This my new low level PF 1 game. I will be combining aspects of a homebrew game with published material. It is set in the country of Nirmathas.

Calain moves back outside and into the swamp where he smashes the two lizard folks. They are both down.

Poke Poke you are up. YOu took the damage but made the save against the poison.

Seeing the first Lizardfolk abdomen spill out, dropping the creature and the 2nd haven't fallen with the blade biting deep into it's ribcage killing it as well, the burly fighter jerks hard to retract the weapon and leans hard on it, dismissing his rage.
Calain will be fatigued next round.

Ms. Turner isn't as heavy as a fat dwarf or tanky human, so she may make it across the creaking floor. You are not certain though.

Poke Poke not being sure the human will make it across looks around then forms an idea. Poke Poke loo ks at Mrs Turner and says "Just a moment. The floor is iffy. Need to find some support for you."

Poke Poke turns toward the door way

"Doctor, toss me the rope."

Upon recieving the rope Poke Poke will anchor it to something to help support Mrs. Turner.

"Anchor your end too."

Suddenly there's billowing smoke that rolls out of one of the hearths in the back of the room. The choking cloud begins to spread 20 feet in all direction. All sight, even darkvision, is ineffective in or through the cloud.

All within the cloud take -4 penalties to Strength and Dexterity (Fortitude negates). DC 14. These effects last for 1d4+1 rounds after the cloud dissipates or after the creature leaves the area of the cloud. Spell resistance does not apply.

last RDs after cloud dissipates: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

Beorn shuffles and bumps his way out of the smoke. Bradan you are just clear of the smoke and you can't see inside the room.

Calain continues to get his breath (Fatigued) and moves back towards the entry to the building to cover their rear.

Everyone else was inside and the lack of a call for help meant they were ok for now.

Bradan, Calain, Ulfred, wolfie, and Agrah each need to make a fortitude save.

Just as the smoke begins to billow out of the house there is more movement coming from the lake and mucky river. Emerging from the water are 5 more lizardfolks.

Inside the house it is still smoky and sounds of wood breaking is loud, it's as if the floor is erupting upward and opening. Unfortunately everyone's sight, even darkvision, is ineffective becasue of the smoke cloud.

No that's not how I read the spell description. This is why I didn't call for the roll from Poke, Tes and Beorn.

Beorn stumbles outside coughing but unaffected by the smoke. He looks up blinking only to see two dead lizard folk nearby but five more emerging from the water.

Does the smoke extend/expand through the walls? Or is it contained in the house and maybe through the door in an opposite direction that center/point of origin? If so, any Lizardfolk caught in it?

*I modified the smoke template to give a better idea of where the smoke is located. It is completely filling the house and oozing out of the door. Agrah, Ulfec and Geri, and Beorn are the only ones out of the smoke. Everyone else is inside the smoke area and it affects your vision and if you failed your earlier save you have the deficit listed in earlier posts.

Calains fatigue is finished but he is -4 to STR and Dex from the cloud

Calain stumbles , dropping his Lucerne Hammer and drawing his Greatsword as part of the move out of the cloud to 8A (far enough down to bring himself into flank) with Aggrah.

He attempts to kill the lizard between them and protect the witch

Poke Poke helps Lady Turner out of the cage guiding her hands to the now secured rope. "The floor is a bit iffy, hold on to the rope. It well help stablize you and guide you toward Doctor Tes. Poke Poke will be right behind you."

As Mrs. Turner goes Poke Poke shimies along the rope to not add weight to the floor.

Inside the room another voice happens "What about me...don't leave me." You do recall there was another person in a second cage.

You unleash a powerful scream, inaudible to all but a single target. The target is dazed for 1 round and takes 1d6 points of sonic damage per two caster levels (maximum 5d6). A successful save negates the daze effect and halves the damage.
