He raises his staff, then points the jackel head on the end towards one of the cultists swinging around on the ceiling. Two bolts of arcane energy fly from its eyes, flashing unerringly towards their target.

Will use staff, to cast a low grade magic missile. Damage is not my forte =)
Lets go for the outlined red fellow, sneaking around the side there.

Theo moves up and delivers a vicious overhand chop to the cultist. He manages to not only cut the weapon in half, the cultist falls from his rope in two halves as well.

Boswick attacks pink and drops him with the fourth blow.

Voros easily hits the solid yellow, who is blinded by Lavode.

Dr. Strang slams his staff on the ground, sending out two force missiles. Guiding the to the target.

Outlined Pink thrust downward towards Theo. Finding no purchase.

Outlined Red pushes off the wall once more and jabs at Boswick on the pass. The weapon does nothing.

Solid Blue thrust twice at Kali, but the hard exoskeleton of the mantis.

Outline orange continues to cough from the smoke.

Solid Yellow thrust twice at the juggernaut known as Boswick, but fails to do any damage.

The most noticeable and harrowing feature of this room is the 60-foot-tall statue of Angazhan carved into the west wall. At its feet stands a candle-laden altar, upon which a female human lies bound. Two giant murals flank the statue, painted with mud, blood, and more unmentionable substances. Like much of the rest of the cave, vines cover the ceiling, though these vines hang fifty feet or more above the ground.

I have dispel magic on my list but not being build for that, it is more like a 50/50 chance (and my last high level spell slot). We can fly over the barrier as well. Kali has a rather large carry capacity thanks to ant haul and could carry a few thousand more pounds of people. She also has the bombard trick just in case you gave her something to drop on the monkey. We also have a 20' wall to protect us, and could just sit on our side of the wall and fire away at the monkey to try to kill it from afar. I'm sure there is plenty of room on our side of the barrier to just sit there and fire away at the monkey from a safe distance.
I don't mind just climbing up the opposite wall (climb speed) and hanging there for a while and shooting the monkey until they take down the barrier themselves or the monkey comes to our side and then we can fly over the barrier and rescue the injured one.
Assuming I get all these details eventually.

He raises his jackal-headed staff, and calls upon a blessing from Anubis. Across the cavern, a flash of brilliant light flares around the head of the giant simian.

Casting Burst of Radiance on the big guy. If he is evil, he will take 5d4 ⇒ (3, 4, 3, 3, 3) = 16 points of damage. He will also need to make a DC 21 Reflex save, or be blinded for 1d4 ⇒ 4 rounds.

Get's an immediate free escape artist check at +20 to the roll. Don't know if it will work on someone bound like that, but hey, it's a free action. I can't move my icon on the phone. Can someone place me at 5 squares below and 4 squares right of Theo. If not, I will move it when I get home tonight.
