I'm also going to buy 2x Panaceas from our loot, one to keep for reverse engineering and one in case we need it. I'll probably end up selling them both off later though. What could possibly go wrong between now and downtime?
One more thing I want to get while I have the cash. Player Core 2 introduced a new spell called Carryall, which at 4th rank lets me ride a floating disc like a Chaos Sorcerer. Going to buy a wand of 4th rank Carryall for 700 GP so I have my personal flying disc of Tzeentch Nethys for the rest of the campaign.
Total gold expenditure would be 49.5 + 472.5 + 700 = 1222. My balance would be 1286.7-1222= 64.7 GP remaining. Adding the 9,963.25 GP from liquidating our current loot, this gives me 10,027.95 GP.
Edit: Also for the fun of it I spend 5gp for a Cantrip pack of Draw Moisture to dry the party off when we are done. I'm down to 10,022.95 GP.

Followup:
Slick has done the math and reminded me that we only get 8,823.75 GP from liquidating our loot. This gives me a total of 8818.75 GP in total.
I'll use this opportunity to pay off my debt of 400 GP to Slick, sell my Staff of Healing for 55% of its value (990 GP) while fast-travelling to Absalom to buy a True Staff of Healing (no discount here, unfortunately). This brings me to a new total of 208.75 GP, which is not ideal but at least I'm debt free and I have all the upgrades I want for the foreseeable future (and I can go to Katapesh later and acquire an antimagic rune when I have more gold).

You may notice the conspicuous lack of Chain Lightning. The reason for that is that I watched a Mathfinder video which pointed out the weakness of Chain Lightning and that bursts may be superior. Also, Cleanse Affliction may be better than Dispel Magic since Billy already has Dispel Magic (Heightened). With this casting of Cleanse Affliction, I can counter everything up to 8th rank Curses, Diseases and Poisons. Phantom Pain is there because it does full damage even on a success and it Sickens enemies on fail.

Selling everything with a 5% bonus in Katapesh nets us 20695.50gp, or 5173.88gp per PC.
Sigourney wants to buy back the gloves (178.50gp) and one of the flying potions (52.5gp). She ends up with 4942.88gp
Slick will buy back the +2 Greater Striking Shock Thundering (1575.00gp) and the Greater Flaming rune (3412.50gp). He may well sell them later if they are of no use to him. He ends up with 186.38gp.
Billy and Pine each get the full 5173.88gp unless they also want to buy something back. Look at the sold for column of the loot sheet for how much it will cost to buy something back.

As I mentioned on Discord, we get 5 Level 15 Common magic items from the Pactmasters. The highest priced Level 15 magic item costs 6500gp, so assuming we get 5 of those, sell them at 50% and add in the 5% boost in sale price, that runs 3412.50gp per item, for a grand total of 17062.50gp, which split 4 ways comes to 4265.63gp each.
I've filled the loot sheet with a couple of Level 15 weapon runes and 3 magic wands (7th-rank spell). If anyone actually wants to buy a Level 15 Common magic item, then let me know and I'll swap out one of the wands for it.
Slick is leveled up (details to come) but I have yet to finalize his purchases. Hopefully I'll get to that later today. At the very least he's upgrading the potency rune on his greatsword to +3. I'll have to check my finances, but I don't currently see me getting either of the runes I added to the loot sheet.

Regardless of the results of the reverse engineering checks, Sigourney has expended the sairazul blue and the fundamental oil during the crafting. This matters for the purpose of Mountain Man consumables.
With energy aegis and saizrazul blue in the daily prep rotation, Sigourney now has resistance 8 mental and resistance 5 to: Poison, acid, fire, cold, electricity, sonic, vitality, void and force. With Hidebound I can get resistance to physical on demand. This is kind of ridiculous.
Sigourney will absolutely spend time in the Brass Dwarf applying runes to slick and pine's stuff. Consider it done.
