All I'm saying is, if he was lying on the ground cold, I'd use the car as his blanket.

One of mine that I came up with, that actually caused the person mentioned to cry because they were listening in on a private conversation is, "If they had a heart attack, I wouldn't step on their chest as I stepped over them for fear of starting their heart."

Hey everyone, I'm posting my schedule here now, as it affects a large chunk of time.

Thursday August 3 to Monday August 7: I'll be camping in the Green Mountains. I'll have the ability to post once per day, and it'll be with a laptop, so they should be "real" posts. Don't be shy about botting me if I'm a player.

How many "books" are there for Reign of Winter?

Adventure Paths are six books long. So we're nearly 1/3 of the way there!

So if we are 6th level now...

Are we looking at 18th level by the time we finish this?

i'm upset that we'll be missing the eclipse. however, there is one slated for 2024 in northern NH so if I live that long, we'll see that one!

Totally weird thing is, it crosses the central US in nearly the same spot as the 2017 eclipse.

Standard Marching orders for Ed's life link. Vojtek, Ali, Kappi... Davosh so far has proven to stay out of taking to much damage, but if anyone thinks that I should switch out someone for Davosh, then let me know.

The eclipse was neat. Though we are still 300+ miles too far north for the TOTAL eclipse

Watched it using a welding mask, pretty good view we were 96% totality here. But here's the conversation I had about it today.

BONUS FEAT: Extra Traits

Seems hard to go wrong w/ PowerAttack

I didn't realize Ali can craft wands. How long does that take? Besides the obvious CLWs wands (which we almost done need thanks to our Oradin/Healbot), I'm sure we could craft some nice ones for Ali and/or Davosh to use.

FWIW, my PFS Magus got good value out of Arcane Strike and its add to damage. JMSO, Power Attack has less value to a 3/4 BAB class without Furious Focus. I like Piranha Strike for DEX builds but there is no corresponding feat to offset the to-hit penalty.

As always, your mileage may vary.

I asked TS about this. It's a rule from D&D 3/3.5 that 2 casters could collaborate, that didn't make it into PF/S. So, no.

Either way a useful level one wand could help the party. We should all chip in for a useful party wand.

I think a wand of Bull's Strength (2nd level) would be nice. Would cost 2250 gp and 5 days work. I wouldn't expect everyone to chip in to that, though.

It didn't make it? I could have sworn that coop crafting is in there when I was reading it. It added 5 to the DC or something. But ok I am not as knowledgeable about it as TS is.

As far as feats instead of power attack, how about vital strike, lunge (good on many levels), extra arcana. Also if you're more dex than str how about dervish dance.

Wands... a wand of Vanish would be cool, grease, true strike, color spray

Vanish is a good idea. TS as well. I try to avoid wands with a DC--but I could take the Arcana power that lets the magus use their own DC for it (if we get enough wands to make that worthwhile).

Just a quick point, and one that says I'm glad I'm not a teacher, because if I was and I was at a school with even the hint that there might be a problem, I would want my carry weapon close enough to get to if I needed it.

Especially if I could save myself or my class by having it.
