It is the math for me, Naomi. And it isn't always, more the remembering to do so part and poof it is gone. SO if you are willing and want to, but occasionally need help doing so, I will endeavor to be helpful.
And I never (rarely ever at least) get upset about being reminded about things. So no worries.

50 gp. 4 studded leather armors,
40 gp. 4 rapiers,
4 gp. 4 daggers,
15 gp. 1 shortbow,
_________
109 gp. the sale + 14 gp. 6 sp. the prisoner + 10 sp. 87 cp. bandits = 125.47 gp.
We will keep the remaining one shortbow (Elgrin) two light crossbows (Naomi and Hamish) , 63 arrows, 48 crossbow bolts, dried rations for 12 days, two insignias in the shape of a crow, two ropes, 8 torches, 10 sp and 87 cp.
If I followed everyone's posts right, Elgrin took a quiver of arrows, Noami ten crossbow bolts and Hamish took 20 crossbow bolts so the gear we kept and placed on the mule: 43 arrows, 18 crossbow bolts, 12 days rations, 2 ropes, 8 torches.
Total money after we purchased ten days worth of food each (60 rations @ 5 s.p. a day) making a total of 72 rations on the mule. I'm assuming the mule can graze and the wolves can hunt.
Remaining wealth 95.47 gp. split six ways is 15 gp. 9 sp. and 1 cp. each.
If no one minds, the next split will be seven ways, keeping one portion to purchase CLW wands, if our GM makes such a place available.
Edit:
This is assuming we get regular prices for everything, I Obermind gives me different figures to work with I will adjust and post here :)

Hamish Macrae |

Like I said if Noami was stronger she'd carry everything. Hamish do you mind if we put stuff on the mule.
Don't mind at all. Like I said, that's why we've brought her along. :)
I'm assuming the mule can graze...
We'll want to have some oats or grain for the mule as well. Given the season, I'm not sure how much good grazing there will be, especially in the forest.

Feed, Animal
Price 5 cp/day; Weight 10 lbs.Horses, donkeys, mules, and ponies can graze to sustain themselves, but providing feed for them is better. If you have a riding dog, you have to feed it meat.
A light load for a pony read mule is up to 100 pounds, a medium load is 101–200 pounds, and a heavy load is 201–300 pounds. A pony can drag 1,500 pounds.
If we all chip in a silver that would be twelve days of feed for the mule. That would put her at a medium load without any of our gear.
everyone good with 15 gp. 8 sp. and 1 cp. each?

I really appreciate the effort! I personally feel like keeping track of encumbrance etc. adds to the game, but it's easy to forget about it and get behind, especially in PbP, then have the task of going back and figuring things out.
Can we grab some holy water, maybe a mirror, while we're at it? Just in case? Guthlag wouldn't know to suggest such preparation, which is why I'm making the suggestion here.

Naomi Chadwick |
I just looked up the cost of Holy Water. 25gp We can't afford to buy any meaningful quantities at that price. Let's just move on
Yeah, I looked it up too. We've got 15 g.p. each, or 90 gp. that's three vials, or if anyone wants to chip in ten more gold piece, then four vials.
I figured we could talk about it, especially if Obermind wants to play out the purchases.

Hamish Macrae |

Hamish would chip in 10gp. Does Naomi know the priest? One approach might be to offer to do something for him in trade for a couple of vials of holy water? Not saying we have to, but it's an option.

Gubble |

GM, I hope beyond hope all is well and if it is and you make it back to pbp, I'd be happy to play anything with you again.
But safe and keep playing everyone!

GM - Obermind |

I know this comes very much delayed, and also the probability of anyone ever reading this is extremely low - but I realized now that, after returning from my 'disappearing act', I did not reach out to all the people I would like to (I did PM some of you who were in this game, but not all).
Just wanted to say that Life threw me and my family a few really nasty curve balls, and we had to drop away from a lot of stuff to be able to handle them. The forums were one of those things, and even though I should have said something, I could not bring myself to do it. No excuses. That was on me. Hope everything is well with you and yours. And again apologies for having simply dropped out of the face of the Earth.
