I have to apologise, but I seem to have forgotten to reward you with a level up. I have overlooked that you were supposed to be level 8 before going to the keep.

Because of that I'll grant you a double level up now so you hit level 9, and get back on track for the rest of the book.

Also because of the destruction of Menador Keep you rebellion rank also increases and you all get a bonus feat which you can pick from the following: Improved Initiative, Toughness, or Fleet.

I did a quick inventory pf everything we've found in Menador Keep so far. Jesper, let me know if I've missed anything.

I was talking to Jesper about the Rebellion sheet and reintroducing the rebellion rules as a more active element of the game. What do the rest of you think?

I'd be willing to manage the bookkeeping and update the sheet, if needed. On the other hand, if everyone are happy continuing to run it in the background, that's fine too.

We should look into fortifying the Lucky Bones as well. Figure a certain mechanically minded dhampir can come up with some nasty surprises for unwanted visitors.

We’re also rapidly reaching the limit where we can just go out and buy the items we want, so item creation feats might be worth considering.

Not sure if Jack is still with us so I went with Intensified Spell and Improved Initiative from the rebellion rank. Added +2 on most skills.

I picked 4 new spells from leveling up twice:

Lvl 1: Devian's parry, True Skill
Lvl 2: Visualization of the Body
Lvl 3: Vampiric Touch

Excellent. A +1 Singing Steel Buckler is at the top of Mirabella's shopping list. That will set her back 8.005 gp, but let her start performances as a swift action.

I'll see if I can figure out how much cash we can get for selling the Menador Gap loot over the weekend.

Looking over our character sheets, it looks like Jack, Mirabella and Logan all have +2 rings, while Bicks and Canacha don't have any.

Jack and Logan are our main frontline fighters, and Jack has been taking most of the hits so far, so it seems reasonable that he should get the +3 ring. Mirabella and Bicks are usually the furthest from the fighting, and Canacha tends to hang back too.

How about this distribution:

Jack: Gets the +3 ring from the Guard footlocker, gives his +2 ring to Canacha.
Logan: Keeps his +2 ring
Canacha: Gets Jacks +2 ring
Mirabella: Keeps her +2 ring
Bicks: Gets the +1 ring from the Host Devil room.

Also, I did the math on the rest of the loot. If we sell all the clothes, wine and luxury items (except the lace dress and fan, which Canacha should keep), the total sales value is 8.005 gp. Plus about 400 gp from the guards (assuming 10 guards total).

I also propose we sell these item:
+1 Flaming Greatsword 4,025 gp
+1 Merciful Dagger 4,001 gp
Small +1 Human-Bane Bastard Sword 4,167.5 gp
+1 Flaming Composite Longbow (+6) 4,337.5 gp
6x +3 Frost Arrows 1,920 gp
30x Screaming Crossbow Bolts 4,005 gp
Total 22,456.5 gp

All the non-magical weapons and armor we keep and transport back to equip our teams of rebel operatives.

So, total loot value is 30,861,5 gp which split 5 ways is 6.172.2 gp per party member.

I could do with increasing Logan's AC, not sure if that's going to be possible though the gap from +2 to +3 armour or +1 to +2 amulet is probably too big.

Alright, I think I've gotten my head wrapped around running the Rebellion rules.

I'll assume that our supporters are bumped up to the minimum required for our current level (955). We'll also want to donate a bit of cash to the cause and rearrange the officer responsibilities. Once everyone are done leveling up, I'll make my final suggestion for new roles.

I'm also slowly working my way through an updated overview of the Lucky Bones with suggestions for improvements, which I'll add to the rebellion sheet once it's done.
