Voros, annoyed by the arrows, grits his teeth as his wounds begin to heal themselves on their own. He quickly downs an extract and disappears.
He begins climbing the stairs.
Free action to activate "spontaneous healing 5", stopping the bleed. I don't know how far I can go on the stairs. Is this spot alright with 60 feet of movement?

GM Z..D.. |

Voros, the movement is fine.
shortsword: 1d20 ⇒ 72d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4
Blue Mook #1 drops his bow and draws his long sword and attack Kali. Her exoskeleton easily deflects the blow.
shortsword: 1d20 ⇒ 132d6 + 4d6 ⇒ (2, 6) + (2, 5, 2, 4) = 21
The other mook steps over and draws his sword as well. Kali's defenses hold up.
As you can see the second stone golem did not take too long to destroy. But, yes, the worm can reach things on the balcony, adjacent to the railing. Anything beyond that would be stretching it IMO.

Basing this on the fact that these are open balconies, if not I may opt for a difference action.
Boswick calls worth the Inheritor's healing power, as positive energy bursts worth filling the Great Hall.
Channel Positive Energy: 6d6 ⇒ (1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 6) = 12 wow 4 1s, the yellow burst is the origins of the channel
Think this only misses Lavode, both yellow mooks, and maybe both blue ones.
He then rushes up the stairs passed Voros, and in between 3 of the mooks, toward the fallen Venture Captain.

Shoot the red guy in Kali's grip (assuming Kali's attack hit and the grab grabbed). Also assuming that Kali is not in dire need of healing from AoO landing, otherwise I'd need to heal her.

- Does Strang sense more folks in need of rescue beneath the rubble that are still alive, using his wormy-senses?
- I'm assuming this was the round I moved out of the rubble, and dropped the folks I did manage to snag. So I will still have a standard action?
- how high is the balcony (ie: distance from the ground floor)
- where is blue mook one standing? Didn't that balcony collapse? =)
The scarlet worm bursts from the ground, opening its massive maw, and dropping off a number of bodies, one of which appears to be V-C Petulengro, the rest random servants. It is hard to tell if they are alive or dead.
alas, this will likely happen after Boswick channels, so it will not get them
After doing so, the creature rears up, its upper sections easily reaching the upper balcony. With one massive movement, it snaps its jaws at the nearby mook!
No one free to finish off the worm, so might as well use it, I guess.
Am going to assume I can't use its Power Attack feat, as that's not automatic (its only 10 more damage!) =)
bite vs blue1: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (6) + 25 = 31, for 3d8 + 10 ⇒ (2, 5, 7) + 10 = 24 damage.
grab: 1d20 + 32 ⇒ (14) + 32 = 46
Hmm... this not being able to communicate while a worm thing might prove problematic =)

GM Z..D.. |

I am going to say that you manage to sweep up both Eliza and a two servants. And yes, releasing them will be a move action, since they are not able to walk out themselves.
The balcony is 15 feet off the ground.
In ref to the blue mook, I may have been off a few squares when trying to match up both sides of the map.

LT dismounts and plants three arrows into The Red Raven.
The Red worm regurgitates the unconscious VC Eliza and two of her servants before lurching up and taking a decent chunk out of the mook. Is limp body falls forward over the railing and lands heap on the first level.

Hey, no grabbing the one I already have grabbed! Hmm... tug of war? Strang will happily letg Kali have him, but I don't know if I can let go when its not my turn.
I think we need a few people heading to the other room!
Or I could go there, I suppose... but the burrow speed is a bit slow, and not sure how much structural damage that would do to the place... 8P

Kali jostles her wings a little in memory.
Though she just could be showing signs of laughing too much.
