mental prowess. Starting at 1st level, a Tacticiancan hypercognition for a number of rounds per day equal to 4 + her Wisdom modifier. At each level after 1st, she can hypercognition for 2 additional rounds. Temporary increases to Wisdom, such as those gained from hypercognition and spells like fox's cunning, do not increase the total number of rounds that a Tacticiancan hypercognition per day. A Tacticiancan enter hypercognition as a free action. The total number of rounds of hypercognition per day is renewed after resting for 8 hours, although these hours do not need to be consecutive.
While in hypercognition, a Tacticiangains a +4 morale bonus to her Intelligence and Wisdom, as well as a +2 morale bonus on Will saves. In addition, she takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class. The increase to Wisdom grants the Tactician.
A Tacticiancan end her hypercognition as a free action and is fatigued after hypercognition for a number of rounds equal to 2 times the number of rounds spent in the hypercognition. A Tacticiancannot enter a new hypercognition while fatigued or exhausted but can otherwise enter hypercognition multiple times during a single encounter or combat. If a Tactician falls unconscious, her hypercognition immediately ends, placing her in peril of death.
This replaces the Coordinated Strikes class feature.
Improved Hypercognition (Ex)
At 11th level, when a Tactician activates hypercognition, the morale bonus to her Intellegence and Wisdom increases to +6 and the morale bonus on her Will saves increases to +3.
This replaces the Improved Share class features.
Perfected Hypercognition (Ex)
At 20th level, when a Tactician activates hypercognition, the morale bonus to her Intelligence and Wisdom increases to +8 and the morale bonus on her Will saves increases to +4.
This replaces the Master Strategist class feature.
Gotta love having an actual keyboard. Took 17 minutes.

That's possible too, in which case he'd get the abilities at 1st, 11th, and 20th Hit Dice. +1 Challenge Rating seem good?

Might consider switching the bonus to Will saves to Reflex.

Do you mean how the +6 to wisdom grants a +3 to Will saves for a +7 total?
Good Idea :)EDIT:

Soooooo is this new boy cute?
Yes, but he isn't a model... brown hair, military cut, slight almond shape to eyes, quite a good talker, but not good at small talk.
He is muscular without being buff, his clothes militarily ordered and pressed, no facial hair
Tattooed on back of neck with an Omega symbol
