That's interesting. I thought we had some hint that 10th level spells might be automatic. But this shows that for druids,at least, you still need to buy in with a feat.

Yeah, it's automatic at 19th level. You have to burn a feat to get a second one, however.

Hmmm, a feat for a 10th level spell which could be massively powerful... I think I can dig it.
Playtest (Druid 10th level spells):
NATURE INCARNATE: caster becomes a nature avatar.
PRIMAL HERD: allies transform into huge war mammoths.
PRIMAL PHENOMENON: cast any 9th level or lower primal spell, or 7th level of less spell.
