Are we dealing with three separate chronicles or one chronicle in three chunks?
In other words, do all three chronicles have to be applied to the same PC or can I split it up among more than one?

This is one chronicle that can be applied to on character. It is just the way how it is applied (since it has 12 XP) is in increment of 4 XP's and matching gold.
@WaterySoup thanks for explanation

Hey folks, so let me write couple of things as well
- This game 'started' for me as a GM in June 2022, and we are finishing it end of May 2023. It took us a year to go through most of the adventure, I would consider it to be average speed. We had some slower and faster moments, but I think it was ok.
- Personally I found the fights to be to easy, I tried to adapt to the 6 ppl team, but I felt like it never posed a real treat, the only moment when we started to see people falling into dying was this final part. I guess it is still considered to be the easy adventure for beginners. It was definitely hard for me to assess before how much to crank the difficulty, I went with arithmetic increasing the difficulty by 50% (either by adding more creatures or making couple of them elite).
- I definitely feel that I could have done better job running this. I could have made the NPC's better, and introduce some longer threads to weave into the adventure. I completely did not took advantage of that. There were some flavors like Ollie could have been more visible and interact with you more, Blue Finley the same (I wanted for him to stick around to see that through), but I feel like I had not enough of good ideas how to do it, and in the end I did not. Generally I find it to be missed opportunity from that angle.
- I liked your team, I enjoyed the banters and some conversations about the castle and fishing shack. It was enjoyable to read your posts
- Overall I am happy that I took it on, it gave me some fun time posting
- Above all I am super happy that I saw it to the end, as at few points I was not certain that I will be able to do it, and I hate the idea of dropping a game.
Anyways, that's my 2c's

Chronicle looks good to me. Don't beat yourself up about the small stuff, GM Farol. You have my gratitude for picking up the dropped baton and signing up for a year-long GMing job on short notice. You did your usual bang-up job and I enjoyed myself. It helps that the other players were also fun to play with; each character had a distinct personality and there was plenty of opportunity for some good RP. No doubt it won't be long before I play at another of your tables, and I look forward to bumping into the other players again when I do so. As to Mary? She was but a temporary construct to take through the Beginner Box and its sequel, so this is likely to be have been her last adventure.

The Pirate Character's PFS number is 2358909-2015, can you please edit?

1. Thank you, Farol, for seeing it through to the end. If anyone had forgotten, we started this game with another GM who quickly abandoned, and Farol very graciously took over. It is really appreciated.
2. The fights did feel a bit on the easy side, but I don't mind that. I feel like when things get tough mechanically, players get locked into a few optimal builds and don't get a chance to explore. For example, I don't think Bonnie would be an acceptable character in a meat grinder Adventure Path.

The PFS advancement was one level’s worth, but our characters made it to 4th. In retrospect, should we have advanced that far?
Yes.
The amount of PFS credit is less than the advancement of the characters in-game, and the scaling factor is roughly 1/3. So, playing 3 levels through an Adventure gives 1 level of PFS credit; and playing 20 levels of an Adventure Path gives 6 levels of PFS credit.
The given rationale is that not all of the material in an Adventure (Path) meets PFS standards, so that, if one were to only play the PFS-appropriate material, it'd be about 1/3 of the total material.

Chronicle is regenerated and uploaded in the same folder. The game is by now also reported. Please check those both places, as errors happen ;)

Yeah, What Watery said. The AP actually suggest that you could lvl up to lvl 5, but since the fights were not that difficult I decided to not go there.
I think the AP is more dedicated for new players, it is also an AP for 4 players so some of the tactics that you took would not work with less players (or could be a bit harder to pull off).
