You mean between the fort and Lowls? Iirc, it was mentioned that Lowls hasn't been seen for a bit, so dunno if he's even around or if we'd be able to get access to him at the moment, so I'd say start with fort.

Yes. I did not see anything about Lowls being missing (may have missed it) but Zandalus said that Lowls gave him orders to kill us. That was about 3 days ago.

Perfect. I assumed I had missed something.
I think Senn would lean toward Lowls. First, it may be safer because he may not be home and the manor is not a fort. Second, though she wants to be altruistic and help the town and further by investigating the witch, I think she cares more about finding the reason she was a killer and was mind wiped.
Senn will go with the group either way. Going to the fort would force her to do something good.

AC based, throwing objects at people is what she does, the Aether element basically. Both the person and the object gets damaged in the attack. Which is why she uses objects around her. That and I think it is neat she might not always be in control of those powers.
They get a lovely amount of options. Penith's will be a bit more limited since she took the healing archetype. This is the first time I really got to use one though, so I'm sure I'll get plenty wrong.

Well, I dunno how many fights we may or may not have triggered(though considering the amount of damage each enemy is apparently able to absorb, it seems strange if this was intended to be one encounter), but, since I think we were mentioned to be on book 2 now, we likely are under leveled, as book 2 is intended for characters that are level 4 at minimum. That the guards are able to attack with both manufactured and natural weapon while still having a significant bonus to both also seems to indicate a rather high level on their part.
You are probably a bit under powered, you also triggered 2 encounters.

Ya it's what happens when we skip past fights. It usually works itself out quite quickly because a harder fight will get you more xp and you mostly catch up. The system works well that way, but if you get caught in a double encounter, with bad position, make a couple tactical errors things can snowball. If we get a couple round of blind we may be ok. :/

I took Knock as I’m sure locks will come up in the future. And I think it’s time to start thinking about condition removal with Lesser Restoration. Does Lesser Restoration help with sanity damage?

Sheet updated. Really, the only notable additions, asides the usual incremental increases to numbers, is that I now got second level spells, namely, Gallant Inspiration(can add as much as a +8 bonus retroactively to people's missed attacks as an immediate action), and mirror image(helps me not die). Course, I can only use them twice a day, so my spellcasting role likely remains limited to the big fights as it has been thus far.
Lesser restoration does reduce SAN damage(by 1d2, iirc), we should probably start trying to clear everyone's SAN damage, actually.

It will get easier and easier to cast lesser restorations as Senn gets more second level spells. But she has had to use them the last few days.
Don't forget Heal skill and Profession:Doctor so we can heal each other's minds and charge stiff fees!

I didn't think we were. I'd love to since knowledge engineering and appraise are part of her unknown background, but I think I fiddle them out of her normal points. Not at first but once I realized I had made a mistake.
