I think it is more the work system don't like the document format. :(

Works on my personal laptop, but I don't have that at home.

Doing College post army release (due to injury) I had a full technical document ready for hand in. 17 pages, fully researched, fully referenced.

Just needed printed and stapled to be handed in, and then when i turned on my laptop, I saw the Magic Smoke coming from my laptop. . .
Fried hard drive, fried power supply.

3 months of work, with 0 Back up.
Now I have 3 backups for my main. :)

Problem with being dead, is that you get slow, lethargic, and start to become odiferous.

Then people don't like you, and you lose all the friends that you had. :)

The only things that like to hang around are the flies and beetles. :)

I work a 4 and 4 schedule with 12 hour days.

In reality, purification is very easy.

Now if it was an arid planet, and they took the controls for a set of condensers, that would make sense.

But for the story, purification control chips being stolen makes for a good starting point. (See Original fallout from the 90's)

So if he want's it as parts for purification, then its parts. :)

ooc - I can set up a purifier right now with a 2L pop bottle, some sand, and some charcoal, and some rubber tubing.

The sand clears the particles out, the charcoal clears the organics out, and the rubber tubing set up as a s trap which is where the clean water will come out of.

I have 2 on me. I can let him have 1, along with the rations that I picked up. As for light, let him have the torches, and we borrow the lantern which will last for 6 hours. The barricade, all we can do is help him set it back up to the best of our ability

I apologize for not really being on over the last couple of days.

I have finally been diagnosed with PTSD, depression and anxiety.

But due to this, I have good days and bad days, and the last few were bad days.

Ok, so we have a friendly bickering fight between the fighter and barbarian. A ranger, very young cleric, a sorcerer, and a bard. I guess I will get into the trapfinding and disarming.

But as I said, at the age of 41, I am just coming out of childhood myself.

Boy i come back to 20 posts over the night. I chose that watch order to allow the majority of the spellcasters to get uninterupted sleep, just something that i try to do.

Seadreamer restokes the fire and puts a pot on to boil while waiting for the spellcasters to get ready.

Destinie, I am hoping that we find both Sandara and Tilly unharmed, but you need to be ready for the worst.

He finishes packing up his gear and then washes up using some of the hot water.

After the Seance, he finishes getting ready by using the last bit of water in the pot to put out the fire.

When the talk comes to mutiny he chimes in.

I got the worst of both worlds, an outsider to the officers who were trying to get meto turn against the crew. As well as disliked by the rat pack. Just know i will stand with you when it comes to removing them

?he limbers up and stretches before shouldering his pack and heading out. He takex up a spot in front of the group as he starts heading to the high ground.

He says nothing on the leadership issue.

Gm, 2 things,

1. I think there was a forgotten trait of mine

Stability (CRB 21): You receive a +4 racial bonus to their Combat Maneuver Defense when resisting a bull rush or trip attempt while standing on the ground.

2. I know I forgot this in regards to those watery critters.
Saltbeard (ARG 12): You gain a +2 bonus on Profession (sailor) and Survival checks while at sea. You gain a +1 racial bonus on attack rolls and a +2 dodge bonus to AC against creatures with the aquatic or water subtype. Their greed racial trait applies only to treasure found in or under the water, but applies to all such treasure regardless of whether or not it contains metal or gemstones

Seadreamer wakes from a restless sleep.

He slips both an axe, and a dagger on, as he walks out onto the deck of the promise.

He then looks around, while he tries to figure out whom goes where.

Terry, take Sharkbait, and start teaching him the ropes on how to be a Sailman.
Sharkbait should be able to use rigging roles for that now.

He assigns others to the task, and was about to send Syl to the bilges, when scourge sends Mateo.
He then sends her to coil ropes in the rope locker.

He then takes a few turns around the deck to ensure that the work is being done.

Actually Lanni, I was going to put you to work swabbing and holystoning the deck

During his passes around he takes Atia aside after ensuring no one was around.

Look, I know that you can messages to the group of us. I think we need to start planning a mutiny. I can try to cover, but we need to do it before we get to where we are getting the ship squibbed.

We'd definitely want someone to "officially" be the captain, just because that is how the Shackles and the Free Captains work. That and I feel it makes sense to have someone who calls the shots in combat or devises the strategy. Whether we listen is, of course, up to debate. :P

It is a fun bit of knowledge; pirates were much more democratic than any navy ship. We can pull off being "good" pirates; offering parley to enemy ships, refusing to engage in slavery and hunting slavers, not oress-ganging, all that. It is certainly more Chaotic than Lawful (arguably) but it is still "Good" if we try to be.

There is also something to be said about having a permanent captain.

Other things that we can do along with that list, is offer quarter when it is requested.

Doing those, will make enemies, and merchants more likely to surrender to us. Plus, a bonus is that we may be able to loot the ship a few times if we set it free.
