I'm pretty sure this scenario path starts here.

If no-one else volunteers to take the Kitsunes on their confirmation, I will happily do so but can not start until Outpost II has completed 8-99D. I am also heading into a fairly frequent convention run but this is Confirmation, I think it should be doable.

If someone else is ready sooner then I will happily step aside.

I've already posted and started recruiting those kitsunes to a table. Thanks though

Kitsune Confirmation Table since it's now on the previous page.

If you want, join my confirmation table. Its a great first adventure scenario to play in and can be replayed multiple times.

Dark Archive

I think that I have everything. I posted a few questions in one of the tabs of the game.

Do I need anything else?

I see you in my confirmation, so you're good there. You can continue to keep an eye on recruitment thread here in case another scenario begins recruitment. One of the cool things about PbP is that you can play multiple characters across multiple scenarios all at the same time! (Although, I'm trying to limit myself to playing 1 or 2 PCs at a time. I find it a little difficult to get into the headspace of too many characters at once).

Shall we also reserve a spot for Warwikk at your Confirmation table?

Good idea, I just posted a reservation for him. I think with him that makes 6, although my discussion thread has become quite messy.

Since most of my Outpost sessions are winding down, I'll be running a Wonders in the Weave session, both parts I & II (tier 5-9) in low tier (5-6) in 'bout a week and a half. I already have 5 players committed and need 1 more to round out the party. Looking to start around the 22nd of April...I'll take the first one to post at the link below:

With the second outpost wrapping up I am spinning up this years:
Master of the Fallen Fortress of Whimsy

(not to be confused with the Whimsical Master of the Fallen Fortress or the Fortress of the Fallen Whimsy Master)

Last year saw two teams of creative character explore the simple tower near Absalom. Full of Toads, Spiders, Kobolds, and.....The dreaded Monkeys! This year I am looking at running two (maybe three) more teams.

This is a replayable level 1, so build something interesting to try and if it doesn't work, you can rebuild it again!

However I am offering two special versions of the table, if there is enough interest.

Table 1: "I think this is what the authors intended." Play with the new Advanced Players Guid Iconics: Damiel the Alchemist, Alain the Caviler, Imrijk the Inquisitor, Alahazra the Oracle, Balazar the summoner, and Feiya the Witch

Table 2: "The all singing, all dancing, all Harsk party" If one Harsk is poorly made, how bad can six of them be to tackle the place!

Table ???: "Monkeys just want to have fun!" Bring what ever just make it interesting.

You can pull info from Pre Gen BB Code

Sing ups will be open for this week, and I will fill the table though a lotteries. Please specific if you have any desire or preference either of the Special tables.

Also drop a note on the recruiting thread as to what interesting character you look to bring.

Sing ups? Wait, are you doing Master of the Fallen Fortress -- the Musical? With a bunch of singing, dancing Harsks?

@Hmm Because sing and sign don't show as wrong :) But yes. I will put that down for next year.

IgnaNacho has put their name down already. But I can add them to the priority list :)

Thanks GM Hmm, Appreciate the thought.

I have posted interest in the recruiting thread.

AlsoI have already done Seige of the Diamond City in person as well, so even If I jumped into the gameplay tab a bit earlier, it prob wouldn't have helped.

"Faster of the Mallen Whimstress of Flimsy?"

Gahlethea is suddenly reminded of a field trip she once had.

"Just, no monkeys, please! I won't go if there are monkeys." notes the woman. "I'd rather spend the day walking around inside this boring, old museum than face the possibility of running into monkeys. Say, when did it start getting so foggy in here, anyways?"

I was unaware that this scenario has an optional Harsk mode! Though, it brings no additional rewards, just extra challenge, it sounds like a lot of fun! Sign me up!

The rabbit leads the confused woman off to the proper forums.

Recruiting for a classic run of Beyond Azlant Ridge.

This is a fun and challenging scenario that I particularly enjoyed in my PC run. Please post your intended character with classes and level.

Recruiting for Broken Chains in campaign mode.

Let's round up a crack team of Twilight Talons!

Shadow Lodge

Unfortunately, Broken Chains is not currently available for campaign mode. The earlier modules lack a full sanctioning document and can only be played in sanctioned mode with regular PFS characters. I'll see if I can find the post from Tonya clarifying it.

Edit: Here it is.

Tonya Woldridge wrote:
Nohwear wrote:
So, do ALL modules now have a campaign mode? Including The Emerald Spire and the smaller modules? The new guide seems to say so, but I would really appreciate an official answer. Or at least let me know if you are thinking on it.

The guide is written so that we may include a campaign mode in either Adventure Paths or Modules as they are sanctioned. Each sanctioning document will list the particular modes for the sanctioned AP or module. So no, it is not universal, it depends on each individual piece.

-T

I'd love to get into a Broken Chains run with my Champion of Irori though.

There is no Campaign mode available for Broken Chains...

So, if it has a chronicle but no ‘sanctioning document’ then it must be run like a standard PFS game to earn the chronicle?

That’s a shame: to PFS or not to PFS?

Shadow Lodge

That is the unfortunate truth. It's a tough call either way.

I’m going to run this as PFS then: who fancies a secondment to the Twilight Talons?

Does anyone have a list of which modules do have a campaign mode? I didn’t know that there were any!

Shadow Lodge

I'm not sure if anyone has compiled the list, but generally speaking any module with a sanctioning document rather than just a chronicle should have it. Maybe I take some time to post a list somewhere.

I think a good general rule is that all the long modules starting with Dragon's Demand have Campaign mode, but none of the others. Emerald Spire and Thornkeep do not. (this 'rule of thumb' also ignores that it's possible the newest modules are not available yet...)

Scarab Sages

Casting call for this years:

Master of the Fallen Fortress of Whimsy

(not to be confused with the Whimsical Master of the Fallen Fortress or the Fortress of the Fallen Whimsy Master)

You can still Sing or Sign Up

Though I broke out the tables a little more. I would like to make sure that those that want to do the "Harsk" table know that it will be, well different. Otherwise go for the more "normal" tables.

So feel free to move your names around

If the Harsk table is one Harsk short of a proper Harsk Squad, I'll drop my name in, but I've got a lot of games going right now as-is!

It sounds very fun, though...

7/15 of a badger at most, unless you start selling off gear. Meanwhile, for less than a silver piece, you can buy 3 untrained cats!

That’s an excellent point, and means I do not need to be concerned about my Harsk’s pathetic Handle Animal modifier.

You know, all this discussion is mellowing my Harsk.
