I just started with PFS, and you very often can buy partially charged items. And as a bard, you keep what you get. You even browse at a shop for the partially, for the added flexibility. As I start level 7, I thought, well this is something a higher level char has, some leftovers here and there.

I have a link on the Campaign Info Tab regarding the infernal wand. This issue came up previously. Take a look at it, it is under the Links Spoiler.
A partial wand is sort of like - previously loved - it's the treasure found, taken and sold.
I will say, I give out healing potions and healing wands like they are Pez.
I will definitely add that they are greatly appreciated and needed for RA.
Actually I do like this rule. The one about evil spells.

Just my opinion, but an adventuring bard with Felicitas's skills & spells would amplify our party's abilities greatly.
GM: Visual impairments in mind, would such obstacles generally be more harmful to the party or the enemies?
The problem is one of tactics. The terrain generally does not favor the explorers. The enemy tends to know the layout, but a bend that prevents one archer will prevent an enemy archer.

Stratos - I appreciate your continued interest in this game, but we decided on going with the bard. Although a monk with the tripping and melee combat would be a deadly addition, the overall versatility of a bard really fills a few holes.
