Nym your SR beat theirs. Vrocks SR: 20
reflex save: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
The acid bolt hits the Vrock closest to Nym and the sickly green bolts sizzles. Nym notices the damage doesn't do as much as he thought it would as he remembers they are resistant to acid.
Ok I have everyone's actions up to day, except the enemies. I will take care of those when I get home this evening. I have a meeting after work so it may not be till late evening.

Desmond follows Duncan towards whichever Vrock he decides to target, then comes out from behind the dwarf and hits the Vrock full speed!
Charge Attack: 1d20 + 28 ⇒ (9) + 28 = 37
Damage: 1d6 + 13 + 1d6 + 8d6 ⇒ (3) + 13 + (4) + (1, 4, 4, 6, 4, 3, 3, 1) = 46
Decreasing the Vrock's AC and attacks, which is a -2 (-6 vs Desmond). It also takes 2 strength damage. Desmond's AC is currently 27 from charging, but if the attack landed than his AC is 34 from landing sneak attack.
If Duncan hits the Vrock, Desmond will use opportunist to make an attack on it.

Nym did though. Nym is about 100 feet away from one. If you move to attack he will move to attack next round. He has already said that "he and Des make a good team"

Enemy Horde
A wave of undead zombie descends on the defenders positions. The sound so metal on flesh and flesh on metal rings loudly. Battle cries and moans carry deafens the area. The initial ebb and flow battle caries on...
Meanwhile at Duncan's position an arrowhead of dead begsin to scale the fortifications and funnel into Duncan's position.
At this time Duncan just envision a horde hitting the wall and climbing over top, while others head directly for your posiiton. The grande battle is being done in the background, so speed up the encounter. You can assume you are now in direct battle though.

Overhead large bolts whiz and there are a few cries of pain. The enemy horde continues to approach the defenders but they are still a 20 feet from crashing into the lines.
One of the Vrocks teleports and lands directly behind kalim (15 feet away) You can see that it has a 10 foot reach wiht its talons.
A second Vrock begins its rapid dirve bomb movement. It is double moving but is still 100 feet away.
Karong continues to cast his spell.

I put haloes (blue) around Nym and Desmond to signify they are flying. I know everyone has flight but they are the two actually in the air for tracking purposes.
The red dots on the demons are the ones that have been injured.
I know the map is not to scale and it's not perfect but it's the best that I can do for this battle.

Duncan Redhammer |

FYI I didn't cast a Divine Fire spell. I was just describing the theatrics of using my Inspiring Word ability. You have to make a display of swordsman ship. Des and Nym don't forget to add the sacred bonuses I just gave you on your stats. Duncan is a self buffing fighter so I'll charge the vrocks on my turn as well.

Grung I will make your character larger next map update. Yes you can move up closer with 5 ft step. Remember the large people are zombie hordes, I needed some sort of character to use to represent the horde.
Hordes are not so called because of the size of the group but rather the size of the creatures that compose the horde. Unlike normal swarms, hordes are composed of Medium creatures which are usually a normal version of a creature but otherwise behave in a swarm-like manner. There are usually around 50 creatures in a horde. The net effect is that they take only half damage from piercing weapons but take normal damage from other weapons. In addition when the swarm is reduced to 0 hit points or lower and breaks up, unless the damage was dealt by area-affecting attacks, then 2d6 surviving members of the horde continue their attack, though now only as individual creatures. Otherwise, a horde conforms to all of the other swarm traits.
Grung steps up and attacks the oncoming horde. The force of Grungs attack disrupts the enemy horde and breaks it up into 10 shuffling remnants.

Seeing the Rogue magically charge in at the vrock, Duncan makes a descision to aid the Human. As much as he'd love to simply chop the undead horde before him, he knew the Human soldiers could at least fight the hordes.
The Vrocks on the other hand, the soldiers could not stop. He uses a FERVOUR, to swift cast Divine Favor on himself and acts.
Instead of remaining at the Wall he uses the fly and haste spells effecting him to Charge straight at the nearest Vrock in support of Desmond, he flew with his shield in front of him, almost as if he intended to ram the thing, but it was a ploy. At the last second he pulled the shield in tight against his body and thrusted his swordarm at the spot where the creatures heart should be. The magic of Iomedae's Inspiring Word charged the strike yet again, boltering the duration of both he and his allies sacred blessings upon their weapons, as the Gleaming blade shone like the sun.

bonus you have.
Advanced Prerequisites: Dazzling Display, Weapon Focus

Advanced Benefit: As a standard action or at the end

longsword. If you succeed, you grant all allies who can
see your attack a +2 sacred bonus on attack rolls, saving
throws, and skill checks for 1 minute.

Duncan Redhammer |

Sorry for not adding this. I am posting at work....If the attack hits the Vrock Duncan makes an Intimidate Check as a Free Action via Cornrugon Smash
Intimidate: 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (3) + 23 = 26
Ware me ya ugly bird thing, I'll have ye quartered and roasted shortly!!
If the intimidate is Successful, (Duncan only needs to beat a 22 for a standard Vrock then the Creature is Shaken, Sickened to everyone AND Duncan treats it as Flat Footed
You can use this skill to cause an opponent to become shaken for a number of rounds. The DC of this check is equal to 10 + the target's Hit Dice + the target's Wisdom modifier. If you are successful, the target is shaken for 1 round. This duration increases by 1 round for every 5 by which you beat the DC. You can only threaten an opponent in this way if they are within 30 feet and can clearly see and hear you. Using demoralize on the same creature only extends the duration; it does not create a stronger fear condition.
