I think last year it was out three or more days. It was just out yesterday and today. And we have another two before the next snow storm- in California. I mean, it's mountain California but this is the biggest series of storms in many years I think.

Well, a lot of this stuff goes over Toric's (and quite frankly, the player's) head, but he's here to help. So he'll help any chance he can get. Strandel is always fine with sharing the spotlight or getting out of it to let others shine.

I think you have implicit approval to write or summarize the message Terex. And everyone, let me know if things are two confusing and I'll try to clear things. I could give a list of strategies going into the Cucurai, for example.

As for Strandel he is a leach, we get it, I played my PC like someone being 'leched' at and the setting amplified it. Sorry fellow players if it was too much.

I think we are safe if we go back to a world where Camira pulls up from the lightly kissing couple and frames the curtains blowing in the breeze.

I feel like I have to say a bit more. I think initial Toric incident involved things slowly escalating (I helped feed things without being clear where they'd lead and I apologize for that part that I played here). But I should also be clear Toric's act was completely unacceptable, we should all know already not to post this stuff in this day and age. It took me a bit of time to unravel the thread but I think Gift is correct - she was responding as someone "leched" would do. I am hoping that "never ever, ever do that again" will be sufficient.

Moreover, I want to be clear that every character should avoid any systematic annoyance of another character. Single comments are one thing. Being rude, dismissive, making-fun-of, hitting-on etc on an ongoing basis must be avoided. If you are uncertain, PM the other player or me. Members of the organization are consummate professionals and you should any level of pettiness that saps your morale.

Also: I avoid sending monsters to punish bad behavior - but this was behavior that objectively, all moral judgements aside, was extremely likely to gain the maximum unwanted attention.

Also, my father died last Friday and I'll be traveling to the Boston area this coming week for an informal service, so there may be days I don't post (maybe Tuesday, Wednesday, and next-Wednesday).

Well, posting here is normally is relief from everything else, so I'm not slowing down because of the event. But maybe because I have to do some things.

Sorry to hear that GM Hansj, I know how it feels having had the same thing happen to me a few years back. Praying for you and your family. Do what ever you need. We will all be here for you.

My dad died over 20 years ago, and I'm still messed up by it. :(

Given that this will, hopefully, be a turning point in the fight with the Dark Traders to some degree, I think it being a long and difficult journey is perfectly appropriate. :D

Keep in mind that there's a lot of momentum in the situation. The fluids in Strandel and Gift are coming out and are an available energy source, the majority of the Cucurai are eager to be gone, <Shimmer> is somewhat eager to join them, Leander wants to move thing ahead as well. The challenge is making everything/anything else you wanted to have happen actually happen.

You-all did kind of come at this in the end more desperate than well planned and that kind of ending can go South in a variety of ways.
