The Avalon Chronicles

Game Master lynora

This is a high level rules light game set in a school for magical kids, kinda a mash-up of Soul Eater, Harry Potter, and X-Men. :)

Bad taste, considering that is a real possibility. :/

Sorry, didn't mean anything by it.

I'll be more careful.

Shadow Lodge

Ooh, I hadn't thought about the FR gods...

Ice, waiting on Marcell's reply

M Extrodinaraly Contrary Meatbag Fourm pyromancer 1

Sorry, missed the post.

Male Weremonkey Rogue/Ranger/Trickster

That's what I'm here for DB3 :)

ok couple of things from me...
1 we went to the Chinese buffet today. all you can eat for $8 awesome...

I had a piece of cake in honor of all whose B-day is this month. way to go guys... except I had ice cream while think of Tybs.

dinner conversation was which direction to go with my son's chracter. barbarian or ranger or fighter, He wants to a harpoon specialist.

now for the most ironic part.. the fortune cookie...

it said "the fortune you seek is in another cookie"...

I kept it. if you do not believe me, I will photo it and post it if needed.

I found This Guy.

Not sure if he's homebrew or not. I don't think he is but don't hold me to it.

I really wanted Chinese today. :/

Now I want ice cream.
It makes me happy that you think about me. ^_^
Reminds me of the time that I got the fortune cookie that said, "character development is the main purpose of education," that made me think of here. ^_^

im almost certain he is homebrew but that doesn't mean bad

Shadow Lodge

Well, that deity works for my Halfling, Tybs...

Hehe.

Male Icy Catfolk Image Warlock/Rogue 16

Do you still need one, or was he/she/it who the deity was for?

Shadow Lodge

No, my Halfling isn't Triad material. Too much like Jiminy used to be. ;)

Male Icy Catfolk Image Warlock/Rogue 16

So you still need a new deity? Just making sure. I'm not the best person when it comes to clarity. :D

Shadow Lodge

Yep. Of course, the dance part is just the easiest way to describe them.

Male Icy Catfolk Image Warlock/Rogue 16

How's about Thissun ?
I know that this one's homebrew, but she's pretty well written out.

Male Weremonkey Rogue/Ranger/Trickster

DB3, shoot me a PM about whatcha need in your deity, I'm familiar with ones from a variety of different settings.

Shadow Lodge

It's not much, to be honest. I think I might have to settle on Irori, or a similar deity.

Male Icy Catfolk Image Warlock/Rogue 16

I think I had last post previous page to say that Shelyn has music and art and etc. And dance would be in that as well, I believe.

Happy b-day MG and I just realized, You"er channeling Zaphod Beeblebrox, to comic affect, hehe

“Don't try to understand me, just be grateful that you felt the warmth of Zaphod Beeblebrox's aura on your wonderstruck face.”

“If there's anything more important than my ego around, I want it caught and shot now.”

“I'm up to here with cool, okay? I am so amazingly cool you could keep a side of meat in me for a month. I am so hip I have difficulty seeing over my pelvis.”

"Holy Zarqon!"

Tone, ring any bells

:)

M'kay.
Stock time.
Tybs awaits his object of affection's defined location.
Sara awaits an explanation from Sorun.
Lewis awaits acknowledgement from anyone in Kitty's room.
Hermes awaits the (hopefully) impressed remarks from his audience.
Lim-Môr awaits a reply from his anthropomorphic friends (real or otherwise).

"male" Ooze? sorcerer 6, fighter 16, ??? 10.

I must be pretty strong... I can break a teacher in 2 sentences!
XD

Male Kobold Expert 6/Slayer 8

In fairness, Vakkler is one of the easiest teachers to 'break'. Guy's got half his levels in an NPC class. ;D

M Extrodinaraly Contrary Meatbag Fourm pyromancer 1

Oh, fair warning, all of my Pc's are abnormal in the extreme.

Closest thing to a normal or overused character is a half demon god who is obsessed with altering his and other's bodies, eats emotions, and can taste emotion from a distance.

The characters in the campaign are one of the few things I'm proud of.
^_^

...
No, bad Adam, stop being prideful.... Be... Happy about them instead. That's better.

my pc's are simple and normal

Female Kobold

I like to make simple characters with classic, interesting personalities. Though they do seem to be monsters awful often... >-> <-<

Shadow Lodge

Male. Vaguely humanoid Ninja 3/Bard 1/Ranger 2/Scholar 1

I have a gimic with each of mine

Dave is nigh indestructible, and part dragon

Grim is the son of death, he excels at returning those who have come back from death to their final wake

Arthur is essentially Tony Stark with a hint of Generator Rex

Female awww, but that would be telling unknown

Mmmmm.....homemade pumpkin soy ice cream. Happiness in a bowl. ^.^

So anyone waiting on a response from me to a PM or post I hate to say this, but I have a paper due and tomorrow is renn so I'll be a bit scarce before Monday. You know, a normal weekend. Just letting those not yet familiar with my schedule know. :)

I will also be getting boozed up (I am right now in fact) and enjoying my weekend! Don't expect much or anything from me!

On the beach, sun sea and sand + beer and BBQ

Bags of Devouring already have the potential to be sentient, though I think they'd be best-suited for the teacher role. I'm not sure there'd be much to them past the gimmick, though, so they might work better for a background NPC. :P

nah the animate object thing is so they can move

M Extrodinaraly Contrary Meatbag Fourm pyromancer 1

If i was interested, i could so make a bag of devouring work.

Happy Birthday to you late Summer, early Fall folks (and belated to those).

May your next year in life be rich and entertaining, with delights and highlights to share for years to come.

Plus, parties and booty times when you can! Celebrate your existence happily with as many others (at once) as you can!

Hugs, kisses and showers of stuff.

:sprinkles Birthday cheers and fades away leaving ocean scents, subtle yet noticed:

Female Kobold

Pff, where's the fun in a mobile bag of devouring?

Might be interesting if the animation isn't controlled by the bag entity, though. That'd make sense, after all.

The real necessity is to make it able to communicate, though. Bags of devouring are portals to strange, utterly bizarre monstrosities. Why is this one explaining Agarthian fungi to a bunch of morsels?

Shadow Lodge

Happy birthdays fr who it may concern. :)

The same reason there are demons here who teach kids.

Female Kobold

Hey, demons are one thing, Lovecraftian abominations are another. Is nothing sacred?

The random PC healing my opponents is kinda annoying. First, the healing of Ehos totally ruins any emotionally charged scenes after the duel. While healing Jaiye robs Sil the chance to do so himself, which kills off any RP between brother and sister.

Really, nobody but those three should be involved, period.
