Question about stacking Arcane Bond (Familiar) and Tumor Familiar?

Do the levels in each class stack for the purposes of determining the strength of the familiar or are they two different kinds of familiars? Neither states they stack with other sources granting a familiar.

Ahh, I see how I misread that.

That only applies for the top of each Style tree. The styles feat later in each tree still need the prerequisite Style feats before getting the third level of the tree.
