I don't worry about stuff like that.
They have monowire blades in shadowrun. I don't think they use unobtanium...

Unobtainium is a generic term for a meteorite metal, adamantium, a super alloy...

And okay Kryzbyn.

Also known as phlebotinum.

Tactician Alternate class features:
Hypercognition (Ex)
mental prowess. Starting at 1st level, a Tacticiancan hypercognition for a number of rounds per day equal to 4 + her Wisdom modifier. At each level after 1st, she can hypercognition for 2 additional rounds. Temporary increases to Wisdom, such as those gained from hypercognition and spells like fox's cunning, do not increase the total number of rounds that a Tacticiancan hypercognition per day. A Tacticiancan enter hypercognition as a free action. The total number of rounds of hypercognition per day is renewed after resting for 8 hours, although these hours do not need to be consecutive.

While in hypercognition, a Tacticiangains a +4 morale bonus to her Intelligence and Wisdom, as well as a +2 morale bonus on Will saves. In addition, she takes a –2 penalty to Armor Class. The increase to Wisdom grants the Tactician.

A Tacticiancan end her hypercognition as a free action and is fatigued after hypercognition for a number of rounds equal to 2 times the number of rounds spent in the hypercognition. A Tacticiancannot enter a new hypercognition while fatigued or exhausted but can otherwise enter hypercognition multiple times during a single encounter or combat. If a Tactician falls unconscious, her hypercognition immediately ends, placing her in peril of death.

This replaces the Coordinated Strikes class feature.

Improved Hypercognition (Ex)

At 11th level, when a Tactician activates hypercognition, the morale bonus to her Intellegence and Wisdom increases to +6 and the morale bonus on her Will saves increases to +3.

This replaces the Improved Share class features.

Perfected Hypercognition (Ex)

At 20th level, when a Tactician activates hypercognition, the morale bonus to her Intelligence and Wisdom increases to +8 and the morale bonus on her Will saves increases to +4.

This replaces the Master Strategist class feature.

Gotta love having an actual keyboard. Took 17 minutes.

Shadow Lodge

uhhhhmmmm I'm a Tactician (Fighter Archetype) I dont get Coordinated Strikes, Improved Share class features or Master Strategist...

I'm sorry you wasted your time....:/

Shadow Lodge

meh. I'll revise.

Wait!

DB3. he was test tube child... can you make this a template?

[wicked grin]

Shadow Lodge

That's possible too, in which case he'd get the abilities at 1st, 11th, and 20th Hit Dice. +1 Challenge Rating seem good?

Actually... Death_Keeper has a good idea, this incorporates Hall Stewart's idea of genetic superiority, as well as FireclawDrake's idea of Hypercognitive function

:) Thank you Dragonborn3

I'm almost tempted to give it to Gareth too, but I can't help but think it would make the "test tube" part of Archie less cool.

Meh, over it now. It didn't fit right anyway. :)

*gruble*

Genetic superiority...

The embodiment of the fact that reality is unfair in every way.

I am sorry icehawk333 and Dragonborn3, I didnt mean to steal any idea that you were keeping in reserve/going to use...

EDIT:

or overshadow any existing character

Ice is just being Ice. He does this when it gets late. You get used to it.

Ice, please don't start. We don't want to do this in front of the new guy.... or at all....

Shadow Lodge

I literally just made it, and posted it for you. Then I had the idea to apply it to Gareth. Like I said though, it wouldn't fit him anyway. You're good. :)

Thank you Dragonborn3, and ♣♠Magic♦♥, and FireclawDrake, and Icehawk333, and Death_Keeper, and Kryzbyn, and Lynora

I'm talking about my real-life opinion of genetic superiority.

A real thing that just says **** you to those of us that have to work hard to understand what they do without effort.

Shadow Lodge

Might consider switching the bonus to Will saves to Reflex.

Do you mean how the +6 to wisdom grants a +3 to Will saves for a +7 total?

Good Idea :)

EDIT:

is Lynora always busy? or is this recent?

grumble grumble didn't say thanks to me grumble grumble

note joking

Lyn isn't /always/ this busy. Just... a lot of the time... but the time she is here is super amazing. Outside of Lyn's characters and the occasional ruling, we're mostly self sufficient. Certifying characters is all her, though. :)

Soooooo is this new boy cute?

Good Idea :)

+6, but yeah. A bonus to Reflex makes more sense, since you're increased awareness means you could react better.

Ya. Is he?
XD

Back to you litter box cat, i asked first

Melody Waverider wrote:

Yes, but he isn't a model... brown hair, military cut, slight almond shape to eyes, quite a good talker, but not good at small talk.

He is muscular without being buff, his clothes militarily ordered and pressed, no facial hair

Tattooed on back of neck with an Omega symbol

Don't test me Two-hearts. I could just let you go around dressed in street clothes.....
:P
Besides. I don't think the new guy is my Dokonalá...

oooooo a boy in uniform....

oh tybs you check out the DW link I posted?

And if you ever get that off, you will be found and punished.

There is a high seer here.

Tough, naturally, riviarti couldn't do anything, even though it's her job to find things.
