The book has already gone to the printer. They are no longer in danger of saying something that may no longer be true by the time the book reaches us and will have to be walked back.
There is virtually no chance of that happening. They have stated in the past that they intend to release the pdf at the same time as the printed copies, as well as alongside translated editions in various languages (presumably pdf only), so as to enable them to get simultaneous feedback from as many constituencies as possible. They don't want to weight the feedback from the pdf-only crowd more than the feedback from the physical books crowd just because the pdf-only crowd got an extra month to be vocal about it on the forums.

Removed some posts written in Morse? code.
Is it okay to post in languages other than English? No. Moderators need to be able to quickly read through and understand the content of posts. Lengthy posts or threads in languages other than English are not something our team is able to moderate.
Typically we only make exceptions in product threads for products that are in other languages.

Ah, that makes sense.
Aw well...

I don't think we'll get a class blog in Friday, maybe downtime?
I will like to see a blog for magic items and resonance but I think that is going to be reserved for a Monday blog
I could see a simpler class blog like the barbarian or ranger.
I think it will be Druid, since it's just a rehash of PaizoCon so it shouldn't produce too much of a fuss.

Decoding abridged; Friends are good, music is good, bards are good, codes are boring, and Legend of Mana was kind of fun.
Next time on Waiting for Blog Z! 1of1 actually reads the rules instead of condensing them into, "Don't be a butt," after skimming through them. Also unnecessary noises for filler because we need to strech this arch to twenty episodes, and I pay my animators in factory reject ramen and wet saw dust.

This isn’t even sawdust! It is chewed pencil shavings at best!
I’d threaten to strike for better sawdust but the last guy who did got replaced by a Goblin Alchemist and I need this job until the new silver currency rules come into effect so that my copper pieces might actually mean something . . .

Dash it all, that was not morse code*.
That was me being silly, pretending to sing a song in response to other’s silly dotted comments, which seemed the essence of zen to me.
This is the ditty of empty dots
Where we wait and wail and whine
Bemoaning our sad blogless lots.
Scheming and screaming in 3/4 time
Anticipating Mark Seifter’s next jots
(And perhaps make them rhyme.)
___
* Dash it all! Because puns are irresistible!

I’m kind of hoping that tomorrow’s blog won’t be Druids, just because we already learned so much information about them lately. I couldn’t imagine that a Druid blog would reveal much information at this point that isn’t just a recap. Still, it would be nice to have it all in one Blog and to see some more Druid Artwork.
I’m personally hoping that we’ll see Rangers tomorrow. We already learned some stuff about Animal Companions. We learned some bits of information about TWF such a Double Slice and Archery such as the Volley Trait. We’ve even seen some Monster Statblocks for the sake of Favored Enemy! So now would be perfect opportunity for Harsk with all of his Dwarven perfection to show us what Rangers will be bringing to the table.

Ranger today/Animal Companions on Friday would synergize nicely with the Druid information so far. Don't feel the downtime blog from Friday tips their hand for today's blog.
Feel like (Monk&Ki) & (Barbarian&Rage) are unlikely to be as controversial as either Bard or Sorcerer might be (especially if they veer Occult). So depends if they want a light week or heavy week :)

We’ve got about eight Monday previews left, and seven classes to cover (six if you count Druid as covered enough to get a Friday blog). I’d mostly expect classes for Mondays.
And to get 8, they'd have to post something on July 2nd, which I can't think is likely.
Even a light week like druids or barbarians would require some moderation, and I think it's more likely they'd give the devs and mods the holiday off.
Maybe they can post some art pieces that day?

Personally, I'd want to see Rangers paired with "Exploration Mode" and druids get animal companions.

Wondering if today we will see the Magic Item / Resonance blog
Kind of afraid to see this blog.
Not a fan of what I've heard of Resonance, at all. But been telling myself I'm reserving my final judgement until I get the whole story on it.
But afraid to get the blog, getting more detailed info it, and not liking it even more than what I've already heard.

They might as well just rip the bandage off and get it over with. This have mostly calmed down from goblins and paladins. Resonance is probably the most controversial thing they have left. Although monks, barbarians and druids might reignite the paladin/alignment debate if they don't have their alignment restrictions anymore. And possibly still if they do.
There's also the point to remember that these are just the playtest versions. Things can and likely will change based on feedback. So make sure to participate in the playtest to get your voice heard.

I'd like to see more on resonance, personally. I really like the idea but there's one thing about it that's been nagging me that I've only just figured out; if it limits how much magic your body can accept, as it were, why doesn't it affect spells?
The easy answer is because it's a game mechanic meant to limit/do away with the "happy stick" exploit and others like it, and I do get that, but there's likely to come a moment in my group's RP where I'm going to have to figure out and explain why the Wizard CAN cast haste on me but I can't DRINK a potion of haste (poor example, I know potions are changing, but you follow the logic I imagine).
I want to like Resonance, I like the limiting factor, the name, the whole idea of it, but there is that one nagging concern.

Not sure how much of the playtest I will be able to participate due to the cramped schedule (at least for the gaming schedule for my friends), but I do plan to pick up the playtest book and adventure.

Not me, that's what I can't stand about it. I don't think it's necessary, especially with potions. But again, going to hold my final judgement until I get the whole story/explanation on how it works.

Why does a potion not do anything until someone drinks it? Why doesn’t a Ring of Force Shield maintain a shield after you take it off? A spell happens as soon as it’s cast, called into existence, but items generally seem to require something about a person. The thing that they require is being given rules.

That's my big concern too. I really don't like the idea of resonance applying to potions and scrolls. I hated the whole idea of resonance at first, but it's kind of grown on me as a replacement to slots and x times per day items. But I'm not a fan of limiting consumables. I hardly use them as is, if they cost resonance, I'll likely never use them.

If Resonance only came into play for magic items that you wore to give you permanent effects, I would not have as much an issue with that.
But Resonance is used with 'any' magic item that you wear or use that day, including consumables, and I have a real problem with that. But again, I am going off information that I've only been given 'so far'. I am hoping there is more to it that will help assuage my concerns.

Although monks, barbarians and druids might reignite the paladin/alignment debate if they don't have their alignment restrictions anymore. And possibly still if they do.
Judging from the first two pages of the Druid in the rulebook that they showed at the banquet, the Druid almost certainly does not have an alignment restriction. If they did, I'd imagine it'd be right there in that sidebar with their key ability score, skills, etc. So from that, I'm going to guess Paladin is the only class left standing with an alignment restriction.

I imagine they have an Anathema based on violating natural rules or wearing metal armor or something, but yeah I didn't recall seeing anything about an alignment restriction.

Druid also doesn’t list any anathema there, which is probably the section it would be in under the new rules. Unless Druids can be Captain Planet villains now, I don’t think we have any information on alignment.

Here's hoping the armour material restriction is finally dead.
It’s at least reflected in their proficiencies. We don’t know if that just means you need to spend general feats to buy metal armor proficiencies or not. The new setup does allow for them to make an earth order that gets metal armor proficiencies as a starting ability, and if they did that, other orders would be able to take that feat.
