I wonder if dragon disciple will allow other dragon types like 1e used to and not just the metallic and chromatic.
I think we have a chance of seeing them for the dragons released in B1 and B2, but will probably get a sidebar/section update in a later book. Here is hoping if it’s a later book it’s a book kind of dragon focused to begin with.

I vaguely remember in the description that was given for Mauler that it is good for two handers, and attacking everything around it. I really hope that translates to being able to give any class whirlwind attack (I also hope it's not strictly limited to 2 handed, as whilrwind strike isn't). I used to try to get whirlwind attack on everything it made even a little bit of sense on in 1e, hope I can do it again with things like thief and druid!

Maybe with the acrobat dedication?

I hope so.

Is this being put on Roll20? Hoping it will be, especially since it may be 2021 before we put an actual real-life book to use
It's hard to say. They had pre-orders available for Bestiary 2 about 2 months out from its release date, so I'm not sure why pre-orders aren't up yet for APG, other than unannounced delays or a focus on other games (like D&D's next hardcover, or the new game Burn Bryte).
Shockingly enough, the newest Paizo product they're offering is... Starfinder's Alien Archive 2? Which is years old at this point. Just a weird month for them to choose to do catch-up on the backlog, y'know?

Will the mammoth rider be available soon?
We've gotten the list of archetypes in the APG, and Mammoth Rider is not one of them. There's Cavalier and an animal-companion-focused archetype, though.
If you're asking about other products here, then… probably not any of the APs we know about, and the Ancestry Guide seems unlikely.

I don't know if there's a mammoth animal companion, but there is the indomitable animal companion advancement that's available to you if you are from the land of the mammoth lords.
I think the indomitable companion only grows to large in size but thematically it is a great and fearsome beast, so why not a mammoth?
I do agree that it would be cool to have some sort of archetype that deals with "prehistoric" savage animals as mounts in general.

Any word on when this might start shipping out? Based on the release date being the end of the month, I assumed it would have started shipping already but I haven't seen any emails/notifications...
Shipping dates for this month is the 13th to the 24th

i am wondering if the they were goin bring back the gunslinger to 2e
Not this book, but we've been told they know there's demand, they talked about how it was considered for this, but that it would have meant an entire chapter devoted to firearms.

That is what was so cool about the 1e PRC.

What's the point of a player-side Huge animal rider PrC/archetype/whatever in a game that's about raiding 5' wide corridor tombs, dungeons and castles?
I'm actually glad PF2 doesn't devote nearly as much attention to mounted combat as PF1 did. The cavalier archetype in APG is all the nod to fans of Halflings/Gneums riding fluffy big doggos the game needs.

You can like whatever you want, but I prefer to spend my hard-earned money on the content I'm going to use.

It nice that we are not bound to play with only the content you want to play with or find useful.
I don't care how you play your game and I don't care how the bag spends their money. I do, however, appreciate when Paizo is focusing their efforts on things that benefit more people (Lost Omens specific stuff aside).

That however is pretty subjective.
And I asked if ut would be an option not where it would be. Though the 1st edition versions both csme out in Golarion specific books.

You're not wrong. I think the smaller, more bizarre possibilities are plausibly coming, albeit very deprioritized.
Personally I'd love to see gigantic mounts and things. But building a character around that does mean they really can't participate in much of the prewritten modules or APs. So I don't know when or what the ramifications of such an idea would be.
Also I should know better than to step in the middle of a discussion between you two, whoops!

You are correct, and they have special mount-riding rules that PCs don't have access to yet. Or maybe ever--I could see the powers they have in that regard working to balance enemy encounters but being a pretty broken possibility for players.

The strange point is that people still think dungeons as 5´ althrough most Paizo dungeons are 10´ sized for ogres and giants walking around.
You got any stats for this? Because I've just grabbed a random AP and it's mostly 5'. Did you do any research? I'd be thrilled to read down a professional breakdown of corridor sizes in Paizo adventures.

Did you research your 5 foot claim? Hmm.
I love that Pathfinder is able to tell tales about Dungeon crawls (Shattered Star, Emerald Spire), wide open spaces (Kingmaker, Azlant), cities (Crimson Throne, Hell's Rebels), and many other things. I'd get bored with a 5' corridor game pretty damn quickly.
Giantslayer, Runelords Trilogy, and others feature dungeons built by and partially for giants. Kingmaker, Winter, Azlant, Ameiko's quest, and others feature overland travel quite a bit. I've enjoyed the variety.

Crimson Throne and Hell's Rebels are dungeons in cities. There's startingly little open-air street action in both, most of the game as presented is crawling across 5' narrow Scarwalls and Temples of Asmodeus. Excuse me, in Hell's Rebels you can ride your Mammooth in the opera. That's fun.
Giantslayer is a notable exception, but it's also a crap AP and you should feel bad about reminding me that it exists.
Of course, the GM can craft an adventure that's full of wide and open spaces and play up overland travel in AP but this means tailoring the entire AP just because somebody wants to play a silly character. If somebody would ever come at me with an idea of playing a mounted character in Pathfinder, let alone one that rides something that's 4 squares big, I'd tell them to throw that idea into the trashcan and come up with something that won't disrupt the entire game. Narrow Frame horses squeezing through crypts are silly. They just are. You can't change my mind about this.
Yes, I'm a bad GM who takes the fun away from people, but I feel good about that.

Just got my notification email, if that helps build hype. (edit: note, the email saying a shipment is being readied, not the notice that the shipment is on the way and I now have the PDFs. That will be later.)
My poor credit card cried out in terror and was suddenly silenced when I saw the total at the bottom, but I'm sure it's fine.
