It's definitely magical but the nature of the helm is muted - possibly due to the effects of the magical field of the statue. You feel like you should be able to identify the helm based on your expertise but you are unable to do so because of an external effect.

It's almost like the helm's enchantment is mysteriously incomplete.

So assuming the rage works, all 3 will get +15 hp from the con boost. But Noonan and Tariq are prone. I guess we leave Baset off down the hallway for now? No rage for Shad since he would not be able to cast.
