Manacles are detailed on page 68 of Ultimate Equipment. The specifics of their effects are largely left to the GM’s discretion, due in large part to manacles’ versatility.
Let's take the position that the manacles on your ankles reduce your speed to 1/2 and you lose your Dex bonus to AC. The manacles on your wrists give a -3 to all unarmed attack rolls though if you grapple a foe while wearing them you can try to choke the foe with them as an improvised weapon.

PS 3: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11 - Damage 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 vs. Gauntlet
The guards waste no time getting close to Pink-Eye and Gauntlet, instead they draw their shortbows and fire rounds at the two manacled but dangerous combatants.
Pink-Eye take the first arrow in the throat, Take 6 damage. The second soldier has his bowstring break! The third misses Gauntlet perhaps due to his poor angle in the doorway.

---
The horses that Aerin has freed react poorly to the sudden loud explosions and run away from that sound! They head to the north, towards the grey mist of the Mournland, you expect they would not enter but have no control over that now.
---
"Another assualt", she states rolling her eyes.
Garrow snarls, "Bring all undead and troops back here! This is the prize, let them fight their way to it, if they can".
She steps back outside.
He turns to you... [ooc]Before he can say anything more it will be your action.

Gauntlet of Sharn |

I'm unsure when we get to go, but since its just us and the three guards, I'm assuming its our turn now...
Without hesitating, Gauntlet turns his hands towards the archers and fires back! With concentration, glowing blue energy en-wraps Guantlet's two pointing fingers and it suddenly flies off dancing toward the enemies to slam into two of them.
Casting Magic Missile! Auto Hit! Two missiles at 3rd level...one to the one who hit Pink-Eye and the other to the one who bow-string broke!
Force Damage(Accurate shooter): 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Force Damage(Bad bowman): 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
"You three jokers got picked for the worst guard duty ever...Pink-eye? Smash."

Electric Eye |

Stealth: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16
Coming out from the ruins, EE tries to fall upon the guards red ones by surprise.
Touché!: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Damage: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 and an extra 1d6 ⇒ 6 if the opponent is denied his Dex bonus, Flatfooted, or whatever.

Meridian Anterian |

Isolated and surrounded by enemies, Meridian knows that her best chance of being helpful to those now attacking the camp is to be ignored by Garrow and his forces. As he turns to her, she holds her hands up by her shoulders, palms toward Garrow in a gesture of passivity and ignorance, "I have nothing to do with this. I have no idea what is happening."

Dev Blake |

Dev's eyes dart back and forth between the groups of guards descending on them. Watching a group set on someone to his left, Dev channels energy, unlocking his mind and touching it to one of the guards in the rear of the group to his north.

Inspire Courage + 2 everyone.

GM the Dragon Below |

The Rose Quarry - Twenty Eighth Day of Dravago
Viorr moves forward to put himself into position to strike without being immediately struck himself.
Electric Eye moves to attack but his strike bounces off of the heavily armored soldier, even with Kana's inspiring voice.
Dev manifests psionic energy at one of the soldiers but the man manages to resist!
Some things happen off screen...
Round 1 - The New Group - NOT so Stealthy (Frank & Creatures, Sharon, & Zabeth) - 4 - GO!!!
Group 2 (Dark Green) - 3

Frank E. |

Oh yeah, to be clear, my previously mentioned double move counts as my action in round 1 of combat (now), right?
That would mean just the grig's actions need description at this moment, yes?
Should I describe how the grig turns the other dwindling fire into a 40' wide half-dome of choking, dexterity-and-strength-sucking ash? :D
"Some are going after the smoke!" Frank calls out as he ducks behind some rubble.

Madam Zabeth Skoata |

Zabeth rushes up toward the fray, but first makes for cover behind a still standing wall. Though the situation is tense, she can't help but smile as the adrenaline she'd been craving courses through her body, and Kana's artfully deft movements further stir her spirit.

Aerin watches with a slight grin as one of the foes she cast the spell on drops his bow, draws his flail and attacks one of his allies but misses badly.
That one turns about, "What are you doing!" He draws his flail and returns the swing but his strike lands, hard.
The shot misses Aerin wide and overhead as his bowstring snaps.

Meanwhile, cornered Pink-Eye and Gauntlet fire out at the Guards all three of their effects land true but none of their foes drop.

Full move, mounted GTFO. I'm taking them back to where the rest of the group started.

GM the Dragon Below |

The Rose Quarry - Twenty Eighth Day of Dravago
Aerin mounts and rides leaving the in-fighting soldiers in the dust.
How long does that spell last Aerin, 1 round per level?

The soldiers that Pink-Eye and Gauntlet launch their powers at look to the north then move to the south nodding as if in response to some instructions, leaving the doorway cleared. This begs the question, why?

The soldiers near the two buildings, engage Electric-Eye, while the mounted foe and a fourth begin firing arrows at Viorr. The first flail bounces harmlessly off or EE while the second hits but the impact is minimal. Take 2 damage EE.
Two arrows sail harmlessly around Viorr.
Viorr and Electric-Eye then see three more soldiers that must have been guarding between the buildings come out to reinforce these four. One has a sword in hand and looks join his comrades in attacking Electric-Eye or is perhaps looking to engage Viorr while the other two draw arrows but hold in position.
Viorr and Electric Eye also see two undead through the smoke created by the Grig begin to stir...

Hmm...looks like I forgot my flank bonus as well.

The Grig's pyrotechnics flare up goes up in smoke and chokes the visibility of the foes.
Seeing the cloud rushing at them, two of the soldiers move back instead of firing into the smoke.
Meanwhile Frank fires heavy crossbow at one of the enemies. The hit is a killer striking him in the thigh and clipping a major artery, he hits the ground screaming in agony.
Zabeth uses the confusion to slide next to EE and strike the remaining foe that can be seen on this side of the smokescreen. The soldiers armor deflects the blow.

Aerin spurred her stolen horses around the ruins, coming up behind the group of allies.
"Mount up! Time for a daring rescue!" she grinned.
Horses double move. Anyone who wants to go for a Quick Mount can join me for what I have planned next (the horses are all still roped together, so I'm driving this train.
She slowed enough to give them a chance to join her if they wished, but she was clearly not stopping.
With a sidelong throw she sent a curved blade winging through the air toward the guard in front of Zabeth and Electric Eye.

My mistake, I thought it was a standard 5' scale map. Just put me where I should be.
I like where you are better:-)

Meridian Anterian |

Can I hear the people who are just outside this building?

Viorr |

There is a breif struggle within Viorr as he weighs being astride a horse again against rushing to engage another foe...but the ropes connecting the horses decides it for him. Blades spinning, he steps up to the next opponent and strikes.

Targeting the last standing red dude near us.

Dev Blake |

Dev strides forward and mounts a horse in Aerin's pack, confident Viorr and the others can handle this group of guards, and genuinely curious about what Aerin had planned...

Frank E. |

Oh, 10' per square? Now that I think about it, 5' squares would've made the buildings quite small xD
Then the smoke cloud will still fill up the space in between buildings except for a small gap, but since it's half as wide, I'll go make a quick adjustment...

Gauntlet of Sharn |

is there a weapon in the tent, if not then tent pole improvised club versus undead shenanigans it is...
You've got horns you can gore with can't you? Why not just use those?

Electric Eye |

If squares are 10ft G then EE has cheated on his last movement. Let's say he spends his turn trying to get around the tree and reach the guard's back.

GM the Dragon Below |

Sorry, should have been clear from outset that the squares were 10' not the standard 5', damn you 3.5 to Pathfinder! Let's not retcon any movement errors and leave things as is. Moving forward, 10' squares (at least on this map!

GM the Dragon Below |

The map changed a bit there...remember not to change area effects once they are laid down, let me do that :-). Viorr would have had to make a 50/50 miss chance as the smoke does not roll out until Frank's next action, mid-round. Let me know if that changes Viorr or EE's actions this round!
