As you sneak up on the gaping hole in the building, you notice 3 drow armed with rapiers, and six armored trogs guarding the entry. The trogs are fairly oblivious, but two of the drow notice Kronug deliberately stomping around in the woods.
You guys get a surprise round, and the two drow do as well.
