The cancer, from her PET Scan, earlier this week has traveled to the lymph nodes in her other arm.
They want to give her another treatment, that is not chemo but has the same effects on the body. She is considering her options.

I spent the last week with my sister in Colorado. Her spirits are strong but it is awful seeing how cancer ravages the body.

She started a new treatment in November so still too early to tell.
She did develop a bedsore on the arm that she cannot feel anymore and had an appointment today. Infected and it looks like it has gone down to the bone, X-Rays to see how severe it is and if it has spread to the bone.
Hope that she starts to feel well.

Thank you. She did develop a small bone infection from the bedsore. The bedsore is healing but the bone infection is being treated with vigorous antibiotics.

Today I found out that my cat, who had FIP as a kitten is anemic. They are going to do an ultrasound and draw fluid on TH for a more complete diagnosis and treatment plan.

The anemia seems to be correcting itself as the FIP is being addressed. We treated his FIP before, we can do it again.

The results of my sister's latest PET Scan are in.
There continues to be growth in multiple lymph nodes and one small spot on the liver.
They want to pursue a 4th line of treatment which is not normal for a year into treatment. According to the doctor, this will likely just be as effective as the other treatments she has had since she has an aggressive form of cancer.
It sounds like this aggressive form of cancer, is hitting her hard.

So when I was at my sister's house in Colorado over the holiday break, I slipped on some of her stairs and fell. The swelling was not going down so I went to Urgent Care and they took x-rays yesterday, 3 broken toys on my right foot.

She developed some stuff under her arm that started bleeding. It is on the arm that she cannot feel. The surgeon is not sure if it is an infection, the cancer, or both. They took a culture to see what is going on.
