Nym your SR beat theirs. Vrocks SR: 20
reflex save: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19

The acid bolt hits the Vrock closest to Nym and the sickly green bolts sizzles. Nym notices the damage doesn't do as much as he thought it would as he remembers they are resistant to acid.

Ok I have everyone's actions up to day, except the enemies. I will take care of those when I get home this evening. I have a meeting after work so it may not be till late evening.

Male Human Unchained Rogue 16 AC 30/22/21 Perc +21 (+6 vs traps) Saves 9/18/8 HP 142/142

Desmond follows Duncan towards whichever Vrock he decides to target, then comes out from behind the dwarf and hits the Vrock full speed!

Charge Attack: 1d20 + 28 ⇒ (9) + 28 = 37
Damage: 1d6 + 13 + 1d6 + 8d6 ⇒ (3) + 13 + (4) + (1, 4, 4, 6, 4, 3, 3, 1) = 46

Decreasing the Vrock's AC and attacks, which is a -2 (-6 vs Desmond). It also takes 2 strength damage. Desmond's AC is currently 27 from charging, but if the attack landed than his AC is 34 from landing sneak attack.

If Duncan hits the Vrock, Desmond will use opportunist to make an attack on it.

Enemy Horde

A wave of undead zombie descends on the defenders positions. The sound so metal on flesh and flesh on metal rings loudly. Battle cries and moans carry deafens the area. The initial ebb and flow battle caries on...

Meanwhile at Duncan's position an arrowhead of dead begsin to scale the fortifications and funnel into Duncan's position.

At this time Duncan just envision a horde hitting the wall and climbing over top, while others head directly for your posiiton. The grande battle is being done in the background, so speed up the encounter. You can assume you are now in direct battle though.

Enemy Vrock

The Vrock that was hit by Nym's sickly acid bolt double moves and charges Nym.

Overhead large bolts whiz and there are a few cries of pain. The enemy horde continues to approach the defenders but they are still a 20 feet from crashing into the lines.

One of the Vrocks teleports and lands directly behind kalim (15 feet away) You can see that it has a 10 foot reach wiht its talons.

A second Vrock begins its rapid dirve bomb movement. It is double moving but is still 100 feet away.

Grung I will make your character larger next map update. Yes you can move up closer with 5 ft step. Remember the large people are zombie hordes, I needed some sort of character to use to represent the horde.

Horde Traits (Ex):

Hordes are not so called because of the size of the group but rather the size of the creatures that compose the horde. Unlike normal swarms, hordes are composed of Medium creatures which are usually a normal version of a creature but otherwise behave in a swarm-like manner. There are usually around 50 creatures in a horde. The net effect is that they take only half damage from piercing weapons but take normal damage from other weapons. In addition when the swarm is reduced to 0 hit points or lower and breaks up, unless the damage was dealt by area-affecting attacks, then 2d6 surviving members of the horde continue their attack, though now only as individual creatures. Otherwise, a horde conforms to all of the other swarm traits.

Grung steps up and attacks the oncoming horde. The force of Grungs attack disrupts the enemy horde and breaks it up into 10 shuffling remnants.

zombies: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 4) = 10

Kalim resonated a horrible sound at the vrock behind the lines.

Instead of remaining at the Wall he uses the fly and haste spells effecting him to Charge straight at the nearest Vrock in support of Desmond, he flew with his shield in front of him, almost as if he intended to ram the thing, but it was a ploy. Demoralize
You can use this skill to cause an opponent to become shaken for a number of rounds. The DC of this check is equal to 10 + the target's Hit Dice + the target's Wisdom modifier. If you are successful, the target is shaken for 1 round. This duration increases by 1 round for every 5 by which you beat the DC. You can only threaten an opponent in this way if they are within 30 feet and can clearly see and hear you. Using demoralize on the same creature only extends the duration; it does not create a stronger fear condition.

He turns to the next. "WEAK!" He casts Suffocation. [Ooc]DC 23 The target can attempt to resist this spell’s effects with a Fortitude save-if he succeeds, he is merely staggered for 1 round as he gasps for breath. If the target fails, he immediately begins to suffocate.

Duncan laughed maniacally as the creatures impotent claws scratched at his magnificent shield and armor, with only a single claw getting through and that damage was negated by the stoneskin spell currently affecting him. The spores similarly were a minor annoyance. His glee turned to anger however, when Desmond Charged in Stabbing at HIS Vrock, almost impaling the Creature.
Nym similarly flew in and got an attack off, with Desmond capitalising on the Dark elf's strike.

Duncan's action if Desmond and Nym killed his Vrock before Duncan's turn:

Ye damned Kill stealin' theifs! Had this one barely up and ready to die already!
Not seeing any other foes in reach but a horde of undead before him, he reaches within himself to Use his DIVINE FIRE Blessing, expending 2 uses to further enhance his weapon with both the FLAMING and UNDEAD BANE quality, then fly's back to once again block the gap in his wall.

Duncan's action if Des and Nym have not killed Duncan's Vrock:
Laughing manically at the Vrock's impotent Scratching and annoying spores, he is angered when his allies attempt to steal his Kill.
He lashes out for all he his worth against the Vrock.FULL ATTACK!
Git away ye Theifs! This one's mine!

Don't forget the Vrock is Shaken, Sickened and Flat Footed to Duncan for this round So -4 to Attacks, -2 AC and Denied it's dex to AC

Evil GM

Remember these Vrocks do have reach when it comes to charging and AoO. Now that everyone is engaged, I will add the next wave of attacks on you.

You definately need to move to engage in melee with the next Vrocks. so you will not have full round actions.

Evil GM

continuing effect :

The Vrock shudders in pain.

fort save, heroism: 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 13 + 2 = 24

*I forgot to add the heroism bonuses on the Vrocks.

The second Vrock that Kalim takes aim at with his suffocation spell

fort save, heroism: 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 13 + 2 = 24

the vrock saves from the kalim's spell.

FYI: the Brocks SR is 20

Evil GM

Nym and Desmond more in coordinated fashion, but for sneak to get the upper hand he needs drow to move within the reach of the next vrock.

AOO, claw, heroism: 1d20 + 13 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 13 + 2 = 17;damage: 2d6 + 5 ⇒ (6, 2) + 5 = 13

The attack misses the nimble dark elf.

Nym slips inside the reach just as Desmond charges and both attacks hit the target.

Desmond does your opportunist attack work as you and nym flank the creature on your initial charge or does that happen as Duncan joins the attack? Withou me having to look it up how does Opporutnist attack work?

Evil GM

Eastern Front

Duncan you are fighting a different Vrock than Desmond and Nym. Duncan uses this energies to finish off the Vrock in front of him. He blades slashes and pierces the unholy beast's hide. The creature makes a death spiral and chrashes into the ground.

25% chance he crushes some defenders: 1d100 ⇒ 23

how many: 1d4 ⇒ 3

Three defenders get smashed by the large vrock weight.
