Iko_ |

As everyone is entering the war tent, Iko call's his friends to the side. His face betraying his emotions.
"Friends. I am afraid this is where my journey ends. I will not be joining you further on this crusade. I..." He pauses for a moment and then once his thoughts are collected he continues.
"My abilities are of no use here. I must take my leave. But I wish to give you the best of luck, and this..."
He holds out his hand towards Lynn. Opening his palms to reveal an ornate dagger that returns and Terendelev's scale.
"This will be of more use to the rest of you than for me."
Once he hands it over he gives everyone a short bow.
"May Irori be with you all."

Lynn accepts the items and stands there befuddled, waiting for Iko be taken away by a deity or something, but nothing of this kind happpens. "Well, thank you, I guess." she finally manages to reply, while thousand thoughts run through her mind.

"Ah Don, you are a great warrior. This was is made for those like you. My heart is not in this battle. I will miss you all and spread word of your battle for our world."

So, that’s is a 33.
So, nothing from this?

![]() |

No, because I was not sure everyone else had rolled well enough. I will.

![]() |

Roget that. If you told me before I missed it.
Feeling somewhat sick to his stomach Azrael reports what he has seen to the group. Last night I was restless and unable to sleep. Stepping quietly from my tent I noted Nurah slinking through the camp. He slipped away away towards the bridge and sent a series of signals i towards the Citadel with a hooded lantern. I fear we have been betrayed.

![]() |

Or, we could feed her false information to our enemy...

Lynn Warhaven |

The plan is to call Nurah into the command tent for further discussions and then instead have her take part in a questionnaire about the general willingness of members of the leadership team to communicate with the enemy about internals.

Lynn Warhaven |

"Thank you for joining us." Lynn tells. Turning to the whole group she tells "We had planned to make a surprise attack with a small group to secure the bridge to the warehouse."
"That plan got spoiled, as someone from the camp went straight to the enemies to inform them about that. Now we need a new plan and an additional plan on how to get the traitor and what to do with this unfaithful person."
"Suggestions?" Lynn asks, even though anyone knows it is Nurah, to see how she reacts.

![]() |

Azrael gives her that "knowing" paladin look and detects evil just because.

![]() |

Nocking an arrow Azrael states She is not actually evil. Not yet anyway. This suggests the enemy has some sway over her.

![]() |

It is obvious Azrael wants to speak but does not do so until Lynn returns. Instead he moves closer to Nurah and remains ready to act in case she tries to escape.

DM Raltus |

Lynn trudes over to the tent that is Nurah's, after spending a lot of time going through the tent Lynn comes up almost empty handed, a trace of a dark black liquid stains an empty pack that looks like it was extra.
This is Shadow blood the same drug that was found in Aron's tent a few nights ago
As Lynn is heading back to the main tent 2 guards come up with a man between them.
"Ma'am we found this man on the eastern side of the ruins, says he escaped from the warehouse district" Iko's new character please describe and introduce yourself

Lynn Warhaven |

"Thank you. I'll tell you later, once we resolved the issue with the owner." Lynn tells and walks back to the main tent.
As the guards face her she tells "Keep him company and give him some food and water if he likes. I'll come back to you later. We have some pressing issues right now."
Moving on to the tent she enters and puts the bag on the table. "Sorry, that it took me that long."
"We have now Azrael, who has seen you giving light signals. And I'm sure he is able to tell some lamp malfunction from giving signals. And in your tent I found this bag which contains remains of Shadow Blood. The drug we found with Aron, while he told he had no idea where it came from."
"So tell me, Nurah, are you insisting on your version of events? Or are you going to come clean?"

Azrael's eyes darken in rare anger. Nurah, why? He reaches to grab the woman.
Grapple: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23

"The only way to properly prevent her from casting would be to keep her unconscious. Cutting off her finger's and tongue would prevent a large portion of casting but their are ways around that." Tink does not say this with malice, but more as an intellectual response to an intellectual question.
"I have an idea to try get some information though."
Tink detects magic firstly, and then will mythic surge for Planar Inquiry. As per Lesser Planar Ally I can request aid from a deity. They will send an outsider to attempt to aid us. You get to pick an 8hd or less outsider for Sarenrae to send us.
"Dawnflower, we fear one of our own has been corrupted and this has gravely endangered our cause, and the lives of those under our command. We beseech you to send us a guide to help us navigate this situation. Help us to redeem this troubled soul, and bring her back into the light."

DM Raltus |

A hound archon appears before you, the aura around it is a deep red the colour of the final sunset.
"Greetings mortal, what is your payment in turn for your requested aid?" The Archon's voice booms around the tent, the aura from the creature is bright enough that everyone has to squint a bit to see.

"Don't grab me like that, some paladin you are. Maybe I should go out and tell those outside how you are roughing me up trying to get me to confess to a broken lantern." Nurah keeps a calm face.
I am sorry Nurah, but we are beyond your needing to confess. I saw what I saw. You have done great harm to those you called friends. I cannot let that continue. I do not care what you say to others. My actions are between me and my god. He will know the truth of things. Turning to Don he asks Don, can you disarm her. make sure you get any spell components.

"I fear that at this point, we have little to offer in the material. However we offer our services in redeeming those that have been turned away from the light of the dawn, we offer our services in pushing the demons back into the world wound, and we offer the potential of this soul to be saved. We also offer a temple reclaimed and to be restored to it's former glory, pending our campaign here. "
This payment can take a variety of forms, from donating gold or magic items to an allied temple, to a gift given directly to the creature, to some other action on your part that matches the creature’s alignment and goals.

Lynn Warhaven |

You called him. You got to have an idea what to ask of him. With Nurah being as slick as an eel and totally unrepentant of her evil doings I have no idea, what we should do with her besides lock her up. And from the abilities of the hound archon I see nothing that would help change her mind.
