Good news guys, combat's still rolling! I mean good news of course in the most Farnsworthian sense.

Dwalindor's axe hacks the last zombie to death and people are still stampeding for the door.

After Audia heals Rameth, she turns to see the people crowding out of the accident knock into some scaffolding that was at the front of the auciton house holding masonry for repairs. Before she can even shout a warning the scaffolding collapses on two of the guests, Maru and Namaru Meshhoten - who bought some of your treasure.

These two NPC's are at N16 and O18

They cry out for help, as the masonry is pressing on them and could kill them if not removed.

There is 400 lbs. of wood and stone on top of each of them. As a full-round action you can remove an amount of rubble equal to one-half your heavy load to clear the rubble away in order to help them.

Well, I had a map with updated positions that I thought I uploaded to Dropbox, but no, it's an earlier map I prepped before your moves. My bad.

Based on the discussions here, Albus is at S19, Rameth is at M15, Dwalindor is at O16 and Calin is at P17. Audia remains in place.

As Albus looks out he sees a terrible sight.

The Canny Jackal is on the Sunburst Market, the large center of Wati's living city. As Albus knows well, the habit of the city is to cut the hands off of thieves and to dry them in salt and hang them from the Pillar of Second Thoughts.

You see that the necromantic pulse has done more than cause zombies to rise - the hands on the pillar have likewise animated and several have freed themselves from their bonds. Six are headed towards you now.

Rameth, you recognize that these hands are a relatively uncommon form of undead: the crawling hand.

Normally created by necromancers looking for undetectable assassins, the hands can be anointed with blood to track a particular quarry.

They're not resistant to any damage that you know of, not more so than any normal undead, and they're notorious for trying to strangle humanoids once they attack.

Crawling hands can grab after a successful attack and attempt to grapple without provoking an attack of opportunity.

Dwalindor, please note that clearing the rubble is a full-round action so this is the first round you've been able to clear rubble as you moved previously. Fortunately I included this so it's not something I forgot!

Dwalindor manages to clear a little over a quarter of the masonry off of Namu. 250 lbs left on N16 and 400 lbs on O18.

Tobbs' attacks destroy the hand at Q20, leaving him snacking on human jerky.

None of the hands go near Rameth.

A blast of Calin's lightning destroys the hand at O22.

The remain hands scurry at all of you. One "sprints" deep into the auction house where it latches around the throat of one of the guests, Menya the Whip.

The others turn on the adventurers, one trying to dig into Tobbs and the other launching itself at Audia.
