up for games now?

GMs can sign up for one game early.

Dark Archive

Correct, GM's can sign up for 1 early game. General player sign ups go active on 29 Jan 2021.

Grand Lodge

yeah...i read that as GM and player early access...me=toopid

Remember to address the time zone issue so there's no ambiguity with the kiwis. :)

Midnight GMT is a good time to begin signing up.

Lantern Lodge

Us Kiwi's like getting in early!

But hey, midnight GMT is just after midday for us. Can't argue with that for fair.

Alrighty folks, player sign-ups for Outpost IV are live per Redelia's post here! Please read the instructions carefully. Link to the game spreadsheet may be found in this post here.

Now, go forth and sign up! :)

Hello my fine feathered furred friends, your new skulk needs you!

Now offering up to two spots in a steady group of foxes playing through a variety of scenarios. We trade off GM'ing, but that isn't a 100% requirement to join.

Only one rule, you have to be Kitsune. Beyond that, we'd prefer players around level four. Our group has excellent players who enjoy a bit of RP and we move along at a decent pace.

So if you have a PC that fits or a blob of credits, come chat with us here.

Would it be too late for someone to get a PF1 standard table going for Outpost in the range of level 15 or so? wondering what's even available around that level...

Edit: anyone knows a list of PF1 scenarios listed by level range?

The only one that comes to mind that isn't part of a set (All for Immortality, Passing the Torch, etc) is #10-09 Rasping Rebirth (12-15).

Oh, #8-25 Unleashing the Untouchable, and #9-25 Betrayal in the Bones as well (both 12-15). You can search for that level range on PFS Tracker.

Strangely I have yet to play the 12-15 content, I was waiting for local players to catch up and they kept rolling alts and we never got there :p

Passing the Torch Part 1 would be cool I think. Would anyone like to run this? I got a level 15 fighter that could prove interesting...

Oh, and thanks for the PFS Tracking link Dennis. Very nice and searchable!

If we are looking for suggestion how about The Moonscar (Levels 15-17). That could be fun.

I am hoping to get a run of that too as soon as I finish the Iron Medusa module we have just recently started!

Yuri is in the same boat.

Pretty much where Marcus is, too. Between him and my secondary seeker I think I've done almost all the 12+ scenarios. I've only done Iron Medusa out of the available modules, though.

Silver Crusade

Thank you for your search-fu everyone. I am humble by your support.

I have a request for both our wonderful GM community and any Seeker characters. I was contacted recently by a new Seeker by the name of Felver, who was part of an Eyes of the Ten run on the boards recently. However, his table suffered a great mishap partway through the scenario and only he and one other player remain. Sadly, I am not able to take both of them onto my ongoing Eyes of the Ten table, and I lack the bandwidth to run a second table at this time.

To continue their capstone adventure, these players need two things:
- A GM willing to pick up where they left off (partway through Part 1) and see them through to the end of the 4-scenario arc
- At least two other Seekers willing to join them on this scenario series

If interested, please let both myself and Felver know here.

Silver Crusade

I have a level 12 Paladin I was saving for Eyes and could jump in. I do hat missing half the first mod though. Would it make more sense to just start over?

Liberty's Edge

My Heavens Oracle would be interested in the eyes of the ten too

Scarab Sages

I have a level 12 paladin, as well. I would defer to anyone else. I have completed Eyes before.

I have a battlefield control fighter who has reached level 12. Doesn't do much damage, but he tends to prevent the enemy from doing much, either.

I have never attempted any of the 12+ material, but it looks like there's an abundance of martial characters and not much else. generally a poor PFS recipe.

Dark Archive

Outpost IV Players and GM's on Roll for Combat Discord server - Your tables have been created with the table name matching the name of the scenario you are playing. Please head on over to the Roll for Combat Discord as soon as possible to gather your tables as the players will need permissions set.

Scarab Sages

Arcanadin is a bit more gish-ish than most paladins. On top of his paladin spells he has several item mastery feats to let him use arcane SLAs.

'Eyes' was an early PFS, so really geared for 4 core-ish characters. As I recall, it isn't really so much spells or weapons. Either will work for almost all of it. A decent utility caster can make some of it much easier though. You do need some skills.

We played with a witch, three alchemists, and only one real front-liner. Other than one very close call in part one, it was fine. It doesn't require that much balance.

I think it's much better with 4 (or maybe 5) than 6. Six modern reasonably built pathfinders will just find some parts too easy.

That said, both when I played it and when I ran it, the parties had someone for healing and condition removal and were very glad of it.

Silver Crusade

My paladin can handle much healing and condition removal with lay on hands, Heck, he can even raise dead with lay on hands.

I have a level 15 fighter almost at the end of Wardens of the Reborn Forge (will be level 16 at the end). He would no doubt be super interested in going to the moon with you all! ;)

Silver Crusade

My new Seeker, Aquana (Lv1 12 wizard) was also stranded in that game of EoTT with Felver and a few others. It would be nice if we were able to pick it up again.

The Concordance

Any games going for a level 9 sorcerer?

You should check out the link below.

Players may now sign up for more games. Table limits have been removed.

Players may also now be at one table of each special, if desired. You still may not be at more than one table of the same special.

What does OPO discord mean?

Organized Play Online has been my best guess

The Concordance

Does that mean the game will be ran over discord voice chat rather than text based?

I think all games for this convention will be run over play by post or play by (discord) post. This is not a voice chat/virtual tabletop game convention. Few people actively look for or recruit for such games here.

Oh sweet

I *think* there's still a spot in the tier 5-9 Jarlsblood Witch Saga for Outpost IV.

Edit: There are only 5 players who dotted in so far. On the Outpost IV sign-up list, there is a 6th player, but they never dotted in.

^ I'm the GM of that table. I expect Grimdog73 will be joining us.

Rallas Linnderil looks like your fellow Pathfinders are eager to meet you, dot in here for a trip to the Land of the Linnorm Kings!

Rallas is currently killing a Lich and a Golem so please give him a little time, ok?! ;-)
