Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

Lynn flies back up while the spell still lasts and checks the towers from the top for entrances and hiding enemies.
Perception: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (14) + 13 = 27

Lynn Flies around for a few more minutes then lands on the tower, seeing nothing on her fly by landing proves to turn up just as little.

So you have half a bridge now, how do you wish to proceed?

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Let us not dawdle. There is one more bridge and we got an idea what to expect there now. Let us move unseen in the canyon and kill the beasts there too." Lynn suggests.

Human Paladin 3

I'm with you. Don follows

Balthazar jogs up to them. "Well, I'll say that was exhilirating." And takes out his wand and heals himself some more.

Lynn heals herself on the way.

For those of you on the far side how are you getting back across? Or how are you getting to the other bridge?

How do you use that wand Balthazar? Is Cure Light Wounds on your spelllist? Just curious. Plenty of others can use wand for you.

All into the cart and then levitate the cart down and moving it along the canyon.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

While walking along Lynn uses the opportunity to talk to the elf. "Hi, I'm Lynn, mind to tell me your name again?"

"We were a bit in a hurry, but I think we have some time now. So, what's your story?"

Elf Sorcerer 7 / AC 14/*20-Mythic Mage Armor, Touch 12, Flat 13/*19-MMA / HP 19/52 / Init +7 / Fort +2, Ref +3, Will +7 (+2 vs Enchantments) / Perception +11

Oops, I'll make a check.

Use Magic Device: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (6) + 12 = 18

In reply to Lynn. "Oh! Hello there Lynn. I am Balthazar. Balthazar Borealathon." he says declaring, a little dramatically.

As they walk he continues. "Well, if I told you my story you would take me for a fool. But considering where we are and what we're doing, surely all of us have to be fools to some degree no?"

He pauses looking around and then add's more to his tale. "I believe that I am a descendant of the great Terendelev. I was searching for him to find out just that before his fall a few days ago." Clearly a bit upset he adds. "So now my search for validation has turned into one of pain and... vengeance."

Catching himself getting too dour he pipes up. "Apologies, I'm not usually so grim. And you're Miss? Mrs?"

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"I'm here to avenge the death of Terendelev. I was there when he was killed and he saved us with his last breath from falling to our sure death." Lynn replies. "Seems like our goals overlap."

Nurah looks around as she is being pushed in the cart down into the Ravine and then back up. As the group makes its way back up Sosiel and Aron are standing just inside the remains of South Shore

"What happened?" Sosiel asks, "Do you think we can still use the bridge?"

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

Knowledge(Engineering): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
"If you don't march in step it should hold." Lynn replies.

Ratfolk Crafter 6 (HP 63)

Know Engineering: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26
"Even then it could be problematic. It should be relatively easy to patch up though." Tink says and then quickly lays out some basic construction plans to shore up the weakness in the bridge and repair the surface.

Human Paladin 3

Perhaps some magic can help repair? Don looks at Tink. Once we secure the bridges that is.

"The other bridge would be good to take today since we cannot push across this right right away. We are down in food stores though, maybe 2 days left." Sosiel says, "We can have the main army march on the warehouse district and the Mongrelmen hold this one and attempt repairs?"

Elf Sorcerer 7 / AC 14/*20-Mythic Mage Armor, Touch 12, Flat 13/*19-MMA / HP 19/52 / Init +7 / Fort +2, Ref +3, Will +7 (+2 vs Enchantments) / Perception +11

As they walk before getting to the other. "You saw Terendelev when he fell! Who or what did that? Yes, seem's fate has brought us together. Oh look, guards." He says pointing to Sosiel as they approach.

Human Paladin 3

Might as well push to the other bridge, we better take out the cattle roped to the bottom. Plus I think we better leave Nurah with the army under guard since she has eyes and ears to notice what we are going to do.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Yes, I saw it. Khorramzadeh, the Storm King killed her in the battle that destroyed most of Kenabres." Lynn replies to Balthazar

With all the back and forth I'm not sure it is clear what my plan is. So once again: Moving under the protection of invisibility along the bottom of the canyon to the other bridge where probably also some beasts are tied to the pillars. To kill them first this time.

P.S. Terendelev wore pink socks when SHE was a little dragon.

Human Paladin 3

Plan works for me

Elf Sorcerer 7 / AC 14/*20-Mythic Mage Armor, Touch 12, Flat 13/*19-MMA / HP 19/52 / Init +7 / Fort +2, Ref +3, Will +7 (+2 vs Enchantments) / Perception +11

"Guess we both have a date with Khorramzadeh then." Balthazar states.

The group makes their way to the other bridge, there are no beasts here and you can see the bridge prior led right to Citadel Drezen, this one may not be as important to want to destroy the bridge. Looking up the northern channel you can see the bridge from the Warehouse district to the land mass that Citadel Drezen is on is destroyed already. You would have to walk past what you would assume are manned towers with your army to circle the Citadel.

Human Paladin 3

So invade the towers and clear them out so the army doesn't get sniped.

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

"Just get the army in the warehouse district. There we can find new provisions and set camp. Then the scouts can go and get a picture of what we're facing." Lynn decides.

Heading back to the Camp requires quite a bit of climbing even with the scale of levitation.

"The army is ready, my only concern is that they will be bottle necked on the bridge" Irabeth says

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

With no one threatening the bridge with a collapse, Lynn goes for kicking in the bridge tower's doors, to clean out what evil hides within to have the bridge completely under control, while her message runner informs Irabeth about the plans.

The towers on Lynn's side of the bridge are empty, and appear to have never been manned since the fall of Drezen.

Sorry to clarify, I mean the towers on the curtain wall surrounding the Citadel, they won't affect you if you go the bridge but if you marched your army through the old river bed you would be subject to attacks from them or would you?

Aasimar Warpriest (7) - HP 93, AC 18/12/16 (Large 16/10/15), FRW 7/4/8, Ini +7, Perc. +13

We moved in the river from the first bridge that is now damaged to the second bridge that is unmanned - if I understand you right. And now Lynn wants to make sure this bridge hides no dangers, so when the army comes from their current place to the unmanned bridge to cross the bridge there is no one shooting at them from hiding.

Then they will simply take over the warehouse district and the warehouses with the promised provisions. We're not going anywhere close to the fortifications of Dezren with the armies. I just want to park my armies somewhere safe, where they are not going to starve to death.

Human Paladin 3

So let us secure the remaining bridge at least. I am all set to move out.

so how do you want to move your army?

The army of Paladin's lines up to march on the bridge, Half of the mongrelmen army joins and they flank the two sides of the bridge to offer ranged support.

The Front line of Paladin's is mounted and holding shields high to prevent any ranged attack that is coming from the side of Paradise hill, The mounted Paladins are followed by the remainder of the army. On Irabeth's signal the Army moves forward at a steady pace, the Mongrelmen hold their fire as their is no enemy. As the mounted knights get to the other side the enemy shows themselves. A small army of Schir demons pours out of fortified buildings and into the Paladins.
