The thing is, plane shift as written won't take you to a specific location on a plane at all. I am house-ruling things somewhat by having planeshift often take one to a specific location, which the locals can put walls around. But jumping from a point one plane to another chosen point on another takes a 9th level spell and I will again house rule that it is expensive.

Yep gift is a teen, what do you expect, she dose not meet many others like herself and mum and dad are always there cramping her fun.
If Is an Elan, her mother and father had a lot to do with her being as she is now. A new made being made from them, but she is her own person, even if her mind is a hive mind. It acts as one.

To be clear, away from everyone Gift is starting her faith of the mind on her own little demi-plane, she will aware that the Lady of Pain dose not like full goods on the spike. So is careful only to do it off on her plane and as a means to match her father as a Demigod. Gave her legendary leadership fait so she can have followers come and go form Psionic training temple, also psionic artificers to start workshops on her demi plane to make Psionic items of all kinds.
As at 20th level she gets

The ascendant psion becomes an unbodied, although he does not gain the manifesting ability of the unbodied and instead maintains his own manifesting ability gained from levels in psion. The ascendant psion’s creature type changes to monstrous humanoid, and he gains the incorporeal subtype, including the deflection bonus to AC equal to his Charisma modifier (minimum +1). In addition, the ascendant psion can use his telekinetic force psi-like ability at will and is no longer limited to daily uses.
My aim to when Arlo get Demi-god statues she can as well, by mixing Ascension and having a following in place.
With her followers, Now while on a mission all but her cohors will be with her, her other follows working and living in her temple Demi plane.

@GM Hansj I think perhaps a rebuild might be in order, Azzim would remain a shaman but with a different spirit and maybe swapping out some unused feats. Perhaps in game Azzim take Gift up on her offer.
My head cannon here is Azzim is feeling that its time to go on the offensive against the Dark Traders which will require a more martial focus. He'll still have access to all the healing spells but he'll focus a bit more on battlefield control.

@Gift yes Azzim would be interested. I think he'll always be interested in medical things, but there's much to be said about making the bad guys go boom! As a spellcaster Azzim is also very interested in Gifts apotheosis and would be keen to document it if Gift was willing.

Just saying, it is highly unlikely Arlo will ever achieve demi-god status.

I'd actually been thinking that Terex will want to start letting more people into his library, so linking it with a friend's plane would certainly make sense for him. I'd also been thinking of maybe making some additional 'keys' that can be used to enter it--though he'd want to be careful not to make too many, he doesn't want any enemies getting access to it.

Thinking of this for Azzim, it's not a particularly big rebuild. Main change is using the Heavens Spirit (should be fun to RP the twinkling eye thing) and switching Accursed Hex for Divine Intervention. For level up I used his human FCB to get Death Ward...

As a note, one axiom of my multiverse is "nothing can effect (or be effected by) the entire multiverse". Similarly nothing is "the most X thing in the multiverse" (X powerful, beautiful, anything).
You can have things that effect a lot and that seem to effect (or channel or whatever) everything from one entities vantage point but that's it.

Speaking of which, a somewhat big change here for Terexaltherin! Our generous GM has allowed him to trade out his minor/major magic rogue talents for a modified version of the natural sorcery draconic gift (from In The Company of Dragons), letting him cast spells like (currently) a 4th-level Arcanist, though with a caster level of his level-8.
