Hey, Nigel, how come we haven't seen you Eidolon, yet? Have you just not had a chance to summon it? Are you playing some kind of archetype? Just like summoning eagles?

My Eidolon is extremely useful but not in combat. Generally the eagles will out damage her so I stick to them but she is good for exploring and investigating things. So this adventure has been almost all combat with little exploring so she hasn't been the best in this game.
She was extremely useful in the race for the key. But its all situational.

Free healing is nice. I am down 2 points for some reason, but remember taking the damage. Will make another dex mutagen.

On a somber note, the announcement of PF 2.0 has me feeling a little deflated in enthusiasm. I might just take a break for a while. I really enjoy playing core on the boards but it sounds like that option is going away in the near future.
Anyway it was great playing with you all. Who would have thought we would defeat a dragon at level 2??? Pretty cool!

On a similar note, I was a little deflated at the start but my yearn for adventure has not ceased! Here's why.
While a little saddened that the game I've come to loved in a short time has a "dead end", there is tons of material still unexplored that would keep many of us busy for years still.
I've now worked tangible goals for my favorite characters, and will work hard towards them, and now without the distraction of new material!
After reading some of the 2.0 gimmicks, I'm pretty excited for what it has to offer but will likely hold on to jumping on that boat as the material develops and we get the variety of options that allows me to recreate my characters to my ideals in the new setting. Which I don't see happening until 2 to 3 years down, which allows me a good transition period while I burn the midnight oil on 1.0.

I still have long term goals for many of my 1.0 characters. I might create 1 or 2 characters in 2.0 in the beginning. Mainly to learn the new system but will still focus on my 1.0 characters for 2 or 3 years.
