I use Google docs myself and it sometimes resets itself. Maps resetting from editable to view only for my players and other things like that.

Just an update: WOOO I got a new job!! At my old institution, but NOT in a federally funded position this time, thank goodness. I'll start in a few weeks (I might be slow to post as I adjust to the job but I should still be able to participate regularly).

I will be traveling starting this weekend through next and while I'm sure I'll check in on my phone, I will definitely not be regularly posting, so the permission to bot stands.

Dare generally hits with magic first, but will close into melee if that is more prudent or she's out of (appropriate) spells. Remember she has martial flexibility so she can use that to boost her ability to attack.

That's awesome, congratulations! I hope it makes you happier and/or more financially stable. (My wife and I both got new jobs within the past year-- mine has made me much happier, hers has really turned our finances around.)

If you want it go for it! If you do have a brestplate (same AC bonus), and don;t, then I'd take it. Just realized is's better than my chain shirt.

If you do want it I'd take the breastplate instead.

I will take the Chainmail.

It has a higher Dex penalty than the breastplate. As Adela has no dex bonus, or any skills that use dex she might as well use it.

Breastplate is yours.

While we are talking about gear, I also want to note I don't necessarily want the masterwork heavy crossbow. I just want A crossbow, since I'd given mine to Yuki. If someone can make better use of it, I'd rather them have it (and then they can give me their crossbow). I just need something to use as a backup ranged weapon when spells won't do.

I'd also want the fire bolts to go to someone who can't deal elemental damage on their own.

BTW re: crossbows, I've added light crossbow back to my character sheet. Adela, if you can give me 10 bolts, why don't you take the fire bolts? That way we can both set things on fire. :) (Useful for funeral pyres, anyway!)

BTW re: Google Slides, if your phone does not already have Google Slides installed, it will automatically open in your web browser and you won't be able to edit. GM it could be you have an Android/Google phone with it preinstalled. But it should be available for free; I think you might need a Google account to use it.

Erik's player said he was traveling thru Oct 29 and gave permission to bot as needed, so I think we might reasonably assume he shared the information so we can continue on.

I agree that we can assume Erik has shared with the class.

Giving it to Svetlana is a possibility, but remember she and Oleg have been on the frontier a while and know exactly what a wild boar is. I'm not sure such a person would be interested in rearing one (they don't stay cute for long!).

Also remember you're at least several days travel away from the trading post, and in that time I'll need some checks from you to make sure it doesn't run off.

But if that's what you want to do, let's go for it.

Well, Svetlana's response might be to cook it!

Dare has a strong fight response to anything trying to hurt her, but an equally strong protective streak to anything tiny and helpless. She'd feel bad abandoning it after scorching half its family alive. She however has little capability in trying to catch a baby boar.

If no one wants to deal with it, we could say that Dare tried to catch it, hilarity ensued, and they and the baby left in separate directions.
