Moving back through the rooms you come to an elevator area (A6). Using the buttons the elevator descends 60 feet into a room. It looks as if the elevator could also go lower too.

(A7): This wide space has a floor of dingy white tiles, and a broad wooden table in its centre. Three darkened, stained glass windows overlook the chamber. Each window depicts am angel with her hands inside the body of a patient; a shining light erupts from the wounds of the smiling victims. Neat rows of alchemical gear line the walls. Above, a large viewing hole allows spectators above to watch what goes on at the table.

This chamber is a veritable museum. The dozens of books, jars and glass containers of various sizes placed on nearly every horizontal surface in this lab contain chemicals, unidentifiable sludge, the dissected bodies and alien-looking parts of creatures, and a rainbow of various slimes, moulds and fungi. Some of the largest containers are draped with a thick brown cloth, The overpowering stench of bleach, ammonia, and other unidentifiable chemicals fills the air.

Senn, you see two large patchwork creatures that seem to consist of pieces of flayed skin in one corner. Occasionally there seems to be a buzzing and moving within their bodies.

Senn you recognise the larger creatures as skinstitches. They have damage reduction and have resistance to cold and electricity but they are vulnerable to fire.

Ok so just wanted to give a brief rundown of how I'll be running:

Firstly for combat i will roll initiative for everyone and then publish the initiative order for each combat. It is Ok if you say what your character wants to do out of order (for the most part) - appreciate from time/life perspective that sometimes people post when they can. I will deal with the actions as they go in the initiative order.

Secondly I will roll passive skill checks e.g. Perception or Knowledge skills. If you want to recheck things yourself this is fine.

I will add a treasure list and campaign specific treasures where appropriate as well as maps.

Finally, I live in the UK, as such I will be posting probably early in the morning and late in the evening (my time). You may find that due to time differences I will be posting a lot/little. What I will say is that I don't want to rush you guys through things so I will try not to direct play too much. My basic rule of thumb will be to go with what the majority decision is, but I will allow everyone to say what they want to do. Very occasionally this may be superseded by the story but I'll try not to do this too often. If I'm ever going too fast/too slow with posting please let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Think that's about it for now but any questions please ask.

Btw sorry for asking but... what the deuce is a Yaddithian? Is this Paizo at all, hehe? Never heard of it and I have almost all official material.

Hey guys! Chess here. I'll evolve this character towards getting more lay on hands and specialize in channels and support. He's a "Paladin of Hope", per se. By level 4 and on we can invest on some wands to help with the cures if he falls short on the matter, but I believe we should be okay. The invigorator archetype is from the Healer's book, and should help us with mitigation. Plus, his Aura of Courage is always valuable :)

Hey Gerald! Thanks for showing up. We do have a bard, so we might be good on the skills matter (although the Arcane Duelist loses some of the skill tools).

Now, on the healing matter, I can provide off-heals here and there (next level, and then a little more some levels later) so I'd say we do need a good main healer but the character could and should be doing more, even for a matter of fun.

Your idea of ranged attacks (especially physical I'd say) is good. We have a wizard, so we might be fine on the arcane side and probably control (I don't think our wizard is a blaster at all).

The one thing I don't know if any of us can do is trapfinding. I don't know if it's on anyone's plans either. However, I wouldn't recommend you go this route.

Maybe an life oracle with a bow of sorts, a cleric or an channeling-capable inquisitor with crossbows? I don't know. Just throwing ideas. So many possibilities in Pathfinder! :) It doesn't even need to be truly divine.


Since both the Paladin and cleric can heal a little, I think I might go with a bow wielding inquisitor. I can help with healing, and I might splash a level of rogue at two so I can get trapfinding for the crew. Assuming I was to live that long of course!

What cleric? We don't have any. Anyway, if your inquisitor can channel at some point, I think it's an excellent option :)


I’m sorry...I meant Paladin and bard, not Paladin and cleric. I can’t channel, but I’m taking the healing domain, so my healing spells will be empowered in not too many levels.

I heard there is a feat that can super charge your heal skill so Deadly Wounds takes less time and heals more
