Aananda makes it to the hatchery quickly (the school shunted it closer to her), and she steps inside. It's keyed so that only members of her family can enter during the lockdown.
It's empty. The eggs all seem to be safe. There's a pleasant *beep* of machinery as the incubation equipment reports all's well.
She breathed a sigh of relief.

The infirmary just blew up....The eggs are okay, but one of you needs to come and stay here just to be sure. While in the midst of communing with his deity, Ace suddenly gets an overwhelming sense that he is needed. He isn't sure who needs him, or why, but the feeling is almost absolute.
"I need to go. Somebody needs me." The Traveler gives his blessing, and Ace ends his spell.
He jumps off the table he was sitting on, grabbing up his staff, and is about to leave when he stops mid step. He looks around for Jaiye. That's who needs him. She is in serious, dire trouble.

"You know," Raelle said, "there's all sorts of examples of state marriages actually causing more harm than good in the long run. My dad wrote a whole treatise on it when he was trying to convince the council to legally dissolve his marriage to Fi's mom...I don't think he'd mind if I gave you a copy." She shrugged. "You know...in case it might help you convince your mom."
The infirmary at this point is a destroyed section of school, the blast and such contained within it's walls, which usually were used to promote healing and the like-- a wreck of a facility.
Through various efforts, and now a 'wash' of holy energy flooding through, the undead that /were/ getting up, fall down destroyed.
Fires are fairly quickly and easily put out with appropriate abilities (i.e. cold, anti-fire techniques), while stopping whatever the acid melted from Roel continues mostly.
All said and done, unless there were infirmary people of note-worthy stats or levels (i.e. hit points), everyone in the place was blown up, re-animated if dead, and constitution drained for a few rounds during all of this.
With the rush of all these heroes into the room, it will get a bit claustrophobic, but all in all, it was and is a larger space for numerous people and beds, but most of those are melted and destroyed henceforth.
Essentially-- someone dropped a few bombs in here, and left some nasty surprises on what was left. More zombies need to be put down, which Yrrin appears to have no issues getting to right away, and Phae will find none of the employed healing staff made it out alive.

Jaiye gets a sudden sense of danger and intensity as they're walking back to join Ace. She can smell... something unfamiliar. It reminds her slightly of Professor Sunwake - steel and sweat and something else.

::Krays and I were in pursuit of a time traveler. They're probably responsible for at least some of the damage. They went towards the school and then we lost them. Young and/or female judging by the footprint. They're invisible and even true seeing didn't help. Protected by barred mind. Should we divert to the infirmary?::

Jaiye looks around. "Who's there?" she said harshly, dropping the books she was carrying.
Ehos looks over at his girlfriend a bit confused at that query and her sudden tension.
Virtually right as Jaiye had dropped the books and entered into her combat stance, there's a highly-powered bolt of plasma fired from some 25 feet away - a shot from an invisible target.
The plasma hits Jaiye square in the chest, burning hot, and the force of the blow may even knock her off her feet. Some of the plasma lights Jaiye's clothes on fire, but the rest doesn't stick, falling to the ground.
"I'm here to get revenge on you, that white-haired b@&&#, and this entire school. It is nothing but a lie." Comes the cold reply of the voice. The voice is virtually indistinguishable from either male or female, as they appear to be speaking from behind some kind of helmet or mask.

Ace can hear a strange noise... almost a 'foz...blat', and possibly someone crying out form nearby. A muted voice follows shortly thereafter.
the shackles hit the ground, and Settro is gone in an instant. He appears near the scorce of pain.
The heat of the plasma weapon - along with some stray splashes has also burned Ehos - though not nearly as bad as Jaiye. He charges at the spot where the invisible attack originated and tries to tackle their assailant. Either the attack has moved or Ehos' aim is terrible, as his reckless tackle misses and he hits the floor, slamming into a bookshelf painfully.
settro stands silent, and begins to cast a spell with no components.
Settro vanishes and Sun just blinks in confusion turns to Chara and Dara.
guess the game time is over already? unless this is the game. wonder if we should go look for him?
Sun heads to a wall to try and figure out the arrows again to find Settro
Dom nods to the beautiful maiden. She is very yummy looking and a bit of flirt. If only it was a few days ago. He thought to himself. Knowing if he wasn't so in love with Tami he would be all over trying to take this girl to bed.
"Evening." Slowly he bows to the girl and smiles to her as he stands. "Are you an angel?" He asks though his voice seems slightly harsh as he said angel. "Oh please excuse me I should introduce myself. I am Dom Waverider, is there something you need hep with or just out to see?"
"Oh, I'm not an angel. Have you ever met one? They're far too stuffy and uptight. Life should be more free, right?" Rena says, though she is doing something slightly odd as they walk along. Her wings keep slowly flapping, barely even opening really, as if by instinct.
"I'm just out to meet people. I'm going to starting as a student here soon, hopefully." This new form was fantastic. Even a light brush against Dom seemed to send electricity racing down her whole body. "I just wanted to meet more of my fellow students. What do you study here Dom?"
A pink-orange kunai buries itself into the invisible figure in the library and somehow doesn't vanish.
Just as Ehos decides to kick the crap outta a harmless bookshelf, Ace appears on the scene. His staff and his eyes glowing slightly, a pale gold. He sees that Jaiye has been injured, and rushes to her side, knowing she isn't supposed to die, can't die, not now.
He places his hand on her wound and channels curative energies into her.
"Thou art a coward, hiding behind your invisibility. It is not this girl's time yet. Reveal thine self and suffer my wrath, or begone!" Ace says in a voice that is not entirely his own.
"I think she was answering me Mel, not you." Vai says with a quiet smile, standing demurely to the side. "I'm sorry I don't have any better advice... settro stands still, and in one more moment, an invisible sphere of force surrounds ace, settro, and Jayie.

"I'll be fine, thank you for your concern though, Tanaka-senpai." his voice is almost supernaturally calming - full of a measured confidence. Kitty could almost believe him right there, such quiet dignity, without pride of any kind.
As the bolt hit her, Jaiye felt pain worse than she had ever felt before, save once. It burned, and then she couldn't feel it, but it was hard to breathe. It was likely that she'd just lost a lung. She couldn't find the person. Then Ehos leapt after them. She wanted to yell out for him to stop, but she couldn't seem to get enough air to speak let alone yell. And then the voice. She didn't recognize the voice. It could be anyone. She'd hurt so many people when she'd been Ssrena's lackey. Then Ace was there and it hurt again, but at least she could draw breath.
"Who?" she gasped. "I'm sorry, I hurt a lot of people when I was working for Ssrena, before she was expelled. I made a lot of mistakes. Don't you at least want me to know why you're getting vengeance?" she asked, looking around frantically trying to smell the attacker, trying to draw things out before they just outright killed her.
"Not particularly. I only want you to suffer. And I think I know a perfect way. Especially since you have pesky, interfering friends. I'll kill you later, when you do not quite have so many people around to gallantly rush to your aid." Jaiye catches a whiff of that same... something. It's familiar in /some/ way, but through the scents of burning flesh, and all the other people, she can't figure out what.
The kunai vanishes... vaporized perhaps... at the same time Ehos also vanishes as well as the scent of the attacker.
@Settro: The hate vanished with the others.
"I don't know who you are, But you're so. F***ing. dead."
"I will track you down and i (oh dear.)"
"NO! Ehos!" she screamed, completely panicked. "No! Please! Just kill me and get it over with! He's done nothing to hurt you!" she sobbed.
There's no response. Whoever it was has taken Ehos and left.
"- and as the pits of the abyss swallow you, you will never know a worse pain then the one i will impart unto you, it will be burned into your memory, there is no escape! Eternal torment!"
and he finally takes a breath.
Carl moves another chunk of wreckage, nothing but an undead under it, Carl crushs it with the same wreckage, then looks around.
"Why would any one do this? there medics here and doctors, why harm and kill them?"
he collapses more wreckage, its seems to be a door, looking into a whats left of a privet room he finds a badly hurt student, who looks to be in shock.
"I got a live one here TinMan, she needs healing fast" Carl gos over to the girl, shes no more than 13, he says to her,
"Its all going to be alright lass, where here ta help ya, some helin and you will be a as right as rain"
she looks up at him, "what?.. the air, it burns"
Carl calls out "Arthur, medic in here now!"

Ace, seeing that Ehos is in a bad way after his flying body tackle into the innocent bookshelf, teleports to his side.

Nala may have been a bit dazed and such, but after a moment, she discovers herself in a hallway, elsewhere from the Infirmary, (don't they all appear the same) with clean air and no massive weight atop her.
A young man, dark hair, charming and the like, helping her out says, "You okay miss? Take your time, you might be injured... you're okay, the wall atop you is gone."
Tryko'Sam kneels near Nala and ensures she's doing well, lacking any serious healing skills, but at least taking the time to ensure she's good.
"Best I can tell, some sort of attack on the infirmary-- just hang on, looks like a few other students or something are showing up to help out."
