OK Makon's fort saves first gosh wish I was raging!
fort 1: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8fort 2: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9 OK there's only one worse outcome than that! Wow what sh*^y rolls! LOL!

As Makon manages to sink his blade into the filthy undead thing he grins in satisfaction...His mirth is short lived however as the the horror is still very much alive and moving after his blow lands. It turns suddenly snapping at the proud half-orc, sinking it's filthy black ichor stained fangs, deep into Makon's flesh...Prickles begin to spread throughout Makon's frame as he realizes something is very wrong!

Makon tries to move his axe to defend himself, but his body simply will not respond! For a moment panic overwhelms him as he stares into the face of his impending doom. This undead monster is going to eat me! Makon realizes in stark terror!

At that moment a Makon hears the *boom!* of Tofag's strange hand-banger device and sees a chunk fly out of the creature. Volsung dances up to the deadly creature and cuts neat little patches of the creatures wings and antenna with his rapier..finally Khana and Covadil come in with their heavy blades and sever the creature's spine in two separate places near the neck. Makon can only stare in shock and relief as his body remains frozen in place... I just hope I didn't soil myself in front of my brave friends...Goram forgive me if I've shammed myself!

Makon sees the Tian human try to talk tough to the calm spirit and nearly laughs at the puny man's feeble attempt...He says to Angie, What you trying to coddle the poor spirit!? Make it feel all warm and fuzzy?! Makon turns to the treebark face thing and starts ranting (taking Volsung's Burst of Insight,) .. Ah!!! Poor little wilderness spirit lost your heart have ye?! Raising his voice to a near freenzy now.. WELL WAKE UP!...Your world is crashing down around you! Everything will be destroyed that you love...especially if you don't help us to stop it! So stop feeling sorry for your loathsome self...and do some good...or I can send you on your way to the next spirit world if you think that would end the pain!? Eamon isn't sure but he suspects the Alchemist could be better at aiming this contraption than himself. Wanting to make up for his past Cowardice, Eamon decides to sacrifice his own safety by preparing the ballista to fire before drawing a weapon or casting a spell to protect himself.

Eamon reaches down finds what he believes to be a strait ballista shaft and loads it onto the firing rail. He then works the crank wheel to pull back the heavy gauge sinew that the machine's string consisted of. After, rolling the crank back several turns Eamon pushed a beveled piece of wood into the firing lock mechanism so the lance on the rail didn't fire until someone pulled the trigger on the machine.

After he is finished loading the machine, Eamon turns to Alessio and shouts, You should fire I'll load!

Note: Alessio, it takes me a full round to load the ballista, so you should use one action to move towards Eamon and another to prep yourself (take a mutagen or some other buff?) Eamon spends round 1 loading the ballista

When Eamon observes how little his healing ministrations have effected Alessio, he is slightly angry. The scientist must have said something to offend the inheritor or her magic would have rushed through him like a mighty wave striking a lonely coastline. Concerned as well as annoyed, Eamon ask Alessio, Tell me what god or goddess do you worship friend? Do you pay any homage to the Inheritor?

Eamon takes out a scroll with a little *tsk*..He unfurls and and clears his throat before saying, I bought this in a market about 1/2 year back. Some priest of Abadar were having a special...as they would call it... Eamon's distaste for his fellow clergymen is evident. ok so I need to retcon here because I missed a very important post .
Celia is taken aback as Squint hands her the chain shirt with the exquisite mail shirt.. for me? Celia ask tentatively.. When Squint nods affirmative, she dares to touch the brilliant and shining links laying on the chair in front of her... Squint it’s too much! I really cannot accept... Celia’s voice begins cracking a little.. besides, you were right I was a coward, I really did think of running! the tears were flowing freely now ... I don’t deserve to be called a Pathfinder! I don’t belong with heroes such as you! Celia runs off to her room at the lodge and closes the door not answering for anybody for several hours. After some time there’s a light tap on her door... Celia it’s Sheila... Sheila Heidmarch.. open the door Pathfinder I’ve words for you.

After Sheila Heidmarch left, Celia felt a mixture of shame, regret, and renewed determination. Celia sat in silence staring at the beautiful mail shirt her comrade... her “fellow Pathfinder “ had given her... don’t mock me coat! thought Celia accusingly towards the Mithral masterpiece. I’ll find a way to be worthy of you... I’ll prove myself to my friends and the Venture Captain... don’t doubt me!

Ok so this combat got thoroughly messed up... (reading back the post I realize some of it was me too)

So in the future lets keep a couple things in mind.

Actions occur as they happen in initiative order...(even if another player in the block initiative posted before you.)

If you're not in bold it's not your turn (kinda duh but anyway)

try to post as little as possible in advance (unless you're readying an action)

Your moves written in/on the game-play thread will be the default...not the ones on the map...(the map gets moved a lot and things seem to get a little messed up..) The map is only a reference tool...you must have declared your intentions on the PbP board...(ie..Gm I move to the right of the creature keeping a 10' distance ending up about 15' away on the right)

that's it lets keep it tight and if you know the party is in combat try to post at least once a day to keep things moving..(weekends only once is fine)

lastly keep in mind tues-thurs are very busy days 4 me...if I'm a day or two late don't worry I often double post on Friday and Sat..

So it seems I signed up twice for Siege of the Diamond City (and I also signed up Stonelords) ...I PM'd GM Weenerton and he removed me from the spread sheet...I removed myself from GM Uktar's spread sheet...just wanted to offer apologies ...I wasn't getting greedy...I thought I saw a post saying we could sign up for 2 games...by VL Redelia but, it turned out I read it wrong (only if 1 of the games was Cosmic Captive or another play forum other than Paizo)...

As far as what happened on Siege of the Diamond City...I really don't know seems I signed up for 2 games same tier with the same character just different GMs....thinking it might be a copy and paste error..
anyway I'm heading out the door...could someone in our fantastic community (if they have time) PM GM Uktar for me and let him/her know they have a slot open now? (if not I'll do it later tonight)

thx again everyone and sorry :(

Celia blinks, Well there it is one of my allies has confirmed my own self doubts...but I find this unsettling to take from someone who stands in back and calls on magic beings to do his fighting for him while holding and hoarding the healing in his own belt pouch!

Mast Squeek..et umm I mean Squint Celia is not shy about her distaste for the ugly half-man. I ran this is true...but not before I placed myself between two charging adversaries and the rest of the party. Celia looks to the rest of the party to acknowledge what everyone knows to be true. Perhaps it was my many years of gladiatorial training that taught me to not allow myself to be flanked or death would soon follow...or perhaps your accusation is correct and I'm just a coward....I'll leave it to the rest to decide which is which seeing how you've already made up your mind.

But whether or not my maneuvers it combat constitute cowardliness or not is irrelevant to me with regards to yourself...As I did not see you at all during combat! Celia looks directly at the pudgy little deformed creature known as "Squint". Pointing her finger at his monstrous ally she continues. I do not have the luxury of using magic to conceal myself while others do the fighting for me! You however, are perfectly comfortable hoarding all the healing magic the party has to offer while others blood fills the gutters! What say you to this?! Must we all fall before we are deemed worthy enough to hold our own magic? Or will you summon your servant to take it from us?! Celia takes the potion out from her belt pouch..still bleeding and terribly wounded she considers throwing on the cobbles below and smashing the content in protest but instead hands it to Barkot.

I'll let a true warrior who bleeds his own blood hold the magic that can save his life. As for you savage little 1/2 dwarf... I'll not be speaking with you until offered an apology! Not through quite yet, Celia snaps her head at Parnel and says, As for you! If you continue to shoot first and ask questions later...you can expect a report to Venture Captain Heidmarch from me! We're Pathfinders not assassins! Celia shakes the crate holding Natayla... This woman was held up firmly in that place she could have waited till another day when we had a better tactical plan, or at least were fully healed. It's miracle she's still alive to interrogate..perhaps your cold elven blood doesn't feel mortality as we humans do, given how long your given on Golarion...but, I'd prefer my mother not be sent a message my body was found rotted in the sewers some weeks after worrying about my disappearance! So if you want to attack every thug on site we meet in Magnimar...give the rest of us fair warning so we can travel at distance and not be associated with such a ruthless individual. Celia laughs a bitter chortle.. You won't last long on the streets of Magnimar that way anyhow...but small consolation to your companions families, that you drug into your never ending battle, with your own ego! Celia spits in disgust, And if that be your view of what a coward is so be it! I don't answer to either of you anyway...I'm a Pathfinder...chosen for my skill and reason of mind and heart as well as my blade...you... Looking mostly at 'Squint' Your both just scared little men trying to build your own courage by calling into question others...I'll let Heidmarch and if necessary the The Decemvirate, decide my fitness to be a member. May Shelyn show you the path to beauty ... Celia turns her back picks up the crate and says to Barkot and Reillana, It's getting late, the thieves in these parts mostly come out at night...mostly. Celia says suddenly feeling naked and wounded.

I will roll once on this s form to see if you have a random encounter at Sunrise the next day ( that’s when Sarenrae’s faithful get their spells renewed correct?) if you already had all the necessary spells memorized you can leave as early as 3 in the morning let me know if that’s the case. There’s a 30% chance you’ll encounter something going up the stairs I’ll roll that here and post on Monday in the gameplay thread the result btw unless I say otherwise lower is always the negative result ( which in this case would mean 01-30 you encounter something) wandering monster: 1d100 ⇒ 80

Thodric:
From a knowledge nobility check you made earlier. You realize the two woman (besides your Venture Captian) in the room are some of the most important people in Vigil! Therefore some of the most important people in Lastwall! As mentioned (by Zongnoss), Aylunna Varatos, is 2nd sword of Vigil and head priestess of the Cathedral of Sancta Iomedaea in Vigil ( the largest know Cathedral dedicated to The shield lady in Golarion). She is from a old family line that has fought to defend Lastwall since the days of the Whispering Tyrant. She is known to have a somewhat rebellious and equally beautiful sister, who is rumored to be the head priestess of Iomedea in the small outpost of Trunau.

Veena Heliu, on the other-hand..not much is known about her family. She is obviously of half eleven heritage. She is rumored to be from somewhere in the Fangwood. She earned the trust of the peoples of Vigil early in her life. She rose through the ranks to eventuality become the Precentor Martial for Magic in Vigil.

Both woman, have extraordinary power within the city and Lastwall itself. They are both members of the Precentors Martial, a group of 5 military and civil advisers that shape policy. Perhaps with exception of a few nobles, these woman are second in power only to The Watcher Lord himself![/i]

The two important woman seemed satisfied you are capable of preforming the mission assigned. Veena doesn't say much except. I shall meet you here tomorrow; at are gracious host home. Veena nods to Evini Zongnoss. I must ask Ren Dendarvi, for a teleport scroll sufficiently powerful enough to transport the six of us. I will teleport you to Shinnerman's Fortune, where you'll meet with Umlo Nargrymkin. From there he will lead to the gates of Minderhaul valley. Veena smiles grimly then nods.

For her part Aylunna, smiles and offers Iomedea's blessing to each of you. You'll need all the shield maiden's strength to complete your mission. As well as the guiding light of the Dawnflower She says in respect to the two priest. After some brief goodbyes the woman depart and there's a short follow-up briefing giving by Zongnoss. She ends by saying. Veena will be here shortly after dawn. Get a good super and have everything ready. Tomorrow you travel by magic to Shinnerman's Fortune. After that, you'll be on your own until your mission is complete.

guys quick refresher on how to report a new player's pregen? ( I already gave both players new player pathfinder IDs) Do I put the pregen's name under name? Do I default to Grand lodge. Neither player had registered a character on Paizo yet... I think I got this just if anyone has some advice. (btw both newbs had a lot of fun and I told them to keep their Pathfinder ID#'s with the conformation code also directed them to the Paizo website Organized play tab. But, it was getting late and they needed to go home so I couldn't help them register a character.) update think I got my answers. A. don't put in the pregen's name (it will auto populate later when they register a character.) So I assume since neither player had an existing PFS character..I just add a -1 to their PFS I handed them correct? B. Grand Lodge is default...leave it alone they can change it later I believe.

So I have a question regarding the Alien Archive boon issued late last year. I played in the requisite 6 adventures (for tier 2 personal boon) between August 17th(2017) and June 14th (2018). All the adventures/scenarios I played in, I completed. It also happens that, I played all the scenarios via PbP on the Paizo boards (many of them as part of 'Game day events'); therefore it should be easy to document I actually played said adventures during the allotted time. Before this last summer began, I reached out to the various GMs and asked all of them to sign off on my Alien Archive boon so, I could build a character from one of the new races offered by the boon.

One GM got back to me and signed. (thank you GM Christopher P Marsh!) The others I got no response from or, some just told me to sign off on it myself. I wanted to follow through with this but (Ie. ask a venture officer it was O.k. to sign off myself because the games were so well documented), this summer was extremely busy for me and I never pursued it any further. Now that the summer is over, and I find myself with some more time; I wanted to find out if I could still use the 'Alien Archive' boon. I could easily list all the games I was involved in (even provide links to all their game pages). I can also provide pdf copies of all the chronicles (of the appropriate games) to a venture officer. What I'm requesting is: Could one of the online VOs sign off on my Alien Archive boon sheet retroactively? I'll provide them with any proof they need and send them a copy of my Alien Archive boon (which unfortunately only has one two actual GM signatures)
If this is possible please let me know thanks!

*edit* Quick shout out to GM 'Big Boom' who also signed my Alien Archive Boon..(just opened the file and noticed he signed as well)

OK I'm almost ready to go on this guys...Some quick meta backdrop...I'm going to start you in the city of Vigil in Lastwall it ties in better with my former campaign. You will have been summoned by the female gnome Venture captain,Evni Zongnoss. whom all of you have met at least once before (it's assumed all of you have been in Vigil at least week and would have reported to the lodge at least upon arrival.)

Go ahead and make a post about what you been doing in Vigil this last week or two. Also a gather info or knowldge local check may reveal some useful info about your up-coming mission. Assume all characters know the basic rules of Vigil. I'll try to get opening post up Tuesday by mid-day.

A young woman, sweat pouring off her face, grime on her fingers and forearms, is on hands and knees scrubbing the floor of an indoor latrine. In this part of Magnimar...only the very wealthiest of individuals could afford such space inside their homes. This particular residence was the abode of a favorite consort, of a rumored high ranking member of the Night Scales. The young woman uses the back of her hand to wipe away the mated bangs of her short Strawberry blonde hair...out of her eyes. She looks up as, she hears a knock on the front door downstairs. The familiar voice of her mother, can be heard answering the door. A brief exchange of unintelligible words and the door closes. The young woman..Celia by name..can hear her mother ascend the stairs..presumably to fetch her.

Celia climbs to her feet in anticipation of her mother's approach. However, her mother is cut-off by the mistress of the house. Myra Hillore! If you expect to remain under my employment ...you will refrain from having visitors at my home! It is scandalous to have the help have callers at a ladies house! Celia almost chokes as mistress of a known thug and criminal utters these words to her mother. She begins to stalk down the hall ready to defend her mothers honor when she catches an alarmed look of her mother's eyes that, freezes her in her tracks. The erstwhile concubine turns to Celia as she approaches and raises an eyebrow. Yes Celia? I don't recall summoning you? Have you finished cleaning the toilet chamber yet? Celia's fist tighten...her mother makes a motion with her hand indicating to Celia to remain calm.

Celia tries to suppress her growing indignation and anger, grrr.. Yes, mistress..I've just finished... Celia says meekly, I've just come to ask my mother what chores are left...? The snobbish concubine *sniffs* in distaste. Hmph! I know you think your special Celia....I only see you once a week helping your mother...I suppose you think you're a good daughter and all.... The haughty woman let's the last insult hang before moving to on to further provocations. However, it is my feeling that you've never truly accepted your station in life. Your acceptance in to the Pathfinders is no great accomplishment...they accept all sorts of riff-raff...and your reputation at the Serpents Run, is minor at best. My patron's lowest guards, posses more skill then I think you'll ever acquire with arms...*scoff*.....No, your just another poor girl with dreams of dressing in something more than rags or your mother's serving uniform. Celia's face is red and her fist tightly clenched. However, that does not deter the obnoxious woman. Does the truth make you angry Celia? Do you want to hurt me? Shelyn, your mother's goddess, wouldn't approve....! more scoffing...and a giggle. The woman, then grasp Celia's mother's chin. Besides, if you ever raised a hand to me...your whole family would suffer...you know that don't you girl? taunts the gangster's whore.

Myra, I'll be having some guest tonight...I'll need you to stay late and prepare some food and clean-up after supper is served. You may dismiss your proud daughter here.. her presence is not welcome among my guest...you can re-call her tomorrow to help clean the chamber pots if you wish. The sharp tongued courtesan looks directly at Celia, Your family has a particular talent for cleaning up the dung of their betters. The mistress of the house then walks away. Celia starts to follow but, feels the firm hand of her mother on her shoulder. Celia turns to her mother and sees her smiling face. Don't let her bother you my daughter....you know better than to respond to such non-sense! Here, look! It's what you've been waiting for...I think! Celia's mother hands her a sealed parcel..on the outside it is simply addressed Celia Hillore in a distinctive cursive version of common. However, the wax seal contained the emblem of Heidmarch manor
Is mother correct? could this be a summons to my first mission as a Pathfinder?

My fighter moves forward 15' and strikes the bugbear with his sword sword: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10dmg: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 (50 sec)

Esmeralda (a gnome bard) looks at the constable strangely and says, By the way, I didn't catch your name. I'm Esmeralda..Did you happen to lock up a small halfling last week by the name of Bilbo? diplomacy: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17 (1 min 30 sec)

These are a couple examples of how long it takes to make a post (and I type VERY slow!). If you add 2-3 minutes to boot your computer-up and open to the Paizo forums and another minute to close your computer....than theoretically, you could post everyday of the week and it take you no longer than 30 minutes of your time in a whole week! 5 min a day folks that's it...if you can't spare it..please don't apply to this game.

Having got that out of the way; in light of the fact that we have so few games being offered right now...I'll open up a tier 1-2 game (classic) I'll let the players pick between one of two scenarios: I've already run both in CORE and am prepped for both in PbP.

The scenarios will either be:

Night March of Kalakamedes or
The God's Market Gamble

HERE is the link to the recruiting page.

Again please be very aware...I am very strict on posting requirements..I want players not lurkers...If you haven't played one or both these scenarios in classic and know you can meet the posting requirements ( once a day on week-days and at least once on weekends)....then please apply...have character completely ready by the 7th (ie. stat bar and profile page completely filled out):
qualified players will be picked by lottery
Thanks

Kyra nods shakes her head in frustration...at hearing that, Tahonikepsu is no longer at the spires. She prays all night for guidance and in the morning ask Sarenrae for the spells that the Goddess thinks Kyra should have for the day. When she departs her tent in the morning she spends some time in contemplation watching the sunrise. After meditating, Kyra is sure of her coarse. When she meets her companions for breakfast Kyra says, Do you have the gem? After receiving the gem...Kyra ask Sarenrae to cleanse the gem of all filth evil and ancient curses..Kyra cast remove curse on the Gem.

Kyra then quietly hands the gem back to whoever gave it to her and says, I will not be returning to the complex. My conscious and my training forbade me to help that undead abomination further. You may do as you like...I will not stop you. I will finish my report to our superiors at the society while I await your return. Please, do not ask me to come with you ...there is nothing you can do to convince me. Sarenrae herself as blessed my decision. With that Kyra quietly walks away from her companions and returns to her own tent.

Ok Kyra would be done with this adventure at this point...there's no way she would aid an undead Sphinx without having permission from a higher-up. Besides, as a cleric to Sarenrae..she'd find this whole business distasteful. GM if you don't mind...I'm dropping out..I imagine we are more than 3/4 the way through so I should receive my full XP point.

Frankly the pacing has been a bit fragmented...and the combats tough to follow. I am not criticizing your style..(in the beginning of the adventure in particular...your descriptions of the rooms were very engrossing) I have just found that this adventure...is not as well suited to PbP as some others.

I do want to thank you for all your efforts. As a regular PbP GM myself...I know how much time and effort is put in to these things and it often goes un-appreciated. I want to assure you...I appreciate all your efforts and have had a good amount of fun playing your game. However, I'm just burned out of this scenario at this point...and coming up with a character motivation seems equally as hard as producing personal motivation to continue. So with all the grace I can muster..

I am bowing out of this scenario.

Thank you very much again

As Kyra winds her way through the confusing fog with the aid of a rope, she tries to identify the magic effect that just over-came her. spellcraft/Detect magic: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 1 = 13 She arrives with the rest of her party finally out of the maze. It is a strange effect indeed! I've never encountered the like. However, I was able to interpret some glyphs along the way. They may help us catalog this library at a later date. I suggest we move quickly forward. There may be more writing that needs deciphering and I only have a limited amount of time left before, the magic I used to decipher the Ruins..leaves me. Kyra ask Sarenrae's blessing and guidance. (Casting guidance on herself agiain before entering the next room.) Let us move forward,Kyra again follows Merisiel in to the next room.

GM I assumed we made it through to the stairs area. I moved the entire group forward. Unless the others object I've set the Marching order as thus Meisiel and Erwin up front. Kyra and Barm second row, with Bramble and Seoni bringing up the rear.

Ok there's a couple things bothering me in regards to this undead sphinx..
1. I don't want to mess with the GMs game but I find it hard to 'play in character' that, Kyra a worshiper of a deity that hates undead..would so readily trust an undead monster that had super genius intelligence in life.
2. Ok, so now it wants to 'follow-us' instead of lead..fair enough..meta wise; a lot of plots are driven with the PCs being forced to make the choices and the NPC are just in the background, to aid and give exposition when necessary..But, I ask you.."if you were in a dungeon and just destroyed a bunch of undead, would you let another undead walk in back of your group, the rest of the way through?" I wouldn't, and I darn well think Kyra wouldn't.
3. How can we be sure that this sphinx wasn't the one in control of the undead and the other guy, summoned the fire elementals to protect the library? Wouldn't it make more sense for undead to summon and deal with their kin? She indicated this other guy, to be some sort of construct.
4. Why are we agreeing to kill this other guy, without talking to him first? Because, we got good sense motive rolls? This is a sphinx we're dealing with, it specializes in riddles and lies! I mean, why exactly is he the bad-guy again? We're taking this creatures word for it that, he just went rogue...We could be; being used, to be a personal hit squad, for misses sphinx.

So I want to assure you I have never been spoiled on this scenario if I got any of this right. If I'm sending us "off the rails", from what I'm about to do..I apologize in advance. But, this doesn't add up to dried s h * * if you know what I mean. So I need to hold conference with all the players "in character" before Kyra goes one more step in the murder hobo rampage universe.

thx for bearing with me in advance.

BTW got an answer on energy damage. It was answered in a 'Year of the Sky Key' FAQ of all places.

subtract Hardness do not 1/2 dmg:
How does hardness work for creatures? Does energy damage such as cold deal half damage to creatures with hardness (Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook 173-174) even before applying the flat numerical reduction?
When a creature with hardness sustains damage, subtract its hardness from the damage dealt. The rules for halving damage, doubling damage, dealing damage with ineffective tools, immunities, and the like only apply to damaging inanimate objects.
(This is apparently a question the Design Team has received a few times during the development of Iron Gods, so they were ready to go with an answer!) Here is the Link to the FAQ.

Sorry Jawhar .. :( did forget about you..but..if you go diviner that works great with Jamir's hunter theme (we'll still have arcane covered!) I really wanna play a Paladin (with a minor 1st lv. dip into ranger) I realized I've actually never played a Paladin across 5 editions and over 30 years of play! So without further ado here's my character concept Hanif

This marks only the 2nd or third time I've made a female PC (though I've played plenty of pregens). Analia let me know if you don't want to allow the Rich parents trait. Some GMs don't like having their PCs with the extra cash to begin. For me it was a thematic choice. I basically sacrificed a feat for "rich parents" and "Desert child" traits by taking the extra traits feat. Also let me know if you don't allow Drawbacks...I made sure I worked in my drawback with an extensive back story that you can read on my character profile. It's actually incorporated in to the whole reason I'd be visiting Wati in the first place.

BTW any feedback on this character is appreciated...I will be going strait Paladin after lv 1..(though I considered 1 lv of fighter for an xtra feat..it's just not worth slowing the progression).

Yep all that is incorporated in her stats. (The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 the cleric's level + the cleric's Charisma modifier+ improved channel= 10+3+2+2=17 ) She gets 7 channels a day 3+chr mod+ exrta channel= 3+2+2...When she uses it to hurt undead they don't get to use their channel resistance and she adds +7 to the die roll. When she channels to heal, it's empowered so 6d6 instead of 4d6 of healing power. Finally this character was copied strait off the flaxseed group NPC project so has probably been vetted. I'll trust the stats for now..they seem Kosher.

Ok so I poured over the Reign of Winter tab of the spread sheet, and found a few applicants that I liked but, not enough. So not knowing exactly how this thread works...I'll just post an open recruitment call:

Looking for players for Snows of Summer. (Reign of Winter Campaign book 1)(pls. note this is for a PbP campaign)

Characters looking to apply, should be willing to meet the following qualifications:

1. Only use books that I allow, to build your character..(don't worry it's a lot of books! I'll make a list of them when I make a campaign thread..)

2. Post frequently! Other than pre-arranged time off..or family emergencies..I expect no less than 1 post a day on weekdays and 1 post at least on the weekends..(wanna keep a steady pace..keeps me and the players more engaged)

Please note: I am only guaranteeing we will finish book 1..If I'm still enjoying the group dynamic and play; I may go beyond to, book two. If we continue past that, I may ask another player to pick-up the game using his character as a GMPC and do book three while I take a break and just play.

Lastly this is more of a preference than a set requirement... I prefer you own and use Herolab...if you don't it's no prob..but just letting people know.

If you're interested... PM me (I won't set up a campaign thread for at least two weeks; looking for players who really want to play the entire book, so taking the extra second, to PM me with a character concept and a link to your home profile, shouldn't be an issue if you really interested)

PS. I will be handing out chronicle sheets for Campaign mode upon the completion of book 1...if the PFS incentive interest you.

thx

Furthermore, it is made clear that all Pathfinders will be given safe passage through Snowmask clan territory, from this point forward. It is declared that, the Grand Lodge has become an eternal ally, among the Snowmask people. To cement their new alliance, a pipe of some strong hallucinogenic weed is passed around, with all expected to take at least a small drag.

Months later, one or more of you; run in to Rognvald Skagni, (in Venture Captian Drendle Drang's office) where you learn:the Shadow Lodge’s power in the north lies in shambles, its influence nearly eradicated..thanks in most part..to your group's efforts.

This Concludes Part III of the Shades of Ice Trilogy: Keep of the Huscarl King. Until our next mission Pathfinders.

OK this whole post dedicated to, Jamir antics LOL!

Jamir weaves his way through his allies and the Red dinosaur tries to rip at him with a Talon as he passes. talon: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21dmg: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10 The Deinonychus is about to rip in to Jamir but...Jamir uses his Dodging Panache training ( 1 panache) and then tucks into a somersault and rolls underfoot or the Red dinosaur (another panache for a total 2); He then strikes directly up in to the belly of the Deinonychus tearing a large hole in it's belly, causing it to shriek in a high pitched, raptor like scream.

OK I think I got this correct? Blue doesn't get an attack because you never left a square he threatened.(red dino has taken 27hp dmg..not enough to drop it)
